Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park Hamilton

I had a party for my daughter this past weekend. Kids had s great time, pizza was decent. Only thing I was a little annoyed with was I saw my host twice during the 2.5 hours I was there. I had 5 pizzas and I was the one to bring all the pizza trays back once they were done to the point where my family joked about me getting a job there. During check out there was no option to customize your tip only 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%. To be quite honest the host made and 80$ tip for doing nothing.

Customer service was good. Atmosphere was good. Lots of space to run, jump and play.

Cannot believe this place is open on New Years Day! Excellent way to get the kids outta the house and burn out energy

We had an incredible time at this trampoline park! The variety of games and the spacious environment kept both my kids and me entertained for hours. It's worth mentioning that they have a fantastic cafeteria that serves delicious pizza, perfect for refueling during the fun-filled day. Additionally, this place is ideal for hosting memorable birthday parties. They offer excellent party packages and friendly staff who go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic celebration.

As usual, great time bouncing. Only had 2 computers to register and no help to keep the line moving. Found the floor to be not as clean as the norm. I really wish these trampoline parks would cut back on the allowed running or separate younger ages. Nothing worse than a grown human seeing a tiny human go underneath you while you're bouncing

On March 17th at approximately 7pm my 8 year old son attended this facility located in Hamilton Ontario. He attended with his aunt and his 2 friends (under 18) and their mother. The mother of his 2 friends paid for the admission upon arrival for their reservation. My son was given a wrist band by the staff. The place looked to be close to capacity. After the kids began to play a staff member approached my 8 year old son asked to see his wrist band and informed an 8 year old that his wrist band was from last week. The staff then proceeded to forcibly remove him from the facility at about 930 pm at night out into the street with out any attempt to find the child’s guardian. My son was outside in the cold asking strangers to use their cell phones to contact a parent at about 10 pm at night with no jacket for about 30 minutes after spending 10 minutes crying and trying to back into the facility he was denied re entry even to just the reception area where he could have waited safely for his parents and keep warm. I will be contacting my attorney to pursue this matter to the fullest extent!

Love it! So much fun thst even alot of the adults jumped and had an amazing time! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly

Visited for the first time tonight and had a lot of fun, lots of things to do and visited in the evening so there was no wait time:) got in, signed a waiver, paid ans started jumping… would visit again for a neon night

This is a good park, but it was way too crowded and noisy when we went on the weekend. Not much room to do anything. The dim lighting was also a bit hard on the eyes. Go on a weekday afternoon if you can.

The worst run place I have ever been. No idea where line ups start, staff is unhelpful/have no idea what's going on.

My 4 year old loved it. We went right when it opened and it was nice with very few people there. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

Poorly run. Only 1 person working in the Concession Stand. Multiple staff just standing around in the Concession area not helping the poor girl (not her fault of course). Check in was a nightmare, you couldn't tell which line started where. The kiosks to sign waivers had 4 staff members at them but again only 1 person at the desk where you pay. Either hire more staff or retrain yours. I don't think I even seen an employee over 20 years old. A bunch of children running this place.

Poor processes. We reserved our ticket for 1: 00 pm. We get there and there is a lineup that was very long. Online it says “skip the line”. That’s false advertising. We paid from 1 pm to 3 pm. That’s not 1: 30 pm to 3: 30 pm. We had somewhere to go and thought paying beforehand like it said on the site would be beneficial. Instead they have poor processes in place that prevents that. This is not rocket science. So instead of the 2 hours we went for, they got a 1/2 hour less but nothing off the bill. I’ve done a lot of reviews and I’d say this is the first one where I’m publicly saying it’s a rip off.

Brought my kids for the first time. Within minutes realized how absolutely filthy the place was. Dirt.food.old use cups.hair. Everywhere. Extremely disappointed in the cleanliness. (This was the first spot of the day) On top of that it was so over packed you couldn't jump without jumping into someone.
So I will not be returning in the future.

We frequent different trampoline places and decided to check this place out for the first time on Saturday afternoon.

While I was impressed by the different activities, this place is uncomfortably busy and there are zero rules (or at least they are not enforced).

The rope swing for example had an employee standing there the entire time but kids were crawling through and hanging out under the rope for minutes at a time. The employee just watched and said nothing. Meanwhile, there was a whole lineup of kids waiting to swing to jump off the blocks. My son was so excited about the basketball nets but again, there was an employee standing there but no enforcment of time or sharing. The same 4 kids played basketball the entire 1.5 hours we were there. We waited patiently and never got a chance. My son was very disappointed.

Safety is another thing. Never have I felt the need to watch my 11 and 7 year old during trampoline, but I was beside them the entire time. Kids running into or jumping on other kids. It was a mess.

I could go on about safety and rules but until someone gets hurt because of lack of enforcment all around, they probably won't make any changes.

Went here yesterday for the 2nd time. The 1st time was about 3 yrs ago pre pandemic and the kids enjoyed it so we made our trip again. Soon as you enter their entrance door filthy floors will greet you. Then on your right you will see barrels full of garbage. I’m not sure if they’re sorting the recycles or what and the best thing of it it’s besides the snack bar:). Bought our tickets and the only 5 star I can give is staff’s politeness (hats off) then I noticed they were wearing mask which is good but only to cover their chin Lmao! Then as you enter the play area you will be guided by trashes on stairs and along carpets. Keep in mind we went here where it’s not busy (3: 00 pm on Monday)
To the owner or management: There were new cleaning tools that were developed not so long they were called mop and vacuum!

Great place to take kids to blow off some steam - did the one hour session and definitely fun way for kids to expel some serious energy!

Beyond busy. Just a disaster.
Zero staff to be seen - security is needed for Neon Nights.

Nice and fun place for everyone only thing i can say is with all the money they make they should at least update the chairs and coutches they have. Literaly falling apart with huge tears and supporting cushions none exsistant.makes the experience for the parents really bad.

Great place for kids, I don t recommend it for seniors who think they are still kids. Pick a time that is comfortable for both yound and old

Stupid busy. Waaaay to many people at a time in this place. A bit pricey too. Kids did have fun though.

It was horrible service and none of the lockers worked. They did not help or accommodate for things taking your money or lockers that did not have keys. Peoples stuff was everywhere, there was garbage all over the floors and when you approached the staff they did not care to help you! So disappointed

Do not support this place! They do not honour mask exemptions for kids and like to discriminate against those who are unable to wear a mask!

A great place to take your kids the staff at are so wonderful and so helpful and so cheerful it's just a nice experience

Today a father and daughter were unlawfully denied access in to this facility that is open to the public due to the fact that they chose to keep their vaccination status private as per Canada's privact act and Immunization act. The manager was called, spoken to and he has admitted that he knows asking for vaccination status is criminal, yet his participates in this crime because he is only following orders. The little girl cried as she was forced outside of the facility. The event that occured today has been documented and will be escalated. Thank God for cameras in a vicious world like this one. The People now have to do everything that they can to protect themselves and this family did everything right, acted lawfully and only requested to keep their vaccination status private as per the laws in Canada which give them the right to do that.

Great experience. Good value too. If you're not practiced at it and decide to bounce with your kids be warned it's a workout!
Also we found the socks that you get there fit extremely small, myself and my kids had to break the elastics in the ankle to get them on and off but they're only 3 dollars so I can't really complain.

Fantastic place! Kids enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job keeping the place safe and clean. Rates are reasonable. Can't wait to go back

My child had a lot of fun and the prices were reasonable if you know when to come Unfortunately, it seemed to me that one of referees on the floor was incompetent in keeping my son safe. There were bigger kids jumping all around him and after politely asking to help, the referee said "They do what they do".

Other than him (I think his name was Brendan) the food was decent and the cashiers were nice. I hope to have my kid there for a birthday party soon.

My kids were so happy there. They spent very good time. If u want kids to have fun and with good exercise then flying squirrels is the best option for them.

It was a fun place to go to. But it was so big and so busy that it was more stressful than anything. Lots to do, the kids enjoy it, but pretty easy to lose them in here. So don't let my rating deter you, you might get lucky and go at a slower time. Or you might like 1000 kids jumping all around you all at once!

BUYER BEWARE: Staff training needs to be increased in quality. When buying gift cards, if you don't register them, you'll have to return with proof of purchase to be reimbursed when the value does not appear on the cards.

My kids love this place. Although a bit pricey during the week, the Friday and Saturday 9-12 deal for $25 is totally worth it even though it is a bit late for my kids. A lot of fun for the whole family I must say!

Great atmosphere, fun place especially with groups, plenty of space to jump around. Most fun activity is jousting with friends on the balance beam. Highly recommend.

Way over priced $20/ hr plus socks plus food and water u be ended up $50 / person.
Crowded way too many people too small for the number of pple come, you can not enjoy.

An awesome place to go with friends, there is something for everyone. They have games such as dodgeball and basketball nets for dunking, as well as activities such as jousting, a rock wall and even a obstacle course. Not to mention there are trampolines from wall to wall, and an air bag go practice those tricks you're not quite ready to try on the trampoline. But the best thing of all are the glow nights on the weekends, you get 3 hours of fun for only $25!

I was a little worried at first, because their brand name sounds like a euphemism for a Squirrel with rabies, but it was a pretty good time.

Stop bringing your kids to this place so the rest of us can enjoy our damn selves.

Went on a whim, after many weeks of pleading from the kids. I knew it would be a bit pricey, but it wasn't as high as I expected. Facilities are roomy, clean (ish) and well vented. Lots of garbage in lots of places - mostly from the socks pkging. Lots of staff, so I would have expected that to be cleaned, as well regularly servicing the restroom. I didn't complain, but I think with the number of kids, these concerns should be part of routines. I would also think a "no socks in the bathroom" rule would be enforced for sanitary reasons. Lots of toddlers mixed in with midsized kids - GERMCITY! Pizza wasn't ridiculously overpriced, kids had a slushpup - lots of candy and treats available. Definitely will take water bottle next time! With the number of parents, I would like to see a service treat, like parents get half priced jump (since they really don't jump a ton) or a free coffee in reusable travel mug, or some kind of perk. We liked it and will go again.

First time going to flying Squirrel. Service was good, neon lights was a cool time to go (9pm-12am) but what really disappointed us was the amount of smaller children who were there at a late time. I was expecting kids to be there. But not 4-6 year olds who were inconsiderate, and who I had to watch out for. We had a date night to get away from our kids, not to have to deal with other people's children. I would really like to see age restrictions on the late night events. Music was good too.

We brought our niece here for her birthday and we all had a blast! She ran around for an hour and a half and tuckered her aunties out! We are super excited to come back again!

A massive trampoline park unlike any other! If you’re looking for fun for the whole family then this is the place for you! Attractions include trampoline park, Air Bag court, rope swing, stunt jump box, battle beam, climbing wall, dunk hoops, toddler court, parkour park, laser maze and much more!

Visited for a regular "jump" and held a birthday party here.

It's not inexpensive entertainment but the kids (of all ages) LOVE it here.

Party packages range from pretty expensive ($300) to incredibly expensive ($1,000!?) so try and find a Groupon or Wagjag if you can.

An awesome place to be for fun and birthday parties. I had my son's birthday party there last night. Saturday evening are crazy busy there. Staff members were there to help. My helper was Sebastian and he was on his toes for all the help we needed. Amazing staff amazing experience.

Against my better judgement, I went back to flying squirrel Hamilton after a previous less than stellar experience. My daughters wanted to go and I didn't want to drive to an out of town location so we arrived on a very busy day. My kids were jumping on separate trampolines by themselves and I was nearby watching when a very large adult male ran from one end of the facility to the next bouncing as hard and high as he could and ended up bouncing off the wall on the opposite end of the building. I am sure he was having a great time but it was extremely unsafe - any child or adult for that matter would have been rammed over and likely injured. Older kids and other adults were also running and bouncing on trampolines that other younger/smaller kids were on, some caused falls others not. There were a lot of toddlers in the main area left to wander around and several times my kids had to try to stop or move so as not to land on them as they toddled across with no parent or guardian in site. My daughter had a collision with one child that walked right into her as she was flipping on a trampoline. Neither sustained injuries, although the parent of the other child never came over, I had to go and inquire if the child was okay. Staff turn a blind eye to all of this and the only time they seem to be attentive is when it's time to check wristbands to see if your time is up. This is not the first time we have been to this location and it's always the same.there doesn't seem to be any control over unsafe or "not allowed" behaviours. I am sure sooner or later there will be a VERY serious injury if there hasn't been already. While the space is huge and the re are lots of trampolines, the crowds and lack of control make it a one star attraction for me.

Came with my grandkids and WOW RUDE STAFF member.no clue if he is a manager or what in a black flying squirrel shirt with name tag "steve". NO CLUE WHY he works in a chlidrens play place. He is flat out miserable and rude to the kids.unreal.he is just walking around barking orders to everyone.many of us sitting here watching kids are saying the same thing.thought this was a kids play place didnt know there was going to be a drill sergeant.all other staff is friendly.it takes just one JERK to wreck a good time for everyone clearly
Bad choice of staff dealing with children

Have been here at least 4-5 times to accompany my Mom who likes to take my nieces here. My nieces are now 10-12 yrs, but they really enjoy it! We go there usually around 11am and by the time my nieces are tuckered out, we head off and have some lunch. There is always a wide age group when we go, and all the jumpers really seem to enjoy themselves. As far as indoor activity spaces go in Hamilton, this is really a gem that we should be embracing and supporting. There is ample seating around the facility for the parents or guardians and you can sit and watch in awe for free. ***A tip for the new customer, go online and fill in the waiver ahead of time.you can buy your ticket online as well. Don't get caught behind a big party that is trying to get this all done at their in-store computers the moment they arrived. Also, online waivers do expire.check and make sure you are still valid if you want to avoid lineups.

It’s a pretty good place to take the kids but planning wait in line for 10 to 20 minutes to get your wristbands. And don’t screw up on the waiver you have to go to the back of the line. It works out to about $20.50 per hour. It’s not cheap here.

We filled out the waiver last year so we stood in line only to find out we had to fill the waiver again and get back in line. When we got back in line there was no one at the front counter for 10 minutes. Poorly staffed and there was no signs indicating we had the fill out the waiver again if we did it last year.

We came here with my 3 year old son not bad but the climbing area wasn't good at all even the older kids could barely climb it.it's confusing and a waste of space better one is needed for sure.there are also a lot of strange rules given you sign a waiver when you come in.no cellphones? I like to take pictures of my child having fun jumping with me.would go back maybe but try somewhere else like aerosports first.
