I had the fortune to count with the services of FOCUS MOVING for my return to Spain, specially with Sadiel who was extremely supportive, flexible, and at all moments professional with his handling of communications and the whole process in general. I am very satisfied and recommend anybody to hire Sadiel & his team, they met and sometimes exceeded my expectations.

Focus moving was very slow and barely communicated. While it took my European agent only 3 weeks to transport my goods 5500km to Montreal, it took Focus almost 7 weeks to deliver them to my house, 200km away from the harbour. Meanwhile, they warned us in bold that if we did not clear customs within 1 week, we would be fined $45 per day for storage, while we were not informed in advance when the goods would be ready for customs clearance. Customs clearance took a few hours, so that was not the cause of the delay.
During the wait, e-mails and phone calls were most of the time left unanswered, I was never called back after leaving voicemails either. Almost every time when Focus said they would inform or call me, they did not. I never received an apology for the delays or lack of communication. I paid over $4000 for this move.
Once the goods arrived, the movers were friendly and helpful, and I was happy to see that only one item had broken.

This company has rendered top quality, service, was quick to respond to questions and concerns, and everything was done in a very professional way. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for excellent service.
