Very good experience with focus optometry. Fatima explain very well about frames and glasses and doctor Singh explain everything about eyes properly.

I wish I could give 0 star, but there is no option. Very unprofessional service. They booked my appointment at 10: 15am they kept me wating saying 5 more minute every time and at 10: 49 am left the store disappointed. They do not value others time. Not happy with this service. Surprisingly they keep only 10 min gap between appointments.

Very professional staff. Highly managed store. Never feel disappointed.will recommend to everyone. The eye exam is very comprehensive and never felt rush by anyone.

Never disappointed coming here. Fatima has extensive knowledge about products, she explained and helped my wife with right fitting that no one ever did. Ben (the owner) is a awesome guy but no longer found at this location but people like Fatima are well managing the business.

Wow, I am overwhelmed with the type of service I received today. The staff was fantastic. Ben especially excels in Customer service he was able to address all my needs and wants with a variety of options of frames. His thorough analysis of what frame would suit my high prescription (-7.00) was expertise to the finest.

Secondly, I could not help but notice there was a warm and fuzzy feeling about how genuine the staff was, they made my girlfriend and I feel like we were really appreciated. They ticked all the boxes for what you want from retail optical service; customer service 5/5, knowledge 5/5, and pricing 5/5. Thank you Ben and the rest of the staff, you will definitely be seeing us again.

I had an amazing experience at Focus optometry. My eye exam with Dr. Singh was Very thorough and he was very patient throughout and explained in detail my condition as well as tips for Maintaining healthy Eyes.
They also have a great selection of frames which are priced reasonably. I also got lots of help from the staff in selecting a decent frame. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
