My road to recovery is many thanks to the physiotherapist Chandni who has been a tremendous help. Thank you also to the wonderful staff for making my visits so pleasant.

Chandi is excellent. She has been so helpful and really takes her time to ensure she making noticeable improvement. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had a really great experience at Focus Physiotherapy in North York. I was dealing with foot pain (Plantar Fasciitis) and the physiotherapists there helped me get better in just a few visits. The staff were all really nice and they showed me some exercises to do at home to help prevent future pain.

Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for physiotherapy services. The staff are excellent, the clinic is clean and well-equipped, and most importantly, they helped me get back to my normal routine without pain.

Had a car accident recently and have been attending since. I have to say I'm impressed from the moment I walked in and was politely greeted by Susan at front desk who took the time in explaining the process, (very knowledgeable).
Chandni the Physiotherapist that, thanks to her, I am now capable of doing things for myself I couldn't do because of the accident.

I was hurting a lot because of my neck/shoulder pain. But Focus physiotherapy really helped me get a grip on that. All the exercises Dr. Chandni customized for me really helped a lot. My pain level has gone down massively. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to recover or heal.

I’ve been coming to Focus Physiotherapy for 8 weeks and I’m so thankful that I was referred by my injury lawyer to do my treatments here. I had surgery in August to fix a radial fracture and I was dreading having to do physio when my cast was removed. I was scared that it was going to hurt and I wouldn’t be able to bear the pain. All that fear went away as soon as I’ve started my first treatment at Focus Physio. Chandni, my physiotherapist, is very knowledgeable and attentive to my issues and needs. She was able to get me back to 100% range of motion within the first few weeks. We then focused on addressing the pain in my wrist that comes with twisting motions, and a few weeks later, the pain has decreased significantly. I also had a thumb laceration from the accident which required flexion/extension exercises to get back to normal ROM. I’m happy to say that my thumb is now working perfectly normal. Thank you Chandni for helping me with my recovery! Susan is very well organized at booking my appointments and advocating on my behalf when it comes to my accident benefits claim. Their PT assistants Yasmin and Laura are both very great at their jobs and always welcomed their clients with smiling faces and great demeanor. 10/10 would recommend this clinic!

My first experience going through physiotherapy and I am really glad I found this clinic. My therapist Chandni was quick to locate the root cause of my issue and apply different treatments to address it. I felt better after my first visit and I am happy to report significant improvements after a few sessions.

Been going here since 2018 for physio and massage. I had an MVA and the staff in this clinic are very helpful, friendly and amazing! They are really doing their best to answer questions and bring solutions. Clinic is also very clean and also they make sure I am comfortable every time I have an appointment. Unfortunately, I already moved to Waterloo, otherwise I would still be coming to this clinic. I honestly wish they have a location nearby. Everyone has been very attentive from day one. From the moment you walk through the front door you are made to feel very comfortable and at ease.

I have been coming here since September and I love it. The staff has great communication skills and are very professional always treated with a smile, Highly recommended! The office is very clean and COVID friendly. Rebecca explained everything well, recommended great workouts and provides a great massage. My neck/ upper back felt much better the next day.

After seeing 3 specialized clinics, I should say that Focus Physiotherapy is the best ever because I feel very comfortable and most welcomed by all staffs. The scheduling of appointments by Ms. Susan, the front desk staff is really very organized that goes well with my work schedule.
Each visit staff asked me how do I feel today. Staff listen to my complaints & give me a variety treatment options.

I've found Focus physiotherapy after seeing a lot of "highly specialized" private clinics, and I gotta say I wish I knew them before and saved my self a lot of time and trouble. The clinic is highly organized and professional yet at the same time you feel comfortable and welcomed. I didn't face any problems when it comes to appointment on the contrary the front desk staff was really accommodating and understanding. The most important thing about this clinic is the fact that they REALLY listen to your complaints and offer a variety of treatment options that suits your specific needs. Also they will ask you how you're feeling each time you visit.

They are very good. The treatment is so amazing. The therapy that they apply for me is wonderful and everyone in this office are good. I don't have any complains at all. I like them and their treatment is amazing.

Absolutely amazing clinic. All the staff are extremely caring and helpful with my recovery. I would recommend anyone looking for physiotherapy and massages to get treated at this clinic, they will take care of you!

The facilities here are clean and bright and the front desk was very helpful. I was referred to come to this location for physiotherapy after my recent automotive accident in the end of summer by TD Insurance. I felt the level of hands on assessment from the therapist was lacking and much of the prescribed exercises and treatment were ineffective in relieving my symptoms even after attending about 6-7 sessions.

Much of the treatment revolved around me lying on the bed and them using those electrotherapy machines/pads (the pads cost me $10 out of pocket also) for 15 minutes with a hot towel on top. After that, it was just going through some exercises and that was about it. I felt like the level of attention was not put towards relieving my actual symptoms.

There was also one time where I was admitted and laid on the table for upwards of above 35 minutes without any treatment at all until I had to get up and the front desk what's going on and THEN I was treated. So apparently the clinic helper or assistant was awaiting instructions from the therapist or I just somehow slipped through the crack. Essentially, I wasted that time completely. On top of that, since there's no parking anywhere in the area, I have to pay for parking so that just added salt to the injury. Being completely neglected for that long just didn't feel professional at all in my mind. Of course, they apologized after the fact but I'm just hoping this doesn't happen to others as I want others to just be aware.

This review is not intended to be malicious in any way but just to let others know what happened during my time with this clinic. I feel that the overall service from the front was very helpful but the treatment and assessment aspect could improve.

I have been with the Focus Team (specifically Demoli) for a few weeks now, rehabbing from my auto acident injury. Everything is great so far. The only gripe is lack of free parking in the building, but that's minor when comparing to the treatment.

I think here is the best place to treat a neck and back pain. All staffs are very friendly and well-educated. It is much better than chiropractor I met before. I truely recommend here if you're suffering from any pain.

Vandna is an exceptional physiotherapist whose positive and uplifting attitude enabled me to exceed my expectations of what I could accomplish. She was key to my regaining mobility after my accident & surgery. She even made exercise fun!

My experience with this clinic has been very friendly and accommodating, and I never feel like any of my myriad gym-related and postural issues are neglected. I also like to ask a lot of technical questions my therapist, Vandna, is always informative.

My experience was amazing. After months of a nagging injury and self diagnosing I decided to go to Focus Physio. Vandna was extremely efficient with diagnosing my injury, giving me effective therapies and at-home exercises to do that has a world of difference. The registered massage therapist, Kian, was amazing in releasing those problematic muscles. The entire staff are friend and knowledgeable and I 100% recommend giving them a call if you you need help.

My husband and I enjoy coming to this clinic. Both Regina and Vandna are knowledgeable and compassionate with their job. We recommend them to all our friends!
