Really great experience. Took my dad for the knee pain and got covered through OHIP. He felt so much better after and i really wanna thank the receptionist and the therapists for the accommodation on his schedule as he wanted. They listened well and give him the exact treatment he needed.

I will not recommend this place to anyone just because of receptionist. If patient ave 2 different insurance company she should ask patient which one they wants to charge form. Without asking she is charging to wrong insurance company and Bcz if not enough balance patient has to pay by their own pocket. She did same mistake with me twice. Though therapist are really nice.

If you are ever in need of rehabilitation, i highly recommend this location. The physiotherapist (Rupan), staff members are very friendly and want nothing but the fastest recovery for their patients. Also if you ever need a massage, i highly recommend you request (sonee). And a big appreciation to Gargi for always following up with my appointments!

I attended the clinic for a month. Really liked the Physiotherapist and other staff. Very nice and courteous. Send reminders which is great.
Sometime booking the appointment is hard.
Going there again for my other knee and leg therapy.

I dislocated my shoulder and had to do physio. I went to Focus based on a recommendation and I am glad I did. The staff was super nice, professional and supportive in my recovery and the facility was clean. They took care of billing my insurance directly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (Other than not dislocating it in the first place lol). I will recommend them should a family member or friend need physio.

All-star team makes an all-star clinic! Everyone, including the receptionist, is extremely hospitable and kind. Physiotherapist Rupan and Assistant Melissa are very skilled, knowledgeable, and caring, as they focus on your well-being and listen to your needs. They make sure you improve and feel your best. I'm very glad I chose Focus Physio and I cannot recommend this location enough!

While Moving from Milton to Mississauga i had a very serious Back Pain. My Doctor referred me for Physiotherapy, Luckily i met with the Physiotherapist " Rupanjeet Kaur kler "and her Team at Focus Physiotherapy, Brampton. Today i can tell confidently that i am completely out of Back Pain. I thank Rupanjeet Kaur and her team for the care they took to bring me back in my comfort zone. The receptionist here is lovely; she's very welcoming and provides great customer service. I was not, however, satisfied with the physiotherapist I saw. I found her to be judgmental, which made the experience unpleasant for me. I will not be returning to this location.

I am grateful to have Focus Physiotherapy as a part of my health team. I am dedicated to recovering from a repetitive strain injury of my shoulder and could not have a better team. Rupan is clearly very knowledgeable, and particularly precise with each and every exercise/stretch/muscle work. Melissa assists knowledgeably, compassionately and effectively while Vicky partners for further healing with very targeted massage therapy treatment.

Focus physiotherapy is my first ever physiotherapy location and the place is honestly the best experience I've had. Amanda, Alisa and Rupan are such awesome employees. They don't do the bare minimum, they go above and beyond to help you. I highly recommend focus physiotherapy to anyone whose in need of treatment.

This has been a great experience.i have had been worked on by a physiotherapist every visit, my previous experiences have had me only see a physiotherapist 2 to 3 times in a 12 week period.the Therapists are very in tuned with each visit adjusting my treatment with each visit.the physio assistant is a very knowledgeable person as well.i would definitely suggest this place again

Physiotherapy treatment in comparison to many other treatments I ever had. The treatment itself and the stretches she devised for me helped to rectify the chronic hip problem I had for many yrs. She gave me good advice about how to look after my hip and back to avoid further injuries. Alesia, the Physiotherapy Assistant is great she has vast knowledge of sports Physiotherapy. Although mine was not a sports injury
she helped me tremendously. She is very helpful, gentle and really puts an effort to help u with your
physical problem. When I went for Physiotherapy I was not even able to walk around one block, now I can walk a long distance. My experience at Focus Physiotherapy was excellent. I would strongly recommend Focus Physiotherapy at Hurrantario location it is the best. The hip pain I went in with is fully resolved and I feel they gave me my life back

I've been receiving treatment at Focus Physio for almost a year after a serious car accident. With so many options in Brampton for pyhsio I wasn't sure which one to pick. I was a former OHIP patient a few years ago, and I recommended my elderly grandpa to attend this clinic based off the experience i had. I'm so happy to say that my grandpa received the same quality of treatment that I had received. Its good to know that after these many years, the quality of service has not changed.

In the past I have sought and received physiotherapy at three different locations in Mississauga and Brampton. I have had varying experiences from good to better to best. Procedurally, Focus Physiotherapy, in my opinion, stood far ahead of the others in terms of initial welcome, explanation of the programme, general atmosphere in patient comfort, exercise routine, cordiality and follow- up. I have taken the time to get the opinions of at least two other patients who concurred with my findings. Focus has a vibrant, friendly and highly professional staff with a Chief Therapist who is a gracious lady. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Focus Physiotherapy.

I had such an incredible experience at focus therapy I’ve been coming here for a good couple of months and I’m still here, I love Lori she did such a amazing job with my treatments and always made me feel super comfortable. Focus Physiotherapy fit me into their schedule right away when I needed it. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. I was thrilled to have them start as soon as my cast was off. My therapist was Rupin, who was so patient, understanding, gentle and highly knowledgeable. She worked carefully and methodically on my wrist to gain range of motion, flexibility of the tendons and the many bones in the wrist. As it loosened up, the pain began to disappear and the home exercises helped me get ready for the next session. Every time she saw improvement and worked on the next stage. I had a bad break but Rupin has successfully gained full range of motion, flexibility and strength in my wrist. I’m am so very thankful for her. Cathy Keaveney

I came to Focus with pain due to loose tendons, which can be difficult to treat; but from my treatments I saw significant improvement. They also accommodated me whenever I was running late for my appointment. And I found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. I would recommend this site!
