My daughter is having braces done here. They have very experienced Dentists (Dr. Wilde) and thet receptionists are very welcoming. They have warm coffee for you while you wait.

Most expensive in the city with low effort reception staff. One of the orthodontists is absolutely fantastic, until she stopped responding after an email question. The other orthodontic was considered rude, didn't listen to mine or my wife's concerns and tried to push an Ortho plan on her without any actual plans or suggestions. We went to Align dental downtown and wonder west took weeks to forward my x rays to them.

Dr. Foley always makes me laugh. The staff are so nice and the service is great. I leave smiling every time.

My son was very nervous to get braces. The staff were very kind and kept him calm. I would recommend this clinic and their wonderful staff.

My daughter has had a great experience with having early intervention for her bite issues. She is 9 years old and loves going to the office, changing the colour for her braces, and the freedom of going in by herself. We are very impressed by the changes that have been made and the progress she has seen. Her bite placement has allowed her top teeth to jump over her bottom ones and give her that natural smile. We would highly recommend Wonder West for all your orthodontic needs!

We have been working with Wonder West Orthodontics for over 6 years now, with three kids and one adult in braces over that time period. Staff at Wonder West were instrumental in helping one of my children overcome a severe dental phobia. Their calm, transparent approach helped my child feel safe in a dental setting and has completely changed his overall dental care experience. Staff are knowledgeable, kind and efficient. We drive from almost 45 minutes out of London to come to Wonder West Orthodontics because we have been so pleased with their consistent care over the years!

Dr Foley and Dr Wilde have been amazing in helping me on my journey through the world of braces. Their team is kind and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone that may need braces.

This is THE orthodontist to go to in London! Both of our children have been patients of Dr. Foley and we would highly recommend his office. Every staff member is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make your experience A+. Their level of care is amazing.

Worst place to go in london they are a rip off don't know what they are doing ruin my child care and experience just a in this for the money not for thier clients they over charge for everything they do and when you ask questions staff become rude and so dose dr Wilders with little kids in the room.

My experience here has always been incredible. Everyone is incredibly kind and gentle on my teeth!

I understand delay happens but you have to consider not over booking your patients especially when you have only one doctor available. Had to wait in the car 15 min to be called up, which was fine (happened before with my other kids but it's normal I guess at a dentists office). Waited another 1 hour 20 minutes for my daughter to finish. All because she was left in the back room for her treatment to be done and was forgotten about (everyone was too busy to see her). She received an apology and her teeth were done the last 15 min of my wait time.
You charge $50 for no shows or within 48 hours cancelation but what about my time that was wasted?

**Update: 3 stars intead of 1 now only because I received a follow up phone call from the Dr.

I've had my braces off for nearly 10 years now, and just today I had a new dentist comment on my "perfectly aligned teeth".

It was challenging and sometimes painful having braces as a teenager, but you really do reap the benefits for the rest of your life:)

I've had my 2 years of my brace work here and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my final result! My teeth were CRAZY.like crowed, one tooth was on my palate, and tilled.anything that can happen inside of your mouth! But now I actually CAN smile big and nice confidently for the picture taking!
Dr. Wilde did AMAZING job and all other staffs are professional, friendly all the time, and answered all the questions that I had super kindly. Also, if you are Korean and looking for a good Korean orthodontist, you just found the best orthodontist here! Had to agree with blue mountain’s review. The doctors and nurses are really nice and professional (where the three stars for) but the receptionist is just rude. Had a hard time after talking to her.

I love every single one of the employees there who have been helping me since day 1. Once I do finish my treatment, I will have to go back and visit once in a while. I love going in and seeing everyone. So professional, helpful, skilled and just some of the nicest people I've met.

I've been going here for a bit now, and already love the place! Nice workers, good service, clean environment, and I simply enjoy getting my braces done here. Many of my classmates have or had their braces done as the same place as me and they've said to like it too. Wonderful experience being treated by Dr Foley about 6 years ago and a mini consult more recently as well. He and Dr Wilde were professional and considerate addressing concerns with new aligners that I recently purchased. They made me feel my concerns were valid and are replacing them. Office staff are great as well. Very professionally run business and they take their customer care and well being seriously.

All three of my daughters came here to get their braces done and they've all looked fantasic. Everyone is very friendly, I would definelty reccomend others to come here.

We have been taking our son, who was born with a Cleft Lip and Palette, there since 2013. All the girls there are awesome and very knowledgeable in their field.
