I have been using the TV Box and Followtel services since 2018. I am extremely happy with their service. They are very experienced, professional, and provide great customer support. With their TV Box (Modem), I have access to numerous number of movies and channels with much lower price than working with huge companies. They are always available to answer my questions and update my TV modem whenever needed.

The internet was disconnected from outside of the house and I needed it as soon as possible. They fixed it on time and even I got a higher plan with the same contract I had with them.

Yesterday 30-Sep 2020, I had an urgent case in back home (My loved one was in Hospital due to COVID) and purchased 10 Box long distance call, after one hour waiting, they didn't send the password and when I followed up they told me " Sorry There is 8 $ due payment from your account from 2018 "!:) I said Ok but is this stopping you! Please get the 8 box and have a wonderful day with your excellent customer service

Guess is small team but you feel treated like personal concierge. Great service and great people helping customer in professional manner yet very nice.
I think they may benefit from some automation in billing, dashboard and other services they provide but their hard work and kindness are great supplements.

I have follow tel TV box for more than 4 years and I received services from these guys numerous times. I introduced a few of my friends as well. They are helpful, respectful and always managed to do the job professionally.we all are happy with their service and I personally recommend them.

I ordered their 120mbps, it wasn’t activated and there’s no one at their office to take care of your internet issues after 7pm when they close their office, once i asked them to give my money back even though I didn’t even used a kilobyte of their internet they said you should have given us a 30 days notice, which was ridiculous and such a rip off that made me think i should never go with these small time companies who give you the same service which rogers or fido are offering with a better customer service and less stupid policies to rip their clients off.
