Decent prices and better selection than the one downtown. Produce isn't always the freshest. But that is to be expected when it's cheaper.

Convenient for people in the East end, but they never have enough cashes open

I recently visited Food Basics, and I have to say, I was impressed with their store layout; it's well-organized and easy to navigate. However, I did notice that there weren't as many bakery foods available as I'm used to. I'm a fan of their bakery items, and I hope they can stock a wider variety in the future to enhance the overall shopping experience.

The only thing they didn't have that I wanted was a single bum for a sandwich

Clean and super organized grocery store.
Great prices and items well displayed.
Good place to get groceries!
