The shelves were a little barren in the taco section, but otherwise it's a good grocery store

I completely love this store. The atmosphere is charming and everyone is so friendly. The store managers Chris & Justin are so helpful, humble and dedicated. Truly the best managers around. The cashiers are awesome, they always look out for you and ensure you get the best deals. The grocery guys are so dedicated and always there to help.

Don’t offer any bags as a substitute even though they have gotten rid of plastic bags. If I am spending 200$+ on groceries, a way to get it to the car isn’t asking to much. Will not be back.

Always running low on all sorts of stock. Always out of roasted chickens.even at 430pm! Never enough cashiers on in the busy times. Too many self checkouts. The 3rd star is only because the cashiers are excellent. Otherwise it would only be 2 stars.

Takes 2 employees to get shopping carts but only 1 check out open with 4 employees hanging out at it. If you want to buy beer you will be forced to use self check out.

Great prices, good selection. Big check out lines though. Customers should never have to wait to give you money.

The store is very clean, staff is friendly.
Only complaint I would say the young man at the front door with the carts was not friendly at all.

Some staff have to learn manners

Brutal Thursday around 5 on went for groceries couldn't get in main entrance said use check out exit every check out was blocked except for the one customers were checking out in I had to wait for the line to clear out. Major fire violation and I think the owners managers have lost grasp on reality. If your that worried about theft get out of the business as you have no business running anything.

An obvious staffing issue. 5 shopping carts left so you know how busy it is.
Definitely not ready for business.
2 checkouts open. AND THE LONG LINE UP FOR SELF CHECKOUT.

Food basic has comparable prices with weekly deals. It's a great place to shop if you're on a fixed income. I shop here on the regular

Store is dirty, cleaning wipes for carts is always empty and the most frustrating is the self checkout area, it is way too small and crowded, not enough room to maneuver around. Lastly the self checkout machines use scales for bagging and our quite annoying, Food Basics should do what Wal-mart has done and disable the scale feature.

Terrible experience, service.
While pushing the cart and trying to get by someone working. Didn't even look or care about the customers, employee grabbed his cart and almost smashed into us (with our daughter in the cart) and then didn't even acknowledge and just turned and kept going.
But the icing on the cake.
The lady at the self checkout. Didn't get her name. Middle aged-older lady working the self checkout on Sunday March 12th at 350pm. Co.pletely ignored me for 5+ minutes as I stood there and waited for her to finish some philosophical personal conversation with a random customer who just stood there blocking the exit of the self check out. After I left and gave up my wife went over. She had started up another completely personal conversation with someone else. Wife stood there, the lady looked over directly at her and then just completely ignored her and kept talking. Finally she stopped and started to walk away. My wife asked "sorry, but do you guys have a couple plastic bags? ". And the lady while still being dismissive and walking away, with a insanely bad attitude snaps at my wife as rude as you can think of. "No we don't! And we haven't for a while. ". Then nothing else and leaves.
Don't know how she is employed if that is how she speaks to customers and how she spends her work time.
Eaves dropping part of her conversation (cant help it thats all she was doing) was about how the store is saving money by reducing costs. I think I found a way to save on wages.

Amazing customer service with Levi, I believe at til number 6. Not just a scan and go worker, which you typically get nowadays. Very polite and interactive. Made our time at the grocery store much more pleasurable! Best worker they have

My grocery list is always met with great prices and quality produce. I enjoy the location and the friendly atmosphere.

Not happy about you having no stock on the steaks that were on sale not only that but to not offer rain checks is not good business

Nice store. Only one cashier everytime I go in. Meat is never very fresh. Great prices and great selection. Nice that they have beer

Usually can find most things i need. I have bought houseplants here, even mini roses that I later planted outside.
Bought a rose colored calla lily kit.we will see how it makes out

Products are fine. But not always the freshest. More annoyingly tho Pet dogs are coming in to the store and owners arent being turned away. Big health and safety liability.

Amazing staff today, clean floors fruits and vegetables all looked good. Awesome to see are Ontario foods on the shelf.
