I've shopped here for over 15years+ and it has become a joke here.don't get me started on the Security guard who follows ppl around the store from beginning to end.for no reason. I shop with my phone and wallet on me nothing else.don't see why I need to be watched while I shop. (I take long to shop because I have to check the expiry date for each item I buy.)

Rupture de stocks fréquents pour certains produits comme les légumes congelés. Pire, certes fruits comme les citrons et les pommes sont mis en vente sans vérification de leur état!

Good prices when things are on sale. Don't often buy fresh food there, but can assess quality when needed. They have self checkouts and regular cashes. Always lots of open, free parking spaces and on an intersection of two major roads.

It's a mess and the stock is often low but the place has decent prices and staff that will help if you ask

Been shopping here for many years, since the economic downturn they had to get an annoying security guard who follows all the white people around like we're going to rob the place, absolutely disgraceful next time I go in I'm going to video him doing it and send it to corporate, what a world we live in can't even go grocery shopping these days in peace. When you have a large visible wallet and are well dressed why the hassle?

This place offers you the same products sold at the big grocery chains but at a lower price. I think it is owned by metro, but better prices.
Friendly staff, well stocked and clean. Lots of specials.
What makes me crazy about people who give one star reviews and are too lazy to say why the bad review, they can’t fix what they don’t know about!

Great selection of food and produce. Friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. Just before Christmas they have European and German cookies. They go fast.

Marginally cheaper. Not worth spending the extra gas to go there if you don't live close by already.

My first visit today. The man supervising the self check out was amazing …. So kind, helpful and oh so knowledgeable …… around 2 pm ………BRAVO! Give the man a raise

Ok I want to know other people's opinion. I got my flyer Wednesday. I was really interested in carrots and onions at. 88. Sign said 1.98. I had my flyer went to vegetables clerk.told him they are supposed to be. 88. He said lots of people had been asking about this but the flyer was wrong, went to customer service, the flyer was wrong. She went to the mgr. Got me them for. 88. I said this is your responsibility not mine

GOOD PRICES. Many locked down. Great selection. The service is above par while being fair. Definitely recommend.

Fridges with eggs and milk are full of black mold. Won't be shopping here ever again.

Explored the local food basics today. It's conveniently located, and the layout is well organized. Prices seemed reasonable, and I found most of my items without trouble. Checkout was quick, which was a plus. Overall, a straightforward shopping trip.

Really great place. As international students we get almost everything from here and it's flexible within our budget.

Get rid of all the cashes for self checkout besides 2 then forces everyone to those two cashes.sad is all.

Great. Lots of fresh options. Good ethnic food options. Produce was fish and plentiful. Prices are still reasonable even though everything is more expensive these days.
The strip mall is a little sketchy. I was approached by two panhandlers outside the store. Otherwise the staff is great.

This is probably the worst store in Ottawa. Constantly not filled shelves with products that are sold at a discount, poor freshness of greens, incompetent staff with poor quality of service.

Good food selection at reasonable prices. Easy to access from the 417, and easy to get free parking.
