This is the second time recently stopping at this ONroute and I don’t know what has happened to the food service mgmt but both times were terrible and the 2nd time, after waiting 25 minutes, had to ask for a refund and left. Across the board, ONroute...

Terrible food along with poor management. Don’t waste ur time. Not a one time experience, more over the ambience is messy and male staff are very rude and pathetic towards the customers and other colleagues. Everything looks chaotic there.

This isn't one of the better onroutes. The building seems very outdated and dosent have much to offer. Only options they have here are Wendy's, Starbucks and Tim Hortons and one market. There is lots of seating inside but the seats are...

Stood at the Tims for 10 mins, watched the lady worker with tattoos on her phone at the cash then dissapear and we all waited and I finally left without the apple fritter I wanted all morning. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Rehire!

Charlie's is my absolute favorite place to dine, order takeout, or buy groceries. The food is EXCELLENT. There is something for everyone. Wether you want a doubles, red snapper, roti, or Caribbean Chinese fried rice or chowmein, peppa pot or soup...

I love this food hall concept! Great selection of eateries and all are viable choices. Perfect place to go with a group if you can't decide on one type of cuisine. Nice people-watching patio as well.

Hours say open but all of the lights are off. Confusing for delivery drivers. Staff threatened to report for fraud for no reason.

$1.50 hot fodogs all the way.

It's such a shame they had to get rid of their hot sandwich.

It's nice to see a high quality food court has come out of this long and expensive update to Union station. There are some excellent restaurants and retail shops here which showcase some of the better local businesses of the city.
