Very expensive and not a single deal for any of the produce and very high margins. Disappointed and left the store.

Flyers price are inconsistent with instore price. Employee staff are rude and does not honour price correction.

Once I bought a jug of milk it was expired before the expiration date. Staff are rude and they don’t care. The refrigerators has whit spots and never been cleaned. Highly don’t recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. I bought a package of fresh egg noodles 2 days ago, and today I want to make dinner and saw the noodles were all moldy disgusting the whole package, the expiry date is in 1 week still. I already threw out my receipt so I went back and asked to exchange one. They told me I have to have a receipt. The difference between a good customer service and a bad one is, all the major western grocery store or Chinese grocery store chain had let me exchange without a receipt, but here they said I would buy elsewhere and come here to exchange. First they don't pay for the noodles, the factory will take it back, second, it's only $1.99, they sound like I'm trying to scam them $2000. So I had to go home fish out my receipt in the garbage bin and went back to exchange, now it's become a problem of principles. So warning for everyone shopping there, don't expect they care about your purchase once you pay, and keep your receipt until you eat everything. Also they have cans and jars that are often expired on the shelf so make sure you check everything before consumption. Best is just to avoid this store

Reached at 8: 55 and they dint let me in saying that we are closed! No cashiers anymore! They dont value your business or time!

Very crowded aisle and it does have many Asian produce and fruits but now very expensive as compared to other Asian grocery market. Only one or two cashiers at times so long lines. Their seafood is excellent and plentiful. Parking is adequate.

Wrost experience that I had been. Very rud and unploit cashier.
I'll never suggest this store to anybody.

I live close by come here all the time ignoring the fact that their obviously racist. They insist I buy my meat and then go back to cut it while they cut their peers meat. They always call the meat department to make sure my meat is not being undercharged. It’s embarrassing and they’ve done this to me jn the line multiple times. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Nice place to shop fresh, frozen and Asian groceries; prices are reasonable and the place is really good and clean

I really love this place. It is close to the place I live and has pretty good varieties. I would like to give it 5 stars, however one of the cashier there has been extremely rude for multiple times. She is ruining this wonderful little place.

Okay grocery store but they constantly close before their stated closure time. If you want close at 845pm don't say you're open till 9pm. This has happened to me on multiple occasions and I've been denied entry

The sales and goods there are ideal and great. Also, there is this sweet helpful old man in the store, who I really appreciate:)

However, horrible cashiers! The cashiers are extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I go there and everyone of them are in a bad mood and have no patience.

A male employee in Produce approached me and started speak to me loudly in Chinese with his face 30 cm from mine. I don't flip out if someone walks too close wearing a mask but this is unbearable. I am going to blame your store if I get sick.
It is arrogance that you expect your customer to speak Chinese just because she is in a Chinese store. Employees don't even try to speak a bit of English. That include your cashiers. They are all unfriendly or often downright rude.

Lots of fruits and meat and fish selection. Summer time, they got lots of plants and vegetables to plant. I don't often go during afternoon or evening time, too busy! Instead I go early morning when they just opened. I try to avoid paying by any kinds of card. I prefer cash. Just double check your receipt before leaving the store. One time a cashier over ccharged me over $70. But I caught on it. I wish they can do speak English when you asked them a question.

Poor customer service. I ask for a plastic bag after billing and I was ready to pay for it and the cashier was rude at me. I have been coming to the store since one year and this is my worst experience. This type of cashiers will lower the dignity of the store.

A small supermarket focusing Chinese food. Seafood is average. Customer experience is bad. The cashiers are not friendly.

Only one word can describe this place and that word is AMAZING! If you're looking for real Asia food, this the place to shop. You can't go wrong. It's economical and everything is very fresh

Just got home from Food Depot Supermarket, cashier name Xiao Mei charged me for Ox Head Rice cost $21.99 that I didn't even purchase. Because I am busy packing my grocery, she tooked advantage of it. Tried calling the store but no one is picking up. GIVE MY MONEY BACK!

The vegetables are very fresh and reasonable, and they have an amazing assortment of dried items for a grocery or their size, with lots of different dried mushrooms, berries, and roots. Shelves are well-organized, and the lines move fast.

Decent sized Chinese corner type grocery store. It's no TnT or Galleria, but they carry a good selection of fresh produce. Meats, poultry and fresh seafood too. Parking is rarely a problem and the checkout lines move along well. They also carry BBQ pork and other assorted bins and you can get 6 for $4 or $5 which is a great deal.

Had a excellent experience in this place with my friend. The food arrived quickly and the customer service is just awesome. Prices are fair.

It is a Chinese store, with a good collection of vegetables and other home needs. But prices are little bit higher than No Frills.

Concise and essential selection in groceries, no takeout, fair prices. The store and community have followed Covid standards for the most part. The aisles are small but we all try to keep the social distance.

It's very smelly vs other Chinese supermarket. Did not accept Mastercard when I tried to pay with it.

I love buying my groceries here. The place is clean and has all the groceries I want. Also nice parking space.

I shopped at their sister branches usually and I was fairly happy with the management in general, but this branch is really something else. 1 cashlane opened with 6 customers in line, while 4 other cashers were catering to 1 customer with 4 carts. Yes I get that the customer may come from a reopening restaurant, but out of the 4 only 1 was actually working. The other 3 were just talking and laughing. Not going there ever again.

Really like this store. It's great to find specific Asian ingredients for recipes as well as lots of good prepackaged and fresh foods. I usually come here few times a month to see what's new on store.
