The experience I had at Food Time left me thoroughly impressed. The food was extremely tasty and the service was amazing. The employees were also attentive and helped me with every order I made.

We get samosas here for take out. Really good and freeze well. Friendly staff. Looks very clean

Don’t go here, I went with my family there was hair on my raita and on the Biryani. I told the guy name haseb instead of apologizing or anything he didn’t say anything and charged me full amount even though none of my family eat after seeing a hair. Very disappointed and bad customer service. I was a regular customer never going again.

Food has always been consistently delicious, well prepared and served hot. Almost always a seat available when dining in, however can be busy with delivery orders which can split the attention of staff. They are extremely kind and attentive regardless, and it's clear they work tirelessly for the community.

The owner of the restaurant is so rude and of bad behaviour. I took food from him in the night time with a number of dishes adding 4 chicken biryani’s on Sep 23,2023. While eating biryanis it was found that meat was smelly and taste of biryani was some how bad. Next day morning I took some of the biryanis to show him. Instead of looking that he started shouting and misbaving. He started abusing me and my wife being we seniors and did not listen any thing. He shouted and used bad language in the restaurant and even out side while we left his restaurant.

I will start by saying that this place is amazing in every aspect. The food is delicious and some of the best I have had. The owner and the staff are all super friendly. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity. The food is halal. This is one of my new favourite spots and I will definitely come again.

Being an international student food was a big challenge for me, missing desi food specifically and i came across foodtime I ordered biryani and there beef kabobs it was so delicious and the quality as well as the quality was very good I would like to suggest just give it a try u will not be disappointed, and the service was very good the employees were very friendly.

Ordered a tray of veal biryani. No issues ordering and the pickup/payment was easy. Food tasted great.

WORST PEOPLE AND FOOD!

I recently ordered from Food Time in Pickering for a party, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste of the food. We decided to go with Chicken Biryani and Channa Masala, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice.

The first thing that struck me was the portion size; it was generous and easily catered to our party's needs. The Chicken Biryani was flavorful, with perfectly cooked rice and tender pieces of chicken, all infused with aromatic spices. The Channa Masala was equally delicious, with well-cooked chickpeas in a rich and savory gravy.

What impressed me the most was the overall taste and quality of the food. It tasted just like homemade Indian cuisine, which is a rare find when ordering takeout. It's safe to say that I'll definitely be ordering from Food Time again in the future. If you're looking for delicious and authentic Indian food in Pickering, I highly recommend giving Food Time a try. You won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful experience with Food Time recently for a big event we hosted at a community center (140 people). Shahzaib and his team did a phenomenal job. He provided a very comprehensive menu (biryani, achar chicken, tandoori chicken, fish, channa and tandoori naan) - YUM. The food was delivered on time and warm, which was very important to us in order to ensure our event went according to plan. Most importantly, the food was very tasty, and many of the invitees kept asking about where it was from. Shahzaib, thank you so much for your efficiency, effectiveness and quality control. We look forward to trusting you again for our future catering needs.

I got chicjen tandoori from foodtime Pickering and it was the bestchicken I ever ate. Quantity was more than I expected and it was delicious.

Another family brunch at Food Time
As always all went very well, including services and delicious food, unfortunately missed the Halwa Poori breakfast, just for the information Halwa Poori is served till 1: 00pm on weekends.
Would be nice to extend till 2: 00pm

Been here 3 times in the last month and it's been great. We had the weekend breakfast, it was delicious. Had the meat combo for 2 and that was really good. The byrani is really good. Veal Korma is probably the best in Durham region.

Some of the best and most authentic Pakistani food I’ve had in the GTA. Would recommend 10/10. They have great staff that catered to everyone.

My husband and I catered food for our ceremony from Food Time. From the get-go, Shahzaib was extremely helpful. The food was delivered to the venue on time and the guests really enjoyed all the dishes provided. We would definitely opt for Food Time for any other events we host. Amazing taste! I always buy from here whenever I’m in the area! Their veal biryani is the best! I tried halwa puri and that’s also great.

The biriyani was fresh, and the portion was generous. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable.

Their BBQ platter for 4 is amazing! Quantity and quality. Best bang for the buck, will recommend.

We catered food for a party recently and I have to say the food was simply delicious! We had so many compliments and referral requests.

We have only tried their Food once prior and it was a few years back even then it was so good that we thought of Food Time right away for our catering needs.

The food taste has gone down drastically recently. We always get full tandoori chicken and it used to be so flavourful and spiced right and topped with lemon juice. We bought chicken yesterday and there was barely any salt or spice in it, no lemon juice, it tasted like chicken was baked with some colour on it. I see there’s a lot of Caucasian customers too and it’s fine to cater to them but also cater to Asian communities. Have two options spicy and mild. We had tandoori chicken from Usmania 2 weeks ago and it was so well spiced and baked, their naans were soft but naans from food time yesterday were some heavy duty naans, they were thick and hard to chew.

Since Food Time reopened in Pickering.
I have been ordering different dishes from their menu. No disappointments.
Love their chicken kebab roll, karahi chicken
Boneless (extra charge for boneless) but it's worth it, palak with chicken, quorma, Naan,
Chicken biriyani, Nihari. And many more yummy dishes. Love it all.

I order from food time on Uber eats in Pickering often. I have never gotten an order that wasn’t amazing. The nihari is one of the best curries I’ve ever had in my whole life. Recently changed from chicken biryani to veal biryani and will be ordering veal from now on.
