This is by far one of the best natural product and fresh food stores I have ever visited! It compares to Whole foods but in my opinion far surpasses it with personal care and staff friendliness! I love their support for local food vendors and products and their selection is as good, if not better than some chain stores! This is my new favourite and am lucky to live close! So very glad I found them:)

Stay away from their reduced baked goods. So stale. Wow. Come on mark it down earlier. Threw it out. Waste of money.

Fantastic store that has a huge bulk section with so many environmentally friendly options. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Really lovely store.

Back shopping there after a bit of an absence. Yes, prices might be a bit higher than known grocery chains but the QUALITY is unmatched. Will be shopping there regularly now!

This is my favourite grocery store. The produce is always so fresh and they carry the organic and vegan products that you need, including some that are difficult to find i.e. Vegepate, etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I was looking for keto friendly products and was able to find quite a few I had never seen before. A very unique store with local products, a bulk section for pantry staples and spices and a lot of selection.
