The dimsum place shuts down at 7pm, and packages the food up and sells it at deep discount.

The supermarket is very good, I can score 4½, but the cake department can only give zero points. I bought a cake the day before yesterday, and it was at least a week old. It was as dry as eating sand. It was sold for 24.99 dollars. It is really a scam at this level. Don't buy the cakes they make, they are terrible and stale! Minus!

This supermarket is always my frequent get everything store as it is always well stocked with plentiful or almost anything imaginable.
Right at the intersection of hwy 401 and Kennedy you can go in and out quickly and get what you need for food. It also has a nice bakery if you want a sweet cake or dessert for your after dinner treat. The place is organized and kept clean. You won't be disappointed.

My first time here so funny I was at the other part of this mall not to long ago did not know this place was here, at that time kind of glad I did not as I would have missed my appointment,
This place is amazing it is like a mall inside of a store there were so many vendors inside this supermarket so glad my church sisters stopped here can not wait to come here on my day off work as I will need a whole day to visit this unique place properly
Everyone needs to visit, and if you have friends or family visiting Canada this is definitely a place to bring them.

The goods are relatively comprehensive, but there may be temporary or expired food that has not been removed from the shelves in time, so be sure to pay attention when purchasing.

This was my first time at this store, it's a clean place but unfortunately the staff at the meat counter are very racist. I was in line and the there were 3 Asian men behind the counter. They were only serving the Asian ppl eventhough I was in line before them. Even the Asian lady in line behind me told the guy I was I line first he ignored me. It's very sad and dissappinting to see ppl are this way.

This supermarket is fresh and clean. However, SURPRISED DOGS are allowed in where food is served.

The cashier near the beauty department today (not in the beauty department), I think it needs to be trained, the attitude is very bad. The things of the guests before me have been thrown around. Those are bottled things that are easy to break. When I asked her to help me, it was she herself who said she would let me go, but in the end she found it troublesome and really made me angry.

It was like wonderland walking into the supermarket and seeing so many different kinds of food and snacks that aren't available at other East-Asian stores. It's a genuine Chinese store with a variety of Chinese products.

Some of the items had no English on them so it was difficult to figure out what the they were. It was quite fun trying to figure out what they were just by inspecting the packaging. Perhaps the lack of translation makes the products more appealing!

We bought chicken fried rice yesterday. It was the worst dry, tasteless fried rice we ever bought in Scarborough. The rice was hard and dry as ever. Disgusting.
Pork sweet and sour was tasteless as well. I think this is the worst place to buy take out for shines food. The prices are not cheap either.

The price is too high for the fruit. Most of the fruits I got was bad.
I like the ships and biscuits side.

Pretty nice store, the produce selection is good, pickled stuff also pretty decent, and a huge selection of snacks if that's your thing. Seems to have a slightly better selection of Sichuanese and Hunanese stuff than typical for a GTA grocery store.

Huge inside, huge variety of produce although prices are no deal.
Huge seafood section of both fresh and frozen.
Large bakery section with old and new favourites. This is next to their hot food section. Best sausage rolls. EVER.
Lots of variety at the hot food counter and they really stuff those take-out dishes. I really like the BBQ leg they have pre-pkgd though they're kind of scrawny.
We go every week and buy things from the Dim Sum counter. Quality not restaurant level but sometimes you just gotta have it.
There is a Coco's bubble tea. To notch with available flavours and they seem to usually have limited time flavours. Too expensive for me but I get it for my daughter.
Staff at cash are very efficient and helpful. They've actually told me when a baked item I was buying had mold. Yuck.
Sometimes the line ups at odd times of the day are too long.
All in all my daughter and I enjoy our trips here although we've found new favourites and before long (a few months) they're discontinued.

Almost everything there are expired. Make sure you check the expiry date, especially the products on sale

Be careful when you pay at cashier.my friend called me when I was at cashier, I bought 2 packs of garlic for $1.8, she changed me 4for $3.60, a snacks supposed to be $7.99, but I got charged for $10.99. Not happy with that, will never go back

This is the cleanest, brightest, best laid out and organized Foody in the GTA. The seafood, meat and prepared foods areas are all excellent. The variety of items stocked throughout is impressive. Keep in mind that this is not a discount grocery store and priced accordingly. The parking lot is huge. COVID measures are in effect. It's a grocery adventure to be discovered if you haven't been to a state of the art Asian grocery store before and a go to choice if you have.

September 2021. This mega Asian supermarket has a lot of what you need, want and probably a lot more. You can wander around for an hour and you'll find you've spent at least $50 worth of groceries, fruits, vegetables, seafood and other goods. There's a decent seafood area with some good specials weekly. The produce area isn't bad. The meat area has both packaged and fresh to cut meats. There's a bakery, cooked foods area and even a CoCo branded bubble tea inside. Here you'll find some good diverse ethnic foods from Malaysian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Singaporean, Filipino, Jamaican, Mexican and even a bit of Portuguese.

2020. Some good deals to be had. The Asian supermarket has a large variety of products. Fresh produce, seafood and staples.

Large selection, pretty well organized and clean. Large Ready to eat food court, but there's not much left after 730pm

Gave it a 4vs 5 because a lot of common produce is over priced imo BUT I have yet to find anything but top quality products in said department, so you get what you pay for PLUS their fruit/veggie selection is way better in terms of variety than anywhere else I’ve been including the St. Lawrence market. Fresh fish skinned and boned before you if you choose, always a vast selection of different products to choose from. Same applies for the butcher counter and packaged fresh meat selection, top notch. How many brands of soya sauce do you know about? Maybe 3? This store has probably 30+ feet in that to choose from, from 250ml up to 4 litres. Dry noodles like ramen? So many to choose from! I won’t be able to write about everything here but I can’t skip the hot plate takeout section, you name it, they likely have it ready to go including whole duck and chicken hanging. My weakness is their sweet and sour pork. $10.99 for a tray but I am sure if you compared that to what you’d get at the mall, this is probably 5-6 servings and the quality and freshness is way better. If you are thinking about getting Chinese takeout from anywhere else, please check here first, only down side is the extra stuff you will get because you are in the store looking at the selection like a kid in a candy store. Oh yeah, all your Asian sweet treats, you will also find them here. Finally, try and get out of the store without a drink from CoCo and a pineapple coconut bun for the ride home. Enjoy! Less busier than other Foody locations but also seems to have less of a selection. Deceivingly huge on the outside but smaller on the inside compared to their other locations. Now has a prepared foods section, a Sushi takeout area, and even a Coco bubble tea section. Ample parking. Seems to have expanded a bit with a bakery on the right hand side at the back.

I like going here. They have a lot of Filipino foods to choose from. Also fresh vegetables and meat.

Huge variety of things to be able to buy. Very clean compared to a lot of other Chinese supermarkets. Would recommend. The seafood section though it's clean but lacking options.

Hello this store is out of this world. Lovely decor. Whatever you need they have it. Great bakery section, a small beauty section and ton of premade food and small stall with a lady cooking u fresh food. Wish they had more location near downtown but overall love this store. Definitely recommend

I bought a mask few weeks ago, and I just started use it this days today my face got allergies which is red and can’t touch it. I won’t be return again. It’s terrible experience. And on the receipt they say only accept 7 days retuning.

Great Asian supermarket.carries quite a bit of variety, unlike a t&t, which carries mostly it's own branded things. This place is also very clean, people are friendly. Covid protocols are put in place - hands to sanitize, masks to be worn.

Very unfriendly staff towards customers. I would give this place NO star We are not going back there again; there are so many other much better Asian supermarkets.

It was good place to go but after the expansion. Price up a lot. They said they close at midnight but they put those produce away at7: 00pm.

There is a very good selection of Asian foods. Their hot food and ready to eat section is quite large with a large variety of foods. They also have a food stall on Friday and Weekends that serves delicious made to order foods. Bonus points that they have a Coco in store to serve your Boba needs. It can get quite busy on the weekends and the lineups are not always clear.

It's not as crowded as other Asian supermarkets can be. There is plenty of parking (although I think they're making the parking lot smaller soon). The smaller crowd makes for a less frantic experience. They have fresh baked goods, a BBQ station, a huge hot food section with lots of choices. There is also a Coco BBT store/booth inside. I can find almost everything I usually get here, which made it pretty clutch for pandemic shopping (one-stop vs going to multiple grocery stores).

4 stars for the supermarket part. Various vegs, fruits, meats and snacks; however, the Japanese and Koreans skin care section is tricky for its entry rules, which does NOT ALLLOW baby stroller to enter. Will you go shopping inside and leave your baby outside alone? I think the store manager should think about another way to protect from shoplifting.

Regular chinese supermarket has some more variety for japanese and other food cuisines.the chinese variety though seemes quite limited and many sauces eg lee kum kee only had small selection of a few types.

Not forgiving in terms of customer service especially for non-Mandarin speaking people. So unfortunate!

The best chinese supermarket in the area. I always shop at Metro for all my meat, cheese and bread.then head on over here for all my veggies and RAMEN NOODLES!

It's a grocery store that caters to the multitude of Asian communities. It doesn't have as big a selection as other stores, like T&T It doesn't even have a hot food table. It also needs a good cleaning.

Store is big, clean, carry all kinds of grocery that we need and with very reasonable prices, at a very convenient location, lots of parking plus staffs with good manner, a one stop shopping place for me.

Independent type of Asian grocery. Too bad they don't sell hot food like other Asian grocery stores.

Went there to get the sale item 3 time before thy had it in stock. It cost me gas and time. Lesson learned the cheapest price become the dearest.

Its a good grocery market if u need to buy Asian style food, or cheaper vegetables and fruit. Overall delightful, just sometimes there will be way too many people and it will get bit messy

Pathetic cashiers speak terrible English. Keeps shouting to me "anda teng anda teng". I was asking "what was that? " The cashier screams "anda teng anda teng! " It turns out 'under ten dollars' which means I'm not allowed to pay less than 10bucks with a credit card. She was so rude and definitely a racist.

Overall is a good supermarket, clean and organized. Would be better if they carry more produce from Canadian farmers. Price is a bit on the higher side compared to a lot of other ethnic supermarkets.

Amazing selection of Asian groceries and really friendly staff, including the older gentleman stocking the produce section. He was so nice! He saw me picking up a spiky durian and gave me something to hold it with. This is called caring for your customers!

One of the cashier (lady) is very rude to the customers. She put a few packages of chicken drumsticks in a bag for me. When I realized it's too heavy for the bag and it might break before I can carry to my car. I asked her if she can take out one package and put it in another bag for me because I already carried a few bags in my hands. At the beginning, she just pretended that she didn't hear me. I repeated a few times of my words and she still had no response. A customer behind me delivered my words to her. This time, she has no excuse to ignore me. She turned to me with a angry face and said that she had no responsibility to put the chicken drumsticks into another bag for me. She told me to put down all the grocery shopping bags in my hand and do it on my own. When I told her that her attitude to the customers is not acceptable and she shouted at me and told me not to come to this store again. The good thing is I called the store to complain to the store manager and got an apology. What a person! I wished she's fired.

Called to make sure item I'm purchasing is there. Want to save gas money, time and effort. Came over and found out item is out of stock!

You can find any type of fruit with amazing prices in this place. Clean grocery store. Always fully stocked with variety of choices.
