Avoid this location! Go to Eaton Centre or york dale instead, they provide a much better customer experience. The employees on shift should not work in sales. Came in around 7pm today and bought a pair of shoes. Staff on shift were soulless, robots, probably introverts. No smile, no greetings, no eye contact. Manager was around and was the only one properly greeting and interacting with customers. The semi-bald guy that helped me with my shoes didn’t seem to care much about customer experience, he gave me my shoes and dipped. The cashier that rang me in only replied In “yea, yea, yea, ”. The only female worker on shift was the only one who cared about customer experience. Store was organized and clean though.

I recently visited a Foot Locker store and was impressed with their large assortment of athletic footwear and apparel for adults and children.
The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service, answering my questions, and helping me to find the perfect pair of shoes. I was looking for a new pair of running shoes, and the selection was impressive. I appreciated their knowledgeable staff who took the time to help me find the perfect fit and style.
In addition to their great selection of shoes, the store also had a vast array of athletic apparel from popular brands like Nike and Under Armour. They had everything from workout pants to sports bras to help me complete my workout outfit.
Overall, I would highly recommend Foot Locker for anyone who is looking for high-quality athletic footwear and apparel. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the store has a wide range of styles and sizes to choose from. I will definitely be returning for my future athletic gear needs.
I ordered the Chicago Jordan 2 as soon as they were released by footlocker. I was very excited to get my favourite model that Jordan ever wore for my collection. When I got them it seems as if an employee or someone had been messing with them before they got to me. They came with many horrible creases all over the shoes, and peeling leather. They look used, it is hard to look at knowing I spent 300 dollars, left an amazing review before I got the shoes, and was told they would be new. I left a complaint and tried to email footlocker, they sent me an automated message that has nothing to do with my issue. Horrible experience.

Thank you for letting me try on the shoes than grabbing me a brand knew one to take home not everyone does that. You should be proud your unique!
I love shopping footlocker (normally). I do most online and am usually happy with all my purchases.until my most recent purchase of the ‘just Don - all city- eurocup’ shorts and warm up jacket. Each piece was half off, and although the shipped from two different stores, the shipping was free. How could you go wrong, right? But the product arrived and both had major discolouration (yellowing staining all over the place). The stitching was crap… totally shocked that footlocker would sell something of such poor quality!
So.although the employees who shipped each item should have been better at making sure the customer gets product that is in proper shape, I still figured I wouldn’t hold it against them. I did however review the product on their website, and obviously gave it a poor review. So.the reason I have rated 3 stars is because within moments, footlocker removed the review, and basically proved that they are fine selling garbage just to get the sale, and not concerned at all about how the customer feels about the product. Any who.that’s my rant. I will still continue shopping at footlocker. It will eventually pass and they will regain the two stars again, bringing them back up to 5! Lol!
The store manager is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The service was horrible. He reserves limited pairs customers come to purchase for people that pay a fee to him aside of his job contract. Very shady.
Steve is the most useless manager in footlocker someone please relocate this man.better yet fire him.he doesn't know customer service. I'd give zero stars but unfortunately I can't.so for that I'll give this man a 1 star
The shoe I wanted was in stock (I did call beforehand). Vincent was knowledgeable about the merchandise and was very helpful when I inquired about other shoes (different from the one I originally went to pick up).
The Fairvew, staff are rude, slovenly, ill educated and will tell you anything, to get you to stop asking questions. This is the third time that I have been lied to about Jordan releases and sent to the app and a raffle that does not exist. After speaking with head office I was informed that all of information I received was DEAD WRONG. I would advise everyone to buy sneakers anywhere but at Footlocker. Do not trust their rubes.

Foot locker website is so horrible it crashes suddenly and whatever the products you look and and time time of selecting the size it says out of stock. It doesn’t make any sense I tried to talk to the customer service but there is no positive result. My concern is may be this website should filter out product which is out of stock. May be they will come that update in 2030
The footlocker website has to be one of the worst I’ve ever visited. Not only does it always crash when there is a new release, they advertise old, sold out products that are no longer offered at their store and the only way to tell is by clicking on said item and wasting your time. If I could give 0 stars I would. The app is just as bad. Do BETTER
I came in to look for an exchange for a larger size, the store didn't have it have it but the sales associates here were so helpful in finding the right size at a different store and getting it shipped to my home. Best service
I went to this store couple of times and the staff aren't friendly at all. They seem to be more interested in loss and prevention than providing customer service + their uniform is like a prison uniform. Here's a piece of advice, don't treat your customers based on their appearance, lower your prices, and focus on customer service.
Went to footlocker to pick up some shoes, 2 of the employees were just looking at their phones, and the rest didn't even bother greeting me or asked if i needed help. So we went to foot action instead although they're technically owned by the same company. We ended up buying 3 pairs of sneakers from foot action instead.
I would give 0 stars if I could do so. I've been to this store many times wanting to buy new Jordan releases. Each time the staff are on their phones and chatting amongst themselves in the corner by the register. They never make an attempt to sell anything, and do not notice or pay attention to any potential customers. I will never buy anything from this location.
