Sebastian was an extremely helpful employee. He waited with me throughout my entire time at the store, made suggestions on what kind of shoes I should buy and was very respectfulI would definitely shop there again

When Buying Online WATCH OUT.

Just Received my pair from store #99031 (this location) and as you can see, one shoe (the right shoe) is heavily worn/they sent out the store model. Aswell you can see the box is severely damaged.

When calling this location to speak the the employee who picked my order (employee number) They said they do not know who that employee is.

When asked, the quality control on how an item is judged before it is sent out. They stated if the item was damaged they should have called me which they did not. They had over 4 of the same item's in stock, it still blows my mind on how they would send this one, rather than the other New shoes.

All in all, for ALL ONLINE ORDERS HERE, CHECK YOUR SHOE TO SEE IF IT IS NEW

Terrible service was ignored completely by the associate /manager! When i told him about his behaviour he became defensive and dismissive.

Terrible service I talk to 3 different people and all of them no feelings like working bad actitud and just on the phone the time I was there.

I had a great experience good customer service my attendant was awesome Hasson A was his name he definitely deserves a raise the guy was informative help me as I didn't know the difference between men and women sizes and he was very polite and patient

When I was standing in line, the worker standing at the door insulted me and said, "Do not waste your time you will not get the shoes, and there is another worker (blond girl) helped him. "

I really love Footlocker, they are awesome. And they are reasonable on some things, and then there are some things I find too expensive for what it is. But overall the employees are grate on helping me, and were really nice and polite.

Customer service was great.very nice people. Thanks to kali I got what I wanted and was satisfied.

Not bad at all. I got some good help here, and I found that they were not pushy with sales. The only reason I did not buy something here was because they dis not have my size, but the person who helped me showed me how to use the website, which was really nice.

Whatever is on the website is still not sure they have them in store, even if you get there within 2 hs of checking online ‍️

Yes, a large variety, good quality. The customer service is wonderful. You should go. It's back to school time.

If you look poor they treat you poorly. Stepped in after the gym looking slightly frazzled and was treated like I was invisible.

Lots of selection for men's shoe styles but we found that there were limited sizes available for the ones we were after. Staff is very helpful and tries to give good advice for the kind of shoe you are looking for. The music played in store was not my style and louder than I would like for a shopping experience.

They left security tag on my jacket and would take it off unless I gave my full name or the receipt which I threw, out assuming the employees would do their simple jobs. Would not recommend shopping here just go to champs.

Love the prices for the Converse they were more comfortable than an Addidas pair I was smart enough to try on. Staff is always helpful and efficient.

This location might just be one of my favorite. I have been in Canada for 3 years and I’ve never seen anyone provide me service with such interest and honesty as Andrew with the crazy hair. I don’t see him often when I go but he’s such a good individual who cares unlike some other individuals at other stores like Eaton center. I’d love to see him more so that other people can benefit from the great customer care that he provides!

This location really needs to train their staff properly, most associates here have a "don't give a fu#k attitude" 2 of them on the sales floor busy on phones texting just ignoring customers. I Asked to get a shoe size and had to wait for associates to finish their "important" conversations, I suggest making your purchase at another footlocker.

There are always staff on hand to assist you which is great. A great selection of shoes and merchandise at reasonable prices.

Unprofessional female staff. Females go around gossiping while customers are shopping. Males are the only ones who take initiative. The women who work here were speaking about punching out another worker due to unrelated personal issues. Other than that store is clean. Never too packed.

This one and ONLY location is what you need because it actually helps customers and provide great answers to questions. Friendly Customer service. Wide section of shoes for all as it is a decent sized location.

They have a great selection where you will find rare shoes as it doesn't get raided as quickly by sneaker heads like the more downtown location. It also receives quite a few hard to find shoes

Nice shoes but don't need staff following me around the store that's a deal breaker. Take my business elsewhere

Salespeople standing around talking about being and nothingness amoungst themselves while potential customers Wait for Godot for someone to ask if they want to buy a pair of shoes.

Here's an idea, how about do your ####ing job bozos? ! The job you're getting paid to do. Make sense?

Called earlier to inquire about a product. This was the ONLY location that helped me and provided answers to my question. Sherway and Eaton's left me on hold.and Yorkdale phone didn't even work. Thank you Foot Locker at Dufferin Mall for your help.
