Customer service is great. I came here on a whim, knowing that it's difficult to find streetwear shoes for my size. I exited the store with a pair of shoes at a reasonable price. Today I tried on a variety of shoes with assistance from the asian sales associate with glasses (I didn't not obtain his name) and he was very helpful. I then I was able to get assistance from another associate I think his name was Aaron from the receipt, looked like he was in a managerial position, and I asked if there was shoes that are in size 11 for women and wide. Literally the first pair he brought fit me well I ended up purchasing the new balance 530's and I am satisfied. Thank you!

I went there around a week ago and I was helped by alyssa she was very polite she mention to me it was her first day I was so surprised how helpful she was, she made sure the shoes were comfortable for me will for sure be heading back!

Service was friendly, attentive and professional. Staff immediately greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered assistance. I'd recommend this location over Eaton Centre as it's not as busy.

No matter how many times I enter this specific foot locker, I can never seem to get service. Today I literally had to wait in line athe cash register to get assistance on finding a size of a shoe I was looking for. Even then the person at the cash didn't even look to see if they had any in stock. What!? The other employees were simply not around. This was during lunch when you'd think they'd make more staff available on Cyber Monday's traffic. I think they can do much better.

This large store is located on Yonge Street, across from the Eaton Centre. There was a fair amount of staff on hand. I showed a picture of the shoes I wanted on my phone and a couple of minutes later I had the box in my hand. Cashier processed the transaction quickly. Happy with my shipping experience.

After calling half the footlockers in Toronto i received amazing service from Ariel at the Eaton center location. She helped me track down the shoes i was looking for and called multiple locations which helped me secure multiple pairs. The shoes were gifts for my groomsman and it wouldn't have happened without her help.

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong shoes. When I contacted them they told me to mail them back, instead of providing me with a prepaid shipping label they asked that I pay for shipping, Annoying but fine. They said when they received the shoes it they would refund me for the shipping.in the end they would only repay my $18 shipping in a gift card. So, they sent me the wrong shoes and now I have to pay for their mistake. Absolute BS, never again.

Every time I shop at this location the sales staff is amazing. Courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.
