Foot Locker

Went in around 7pm and it was hard finding someone who would help me on the floor. It seemed they were more interested in their own personal conversations. The store was not busy. My experience with the cashier was the only positive interaction. I don't frequent this location often so perhaps this is not representative of their customer service.

Thank you Omar for helping me find the best pair of shoes. I always have trouble finding the correct shoe size since I have small feet but Omar and his staff was very patient with me. Omar was really knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find the best shoes. He is really kind with a touch of humour. Loved his vibe. Thank you Omar.

Great location, first ever 2-level Foot Locker, Vancouver doesn’t have one lol.

Cool industrial feel, great service. Tried on a few before settling on Under Armour walking shoes.

They don't adhere to their opening hours.
There store's suppoaed to be open till 9: 30pm. I arrived at 9: 15pm to try out and buy a specific shoe I saw online. But they were already closed,
How am I supposed to buy the shoe without trying it on first? Are Footlocker not interested in selling shoes?

Amazing place staff are on point very helpful energy is really good there would recommend anyone looking for good shoes at a good price to check it out

My grandson bought a pair of running shoes. The sales guys was really helpful and he made different suggestions to my grandson until he found the shoes he was looking for.

I love this store, this is by far the best Footlocker in the city, not only do they have the best selection but the staff is amazing, especially Tasha, she went above and beyond to find my daughter the perfect pair of shoes. We will keep coming back to this store because of Tasha, keep up that great attitude, you're awesome.

Nice shoes can be found at this shoes' store. I went to this shoes' store, and bought shoes for Christmas gift; and the prices are affordable and the qualities of the shoes are very nice. I highly recommend you to visit this shoes store and buy shoes.

Had the wonderful honour of being attended to by a lively floor associate named Justin. He is an amazing conversationalist and extremely invested in providing a memorable customer experience. His knowledge on kicks and experiences working retail really adds layers to what was expected to be a quick in and out. Greatly enjoyed my time, also a huge shoutout to cashier Brii & manager Romel for adding to the one of kind experience

Excellent service. They actually have stock. ELLIOTT was incredible. He was so kind and patient with us. He knew his stuff and was knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and tied our laced our shoes the way we wanted, as well as spraying our shoes for us. Never have I every experienced such great service. Thanks Footlocker and Elliott!

They have not so much of good clothes, but they have a lot of sneakers and other shoes with sales. But there is almost nothing special about shoes: usual models that you can find in almost any shoes store. Generally, good, but not the best.

Never experienced lazier employees than in this place. 25 mins waiting for a size for them to send the wrong shoe. Then when I pointed it out they basically shrugged and said oh. Go to the Nike Store or Adidas Store instead. Employees there will actually get you a size in your shoe

Finally, a store where the phone number actually works. Called in and found out that they carry the AirForce 1. The lady said that they have it on my size which is 6.5 and she told me that she will place it on hold for the next day.

Arrived at the store, and asked the associate in cashier area for the item that i placed on hold, but they told me that they only keep an item on hold for the same day. And that, the airforce 1 doesn’t come with the size 6.5. I was really disappointed. But, luckily they still have it in stock, so that wasn’t really a big deal for me.

So, Cheyenne, the lady who helped me. Recommened to get the kids AirForce 1 in size 4.5 US but is equivalent to Euro size 6.5 fits me perfectly! They are also cheaper. So i got it for $95! Good deal!

So if you’re looking to get a pair of shoes and have a small feet like mine. Maybe try the kids size. Atleast, now i have an idea.

Staff is slow even whens there's no one in the store. Selection is OK. I miss the other store, better Staff and better selection. I used to spend $300 a month at Footlocker but I can't even get served here. I hope they open somewhere else to buy sneakers. I'm writing this while waiting half hour for someone to ask me if I need a size. I'm staring at 2 Staff just talking to each other now not even serving customers, this is ridiculous!

Walked in. Looked around. Was approached by one of staff. Excellent service. And walked out with an awesome pair of running shoes. I love this location.

Great Atmosphere, Awesome selection, Friendly and helpful staff here, been to this location 3 times now and loved it every time. Staff to look out for for awesome customer service and support are Briana and Chris!
