Terrible customer service, really need to be trained better. I picked up socks with price sticker $26 but they charged for $35… when I asked why $35 if sticker says $26? Lady said no price went up and now its scanning as $35 in our system so we cant change price for $26. What the hell is that? I asked her.what is the point for price stickers then? She said I dont care about sticker we have to follow our system. I asked her to call her manager she said we all are manager here and thats our price we cant do anything with sticker price.

Very bad customer service. The employees at this place don’t know the policies about the store. I was there and purchased an item and I didn’t even noticed until I checked my receipt after cashing out. So, the price on the item was much cheaper than what they charged me. When I went back to the store they said we cannot do anything about it the price has gone up and we have to follow our system in our system scanning as the price that we charged you. I asked them to call the manager they all said we all are Managers in this store. Really really really bad customer service. Won’t recommend this store to anyone. Worst Footlocker store all over Canada.

I bought 2 baseball caps and Chynna went above and beyond to help me out. She was super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location. I was treated each time I entered the store as well. Overall positive experience.

I went this store to exchange my shoes but i felt very bad customer service and employee also speak with attitude.

Had a very bad experience. Spend more than $100 today. Manager came and said to us to keep food the cloth which we tried and keep it where we had took that sweatshirt. She was so rude and does not know how to behave. Such a bad customer service. Don’t know if she was a manager or she lied to us that she is a manager. Won’t be going back again to this location. You have lost your loyal customer. She insulted us and does not had sense of speaking. Head office, take note of this, if an employee is not happy working there, then terminate that employee and please hire some good employees who knows how to behave with customers.

I had a great experience at this footlocker, I really Loved Chynna and Sta-sha's customer service they were exceptionally nice and professional. I'll definitely be back to purchase more merchandise. Best customer service at footlocker I've ever experienced.

I went to this location lastnight and was greeted by two great individuals, they were so helpful and even went above and beyond to try to find what I was looking for on their website. I got some great advice from them. Sadly I didn't purchase anything but over all great customer service by Azsal and Vanessa. Thanks to you both!
