Great customer service. I did an appointment for my self and i was very happy with the results, I also took my mother and theyr were very professional and well knowledgeable. I also took my daughter and there very patient and caring with her. Highly recommend. I don't usually leave reviews but this place is great and i want to share with people.

Quickly diagnosed the issue and then carefully explained the treatment options. Noted that there would be a follow up call and if any problems with foot post treatment I should not hesitate return for their attention. Professional and caring staff from reception through to the clinician. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I hate my feet being touched and so the idea of someone looking at them and touching them, worried me. However, going to see Brittney at Footprint was the best experience I could have had. She was patient with me, educated me on what my feet were doing and how my feet were affecting the rest of my body. The best part is I have super smooth feet now!

She was lovely, very professional and provided great information and helpful tips, and performed a procedure that has finally relieved foot pain I’d been suffering with for 3 years. I am happy that I decided to go to the orthopedic doctor. Yesterday I met with Brittney Wirtz she is very educated and explained me why I need wear compression socks and orthopedic shoes. Today I was wearing my orthopedic shoes first time and I felt so energized myself and even after work day it have been first time I didn’t felt pain in my feet.

Brittney Wirtz is a very knowledgeable, caring, energetic, enthusiastic chiropodist. Her staff is all excellent. They work with you to get you an appointment time that works for you. Facilities are spotlessly clean. Great location, ample free parking.

I wish I had found this place sooner than I did! I’m on my feet 8 hours a day for work and was suffering from bad plantar fasciitis. I had gone to bioped for orthotics before finding Footprint Health & Wellness. After 6 months nothing got better, the orthotics sank no matter how many times they were adjusted. The orthotics at bioped made my plantar fasciitis so much worse it started to affect my work. I was limping, could barely walk and couldn’t even touch my feet the pain was so excruciating!

When I found Brittney at Footprint Health & Wellness she properly aligned my feet to get me proper orthotics, and within a month I had started feeling better! I was no longer limping or in excruciating pain. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Brittney made the biggest difference and I can’t thank her enough for helping my foot pain

I've been seeing Brittany almost since she opened after the chiropodist I had been seeing closed her practice. I have several issues with my feet and nails and Brittany was grest at addressing them. Plus she never agrees with me when I say I have ugly feet!
Reception staff are pleasant, professional and accommodating. I have also seen Kelly on several occasions and can recommend her as well.
Extremely satisfied with Brittany 's knowledge and expertise-so much so I drive from Bracebridge just to see her!

My son struggled with a ingrown nail he went to a clinic and the doctor gave him antibiotics and said it wasn't ingrown so we finally said after over a month of his toe not getting better we needed to get a doctor who knows about feet so came here and WOW Ty Kelly she was amazing in fact it was ingrown and she immediately did what was needed to do recommend this place to anyone in fact I'm going to see her myself as I deal with sore feet. The receptionist was awesome!

Footprint Health and Wellness Centre is a great place to go if you have issues with your feet they are very nice and quick to diagnose and are very happy to answer any questions you have. They also offer (other than chiropody) custom foot orthotics, shockwave therapy, and toenail fungus treatment. I would very much recommend getting your feet looked at/ treated at Footprint.

My first visit ever to a foot specialist and WOW! Why didn't I do this sooner? Brittney gave me so much information about my feet, and why and what we need to do next that I booked my husband's visit as soon as I got home. My feet felt like they were treated royally. I can't wait to go back and get my orthotics. I'll be recommending Footprint to all my friends. Thank you so much for the great service!

This was my first appointment and the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Kelly is the absolute BEST! Honestly I cant say anything more, if you have funky feet go see Kelly, you wont be sorry you did!

They also took the time to explain so I could understand what the next steps were to alleviate the condition. After carefully exploring my shoes, orthotics, daily life functioning, they uncovered issues that could have caused further foot, leg and overall body problems. I appreciated the convenience of having all the necessary steps available to get my orthotics made to submit through my work benefits with ease.

I have been to this clinic about 10 times for shockwave (here is the math behind this. 10x80=$800)! And today I was stuck in traffic, called and was told to come in where I was then told about a policy I was NOT aware of. I was told I missed my appointment because I was late, but I needed to pay the $80! I have never been late before, I did not forget about my appointment, I didn't pull a no show, yet this policy was enforced. I paid the $80 as a respectful person and I am left with a disgusting taste! Other clinics offer these services, what makes you stand out is how you treat people! This is not acceptable!

I have been going to this clinic for 2 years now for my feet. This place is AMAZING. Brittney has specifically worked WONDERS on my feet and given me a new confidence to wear sandals or be barefoot in front of people.something that I never thought would be possible. I cannot say enough about how awesome this clinic is. Very friendly staff, and courteous. They take all the precautions necessary during COVID, to make people feel safe going into their clinic. The chiropodist, Brittany Wirtz is extremely friendly, and makes all her patients feel at ease and comfortable. I recently had to have partial nail avulsion surgery, and she was incredibly knowledgable, and put my mind at ease. She even went out of her way and emailed me back on a Sunday, when I had a concern, and answered all my questions!

I had the most wonderful experience at Footprint! The entire process from booking the appointment to walking out the door at the end was a pleasure. Camille was very helpful and accommodating in booking me an appointment. She was super friendly and welcoming when I came in for my massage. Trudy is truly a gifted and talented massage therapist. She took the time to listen to my issues and tailored my massage to my needs and not just a run of the mill generic massage. I felt comfortable and very much at ease with Trudy, so much so I recommended her to my husband. I am definitely going back and will be checking out their other services as well. Great customer service all the way through!

Hi My name is Danielle Svec. I recently had an appointment to see Brittney for an assessment. I had been experiencing ankle pain for a few weeks and went in to see what was wrong. Having a physical disability called Cerebral Palsy and using various equipment for mobility, I sometimes experience pain and often don't know the cause due to the way I move or stand so I just thought of my pain as a pulled muscle. I am grateful that Brittney explained what was causing my ankle pain in terms that I understood and came up with a solution and an action plan to handle the pain. Brittney is friendly, knowledgeable and is willing to work with you to help with your pain. I highly recommend the Footprint Health and Wellness Centre as the staff are friendly, place is clean and very nice decor. Wheelchair Accessible washroom and automatic doors to get in and out of the building. Job Well done by an excellent team to help you feel better!

This clinic is great. I went to them with very painful plantar fasciitis two months ago. After 4 sessions of shock wave therapy and new orthotics I was so much better! I continue to improve. Nice clean and modern clinic and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them. I plan to go back for physiotherapy for another issue. I feel lucky to have found them.
