I have purchased Mazda CX-5 GT from this dealership. What truly sets this dealership apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect CX-5 model.

Abu was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless buying process. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured a smooth purchasing process.

Samantha made the financing surprisingly straightforward. The transparent communication and willingness to tailor a plan to my specific needs made the entire financing process hassle-free.

It's been just over a month since I purchased my beautiful red 2021 CX-5 and I'm still thinking about the stellar experience. I was nervous when I walked into Forbes Mazda with my sister, expecting the stereotypical hard sell. Just want to give this Mazda Dealership a very positive review, i have lost my key lock for my wheel and this guys did not hesitate to help me in such a short notice. They took out my key lock and installed four of my regular lugnuts “Free of Charged” at this point i was mind blown how generous this guys are, i had a little chat with their service manager that was so cool very humble guy. Every one seem to be really nice here! Right at feels my first impression they gave me, I’m now convince to switch to this service department. Highly recommend if you are in KW area. Shout out to Cody and the person actually did my wheel lock and lugnuts! You guys rock!

Never get your car serviced here. These guys are frauds. They will damage your vehicle and blame you for their mistakes. Most expensive free oil change i’ve ever gotten. Almost took them to small claims court over it until they got scared and fixed the damage but never admitted fault.

I have been with Mazda since 2012. Now on my second car and I can not say enough good things about this company. Outstanding service any where I go. I had to seek their help during my vacation, very far from home, and they were so kind and helpful. They went above & beyond to get us going again. Can't see myself dealing with anyone else. Highly recommend!

Executives were very helpful and nice, especially Mr. Sameer Malkan, who briefed me with quite well about the vehicle and made it easy for me to select the right vehicle.

This dealership wasted my time when I preordered mazda cx-50. They made me wait around 6 months when I was at the top of their list and then they tried to push it further 3 months out. If you need to preorder a mazda, go to other dealerships.

As a Mazda owner I would never take my car here. To start you will get a better oil change at VW down the road. They will at least wash the car before taking your money. My partner stored her tires at this location and they lost 2 of the 4 tires. She was sent home with 2 tires from another customer and was told they did not know where her actual tires have gone. They took her car gave her a loaner and this issue took a long time to resolve. With no phone calls updating on the status we were left wondering as each day went by. Terrible.

I had a really rough time with my previous 2 car repairs and buying used so I was very anxious and afraid with purchasing another vehicle. I responded to the recent posting on the website and immediately received a response to book a test drive. The next morning, Abu called me to confirm my appointment and curate my interests - he was so patient, warm and kind to show me every possible feature to ensure the vehicle was right for me. I was so wary from my previous experience - he was so determined to help me and make sure my luck turned around positively. I can't thank him enough, honestly.

He also introduced me to Samantha who helped me arrange my financing. She was so understanding, generous and also patient with my situation and gave the advice I needed to make certain that I was within my budget while still maintaining the coverage I needed and educating me on proper purchasing and financing along the way. After my 1st car broke down and I had a very poor experience with Nissan, I bought another vehicle from a 2nd hand dealer in Toronto that was not properly safety certified after I got it inspected - I had to return it the same day - Samantha gave me excellent advice to handle the situation. She even went the extra several miles to loan me a vehicle to use while I waited for my mine to be ready and even stayed an extra hour so I could pick it up!

Both Abu and Samantha patiently walked me through the entire process, completely sympathetic to what I'd been through and purely driven to help me get the vehicle I needed (and of course wanted, it's a beautiful car). I recommend Forbes Waterloo Mazda to anyone looking for a reliable, personable, trustworthy, well-priced, knowledgeable dealership - so basically everyone.

My experience with Forbes team was outstanding. They go above and beyond in every step.

We wanted a 2022 Mazda 3, Mackenzie was very transparent, told us it wasn't in stock and they were expecting a few end of Feb. The way her, her manager, the finance team navigated the deal shows how professional and helpful they were.

When they knew my wife was in her last weeks of pregnancy, they offered a free rental (CX-5) which was a higher class than the car we ordered, to make sure we're covered for medical visits and delivery just in case.

Their delivery time and updates were very precise, emails were timely, car arrived last 10 days of Feb as Mackenzie initially projected. The experience you receive when you go to pick up the car is as equally impressive. They explained all small and big details. Matters relating to finance program, payments, maintenance, upkeep of car, all clearly explained.

Couldn't think of a better experience to be honest. Mackenzie, Dave, Maria, I hope you see this. Thank you very much. Wish you success.

I had a poor experience with this dealer while in the market for a new CX-5. I had called in to the dealer asking what we can do in terms of a competitive price and they said they can help me but we can only discuss this in person. Fine, I understand. So I drove out to meet with their sales team and discuss what pricing we can do on a CX5 GT with approx. $1000 in accessories. After a few minutes of the salesperson speaking with management, they came back to me with a $3 discount vs what Mazda Canada was showing me. This comes out to a 0.007% discount on a $40,000+ product. To be blunt, it was insulting.
If the dealer doesn't want to do any discounts, fine, no problem. Its well within their right. But don't tell me on the phone "you have to come in so we can see what kind of deal we can work out for you" to offer me $3 off. That's an insult and disregard to my time. I ended up purchasing from a different dealer which was able to meet my 2.5% discount request.

Parts counter was helpful and quoted and then overnighted parts. The OEM parts were 2x on line aftermarket prices but were available and had no shipping or duty markup. The rep was responsive and helpful. I needed 30 year old Miata parts and they came through. They even answered my email on a holiday.

I just purchased a new Mazda 3 Sport.

I was originally looking for a used car, but with used car prices so high, and the competitive prices offered for a new car here, it was an easy decision to buy new, for only a little extra over the cost of used.

Staff were professional and helpful. There wasn't a lot of pressure, even with all of the add-on options. Communication could have been a bit better as I had to chase a bit to resolve an issue with wanting to reuse some rims from my last Mazda 3 that I was trading in. They had an internal miscommunication and no one told me, so I had to do a bit of extra running around. In the end though, I got it resolved.

If you are looking for something specific, you will likely need to wait a couple of months, as there isn't a lot of stock available just sitting on the lot, but that will be the same across the industry, no matter where you go.

Two weeks in and everything is running smoothly and I'm enjoying the new vehicle.

This is my third Mazda and my second purchased at this dealership. I'd certainly consider returning again when my next vehicle needs to be replaced.

Walked in at closing time and still had DC and Mike eagerly discuss trim and price options without a rush. DC was well informed and made sure to steer us in the right direction basis our needs and budget. Highly recommend him and the dealership!

Absolutely terrible! The service adviser had no idea on how to fix Rotary's and even where to fix them, as none of their 310S Mechanics know what to do, to fix them, too. Good luck finding a specialist here, they don't have any! Stay away if you have a rotary - haha forbes waterloo mazda, what a joke!

I have to say that DC at Forbes Mazda exceeded the expectations by serving 3 separate referrals i sent him in last 4 weeks.
As a realtor i know how important it is to make sure your clients are satisfied with your service and DC is doing just that!
I will never hesitate to send everyone to him in a heart beat.

This is the first time that I have driven a Mazda. GX-5 is really comfortable and quite compare to other SUV's. Thank you DC for your pattience, support and understanding. The whole sales team were super kind and friendly.

Overall good buying experience. Tyler was transparent, helpful, not pushy and responsive to questions. We were happy with the price & trade in.

The only constructive criticism is that I discovered that Forbes by default attach metal advertising badges to the cars they sell. Assuming they have permission to glue (?) advertising on a new car (as opposed to explicitly asking the customer for permission) is not something I'd expect from a Mazda dealership.

The Mazda3 is a great car, and so I am very satisfied with the purchase. Having driven Mercedes/BMW in the past, I'd argue that Mazda are now on par with these premium marques.

All in all I'll connect with Tyler when it's time to replace my other vehicle.

My experience with Forbes Waterloo Mazda has been subpar at best. I have been leasing my car from them for 3 years now. One of the main draws when I began leasing was their grad rebate. It took months of back and forth communication for me to finally receive my rebate: they would tell me they sent it, but then when weeks went by and I hadn't received it, I would follow up and they would have "accidentally forgotten to send it. " This went on for multiple instances. I have shown up for scheduled service before, with a confirmation e-mail in hand, only to be told that no one had actually booked me in for the service, causing me to wait for an extra amount of time. Now, at the end of my lease, I would like to purchase my vehicle. I reached out through e-mail to ask a few questions about how to proceed, which were not answered at all. Instead, I received a rather rude and curt e-mail response, and then they stopped responding altogether. I have tried calling them multiple times, only to be told to call back another day. Finally I have gotten ahold of the correct person, and I've been told I need to have a safety inspection done on my car (which is an example of something that could have been mentioned when I originally inquired about the process of purchasing my vehicle?) now I have to scramble to have this done, and it is not cheap! I would have loved to have been able to expect and budget for this, had anyone actually answered my inquiries from weeks ago. At this point, I am tempted to just return my vehicle and purchase a new vehicle elsewhere. The only reason I am continuing to give them my business is because I enjoy my car and would like to own it. I would not recommend this place to anyone in the future.

We went from test drive to delivery in under 2 weeks. The service was great, Nathaniel Stephenson, was very helpful and provided a lot of information about the vehicle. Joel Halstead was also very nice to work with, he provided a lot of options and great advice on the finance side. The dealership made sure to follow COVID 19 protocols. The entire process felt safe and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I am amazed with the customer service, from asking a question about a car, to having a personalized video of the car, seeing the car to saying yes.
