To the owner, did you not read the following part of my review? I told you all the things I planned to do, and you looked me in the eye and flat out, lied like a rug, and said you had a locker that was perfect for me!

"terrible, either she didn't listen as I clearly explained what I needed the locker for telling me it would be "perfect" for me, or knowingly rented me the locker then started harassing me for violating their terms of use. "

So I fail to see how after telling you we had hundreds of boxes to go through, would be working on scrap, help my son out with his car, maybe do some oil changes and minor repairs to earn a little cash, then you tell me you have the perfect locker and rent it to me anyway knowing what my plans were, should have left you in breech of contract!

BTW I like the bought and paid for 5 star shill reviews, I like how, prior to my review, all you had were 1,2, and 3 star reviews and one 4 star! You're such a conniving old crook!

They were very helpful when I called an when I went in to rent my unit.also had my favorite candies in the dush on the counter.everything was nice an clean.very impressed

The climate controlled house has a loading dock!

Customer service is exceptional! Needed a 2nd unit and were able to get one close by. Access hours are great. No issues. Units are clean & locks are secure.

I was going through rough times and Forest City Storage was there to help every step of the way. Very considerate of my circumstances and went over and above to help me keep my things when falling behind a little on fees. Great place and fantastic staff.

Very clean space, storage room even had a light.easily accessible, easy to use, drive up.no complaints! Place was great!

Very nice, personable, and helpful lady greeted us. The rental rates seemed reasonably priced. Our unit was very clean, and easily accessed. The gate was opened to us 7 days a week. It was very close proximity to our residence. It has taken a lot of stress off the move.

We rented a space here rscently the signup was easy and much cheaper then other places in London

The lady I dealt with last Saturday and I deeply apologize because I can't place her name was beyond fantastic.
They were super busy and she managed all of it extremely well.
The prices are reasonable, good location if you live in the downtown / Woodfield era or even old South.
Would recommend to anyone who needs self storage.

Jocelyn is an absolute lovely person to deal with. She answered all questions and made sure I was able to get in and out of the unit I rented without any issues. Definitely recommend this location for all your storage needs.

Just started rental and it has been a good reliable place to store my belongings.the main objective is to keep belongings safe and secure and they did just that. TY FCS I will recommend to my friends

Price is decent. Staff is friendly and service is swift. No long line-ups or wait times like the other storage unit we had. Love that we can drive right to the door and unload. No carts needed here!
