Very easy to get a rental unit, prices are good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The yard is always clean and very secure.

I've always found the office staff nice. The lady that "does her rounds" in the car rude as can be. I went into my unit and there were a few things I needed drill bits, certain bolts and she told me I was "hanging out there and to pack my things and leave"? Ignorant as can be. I had been there a little over 30 min and she started threatening me "Im gonna go check the tapes". It was a bit of a joke.

Overall great location and storage option. Many different unit choices at affordable rates that accommodate pretty much any budget.
Units are well kept and clean, with the overall location very safe and secure.

I chose Forest City Storage for the second time as a result of a home renovation. We have had such excellent service for the 1st rental that choosing again was a perfect choice. The service at the 3rd St. Location is fantastic! Rachel was extremely helpful and thorough and, Gary's follow up call was a great very friendly reminder. The unit I rented was perfectly clean and very convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of storage. I was waiting for the train to cross. It looks really good and roomy. I love their billboard and look forward to seeing it every Thursday.
