We are very impressed with this company. They installed a sliding patio door, a bay window, a large kitchen window and four basement windows. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and made some suggestions that improved what we were envisioning. He was the only salesperson that informed us about the energy rebates and how to apply for them. The owner came to finalize the measurements and walk us through the installation process.

The installation was extremely well done, the installers were courteous, clean and efficient. The windows look amazing, perfect fit very nice capping, caulking and trim work. The owner came by to inspect the finished job which I thought was a nice touch. The office staff was a pleasure to work with through the whole experience. I highly recommend this company.

Forest City Windows is an amazing company, excellent prices, great customer service and expert window installers. I would recommend them to any and all people needing to have windows installed. Can't wait to have the rest of my home windows replaced in the next 4 months. Thank you & Well Done!

I really needed new windows due to leakage in a large one of mine, so I set up 3 different appointmentswith three different companies, and through discussions and quotes with each of them I picked Forest City, and am really glad I did, the service, respectfullness, clean up after, the product itself.so very happy with it all, would for sure recommend them.and when I went to the office to pay them and was seriously was treated so nice. They did not pressure me for service or payment.

Ultimately, we went with Forest city because it was a third of the cost that Brookstone quoted us. That being said, we got SO MUCH MORE than a great deal.
The installers were so kind and meticulous. There was no mess left, and the process was surprisingly stress free on our end, even with a few surprises due to our older home.
We cannot recommend the team enough, and we’re looking forward to having them back in the future for new siding.

10/10 would recommend forest city window and door! The entire team did amazing work! From Ralph quoting the job and being great to walk through our options and fair pricing, to Katarina great communication helping get it scheduled and to Ryan and Bailey who were great workers, did a fantastic job, friendly, polite and even put up with our dogs!

We are very pleased with our new bay window. We had it done in June, and we enjoy the piece of mind knowing our house is more energy efficient. They have done work for other family members who are also very happy with the workmanship.

I have just had two older windows replaced and was really impressed by the friendly and courteous service I received from the office staff as well as the installer. He arrived on time, took care with the installation, left no mess and took time to demonstrate how to operate my new windows. I am also happy to report that my new windows are a lot more soundproof and I wish I had replaced them sooner. I would definitely recommend hiring Forest City Windows for future renovations.

Typical company that doesnt know its own industry. Uses other companies and their knowlegde to build themselves. All installers here are sub contractors working for another company. The owner couldn't install a bucket if he tried.
Just pay the contractor that comes out not the forest city window brand.

We have had Forest City Window and Door replace a bay window a number of years ago, last year they did our roof in addition to replacing skylights and this year they replaced three windows and two exterior doors. In every instance, the crews were efficient, professional and the workmanship was stellar.

I replaced six basement windows and 1 front bay window w/ Forest City Windows. They were easy to work with, had fair pricing and did a great job. Very happy with the whole process and especially my new windows. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Brad was super prompt/responsive in my outreach + follow-up for booking. Very professional + knowledgeable when doing the assessment/estimate. Provided us all the info we needed to make the right decision.

Installers were very courteous and delivered excellent work. We are thrilled with our new door and window!

This is the only company we will use! We have worked with Forest City Window & Door for the last 8 years for our 3 houses (windows, doors, soffit/fascia & roof) and each time we are impressed with them from the sales & service to install & clean up! They are worth the wait and will use them again! (and again and again)

7 windows installed and beautifully done! The guys were able to bring back the old (Victorianesque) look to the windows and they look amazing! This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Next up I think will be some door replacing with them.

I gave five stars for the following reasons:
1. Friendly service
2. Professional and up front with wait time of the installation.
3. Installer was not happy about working in the rain but went ahead. I was happy the rain stopped after about 20 minutes.
4. Installer was triple checking his work making sure frame was level. He took his time to ensure all was correct.
5. Lowest cost

We had Forest City Windows and Doors update our cottage, over 40 windows and 7 doors. The job was done in less than 2 weeks and it was just perfect. Considering the installers had to deal with bitter cold weather and icicles dripping on their heads, they never stopped working. The site was left clean and tidy and the windows look fantastic. I would highly recommend Forest City to anyone looking for a professional job.

Forest City Window & Door came recommended to us by two friends and we're certainly glad we chose to make use of their services. From extremely helpful estimators and office staff to a friendly and obviously very skilled installer who did a fantastic job in quick time, this company has been an enjoyable experience from the beginnings of our dealing with them. They have made the process of replacing awkwardly-sized windows in our century-old home as easy as is possible. This company is not the absolute cheapest in the industry, but it is certainly affordable and you will not regret spending the little bit extra for the quality of service offered.

My wife and I were referred to Forest City Windows and Doors from a close friend and they did not disappoint. From the first meeting with Ralph when he came out to the house to give us a quote to the moment they put in the final window/door they were nothing but professional and courteous. We had 16 windows and one garden door replaced and they were able to complete this in 3 days (4 if you count the rain day) and they genuinely cared about the cleanliness of our house and the craftsmanship of their work.

The new windows have been commented on by everybody who comes to the house and quite a few people on our crescent. We have noticed a drop in the hydro bills and have an over all feeling of pride when we have people comment on how nice they look and what a great job they did.

Ian and the office staff were always helpful if we had any concerns or questions they were there to answer them right away. The installers we a great group who seemed to really enjoy what they did and you could tell by the overall perfectionist attitude they took to even the small tasks. They went above and beyond to make everything look just perfect and they settled for nothing less.

We will be using them again in the future when we are ready to change our Front door and when the roof is ready to be done. If you are looking for a top notch company that will really makes you feel comfortable about the work you have decided to get done Forest Windows and Doors is who you should call.

I had Forest City Window and Door Ltd.come out last month and install several North Star windows. I am really enjoying the new look and feel they give the house. Not to mention the savings in heating I'm seeing!
They were very professional and took their time to do the job right. At one point they were using a table saw and ended up blowing a couple fuses which I had to replace (I'm on the old style fuses still). Before they left for the day they had went out and bought me several replacements, which I feel just goes to show their level of dedication.
When I was initially looking for windows I got quotes from several other local retailers, however Forest City Windows and Doors were the only ones that straight out of the gate provided me with a detailed break down. I had to badger other retailers to get a similar break down of costs.
I couldn't be happier with the entire process from getting a quote to installation.
