Forest Hill Medical Imaging

Forest Hill delivers top-quality services, and the staff are very friendly & attentive on the phone and in person. Not too sure where people's comments are coming from. This was my second time attending the clinic, and I would certainly come back again without second thought.
I had an X-ray & ultrasound appointment for my left shoulder today. Both were done very smoothly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Within only a few minutes, I had both done back to back. Vahid is a great ultrasound tech with attention to detail. The facility was very clean and sanitary, and I would certainly come back here for a third time, even though it's not the closest clinic to my house or my family physician's office.

I took my four year old son for a ChestXray the other day. It is always a big battle to get any kind of medical procedure done for my son. But surprisingly the technician Peter got the X-ray done in couple of minutes. First he started to play with my son, became friends with him and then in a few minutes the job was done successfully. My son co-operated very well! Thanks to Peter, he is an asset to the company. Wish you all the best Peter! You are amazing. And thanks to the entire forest hill staff. I would highly recommend this place especially for the kids, and they should ask for Peter! Thanks

This Imaging centre is fantastic.here is te place if you are having your pregnancy ultrasounds. The ultrasound female tech were so kind and explained the whole procedure in detail. The reception is so kind and helpful. The wait time was hardly few minutes and I definitely recommend here to all. They accept walk-in and with appointment on line too.

Very rude staff. I had an appointment but still had to wait one hour. When I asked how long I was yelled at. I had to pick up my kids from school and didn’t get seen until an hour after my appointment even though I called multiple times and asked how long the whole thing would take. I also called on my way over and they said no problem it’s 20-30 min today. I waited an hour and then they took 20-30 min to do the X-ray and ultrasound

Friendly but INcompetent! Friendly receptionist but incompetent x ray technician. He took xray for wrong finger and/or sent notes about wrong finger, forcing me to just try again at the hospital emergency room. I would also comment on the antiquated communication and data management practices but that should be directed to the provincial government.

Receptionist and x-ray technician was very helpful and kind. Procedure was quick and efficient. One of the best imaging places around midtown.

I found this imaging clinic superb. Although it snowed more than 25 cm last night and in the morning, still all receptionist and technicians came to work. I really appreciate that they did my ultrasound on time. The tech and the reception are so kind and accommodating!

Made me wait 50 minutes for a simple X-ray. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT ALSO! 3 people went ahead of me!

Despite heavy snow they were open and my Ultrasound was done quickly. I recommend thhs place to all.

The place itself is find. Waiting time for an X-ray took approx 50 mins with me having an appointment. The results were not sent to my doctor so after 4 days I had to follow up.

I went there today for the second time for an ultrasound. Everything was smooth and great.
