This place need a new management they don't deserve to get paid for the amount they get. We are tenant paying a high amount of rental but a simple Laundry issues cannot solve it, for the manager if your contractor cannot provide a proper service in the building then find someone else there is so many company who deserve this contract to give a good service for the tenant. Don’t just sit in your office and just accept whatever tenant complaint and do nothing we deserve a good service in return for our high amount of rental payment please management of OXFORD Properties in higher position wake them up please and let them do their job.

If I went by the reviews I see here on Google I would not be renting in this building. I viewed the apartment on a weekend. The lady I met (forgot her name but it was not Carol) was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the community, patient, and respectful. I am a black woman and have had nasty experiences trying to find apartment to rent in Toronto but my experience here was very good. I’ve been living here almost 1.5 years and have nothing bad to say about the building or it’s management. They’re always pleasant when I go to the office. Building is always clean. The pool and splash pad is a added bonus in the summer. The maintenance staff is always polite. Rental rates is high everywhere but the amenities makes it worth it. I’ve definitely recommended this building to my friends and family. 5 stars!
