Dealt with Alex, he was very patient and professional, went from buying one plot to two and two foot stones at a affordable price and payment plan, one of the best choices I made, we should all have a choice we’re we want to laid to rest and how and all.
Great job and beautiful cemetery.

The staff was very accommodating. They were caring considerate people. Very welcoming for such a sad place.

Horrible experience beyond belief, I thought we had our arrangments done and over with, the salesman who no longer works there assured us that everything we needed was getting paid for even after asking more than a few times, I asked because I don't want either my spouse or I to have to worry about arrangments when the time comes. After thinking the payments and arrangments where done after 3 years I was told that this is not the case. Apparently, this salesman led us to believe we were getting everything taken care of, now they tell us (alot) more money is needed. They do not want to admit that any mistake was made. No accountability. The salesman Absolutely mislead us. I don't even want to be laid to rest in this place anymore, Money grabbers! I do not and will not ever recommend
them! Hopefully I can get rid of my hole in the wall and at least recover some of my money so I can go elsewhere, they have no morals. I will be filing a complaint with the better Business bureau.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have read reviews before the salesman came to my home. I just lost a good chunk of money because I chose to get a refund. They're Crooks! Beware! Please read all reviews, not just the good ones that are posted.

Linda Bunac is very passionate about job and her customer service is excellent. Very good communication and is taking of things without reminder. Thank you Linda for your hard work and dedication.

I’ve tried calling for weeks to obtain the death certificate for my mum, they won’t return any messages which hold up a lot of legal paperwork after death. She passed away in may, so they definitely have a copy. 0/10, would not recommend

Disrespected my loved ones new grave. Buried flowers we had recently placed on it, boot prints and tire tracks all over the fresh dirt. Have tried to communicate with staff and management about this and was either met with disregard and insult, or a total inability to communicate at times that were given to them to try and solve the issue.

Jennifer Bush - the Funeral Director was introduced to me by Leslie from the Arbour Memorial HQ to help me with the tragic loss to our family. This was the first time I had to grieve the loss, jump into logistical action, and project manage the most difficult experience any grieving family member must go through.

I was truly blessed to meet with Jennifer Bush and her team at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - they were absolutely the most kind, warm, professional, organized, and experienced funeral services.

I also want to acknowledge Linda who worked with Jennifer from the Cemetery/Cremation side of the Funeral Home. Linda was exceptionally kind, professional and expedited many of our family's requests - and speaks to the gold star community of Jennifer, Leslie and Arbour Memorial team.

The whole team lead by Jennifer, Linda, and Leslie at HQ are seamless and exceptional quality people with genuine compassion and respect for all stakeholders involved in this critically important service and process.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is difficult at any time, covid has made it that much harder. I was contacted by Sara after I had picked up my dad's remains asking if she could assist with providing some of the paperwork required to submit to the government. I cannot tell you how overwhelmed I was by her thoughtfulness when I opened the package of paperwork to discover that not only had she filled out most of the information for me but highlighted where I had to provide additional information and signatures PLUS she also included addressed envelopes for each set of forms. WOW! Definitely service above and beyond and such a blessing when our family is mourning the loss of my dad. Thank you. Sara, from the bottom of my heart.

I am very very satisfied the way we are treated by Linda Bunag your sales agent, she explained to us in detailed every detail mof lots in the cemetery and she tour us around so that we can select a lot which we needed, she also tour us in creamation place and showd us different place where ashes were place. I congratulates Forest Lawn Cemetery for having her as your employee, SHE IS AN ASSET IN YOUR ORGANIZATION.

Great Service. Treated well, no pressure. Assisted us with what we wanted for our final resting place. Cristina and I are pleased with the monument, vault and vases we purchased.

I was not able to attend a service and joined in on the live stream. It was unfortunate that the camera was only focused and pointed at the priest. No disrespect, but the camera should have been placed somewhere else so we could have seen the wider spectrum of the room. I really wanted to see my family. I have attended other services via live stream and was able to see family members, but this very disappointing. But with that said, I have before, attended services there and they were very nice. My review was only for the live stream. Thanks

When I had to find a nitch for my daughter who died of leukaemia at age 6 02-19-2011 they were very polite and considerate they even made special spot so I didn’t have to get a step stool every time I wanted to put flowers in her vase, they made sure to be patient and respectful when helping us to the wall in feb so didn’t slip and fall thank you for lawn you’ve always showed all 7 of my family members respect I hope you never stop appreciate the love

I may not have been inside but the cemetary is a nice place to have a picnic and to enjoy peace amongst spirits. I find it very peaceful and quiet. I come here often to walk around, draw, or even to watch the fish in the ponds. Its very quiet despite being next to Dundas. I've yet to see any severe problems and if there were some, they were quickly fixed such as broken plates or severely sunken plates. This is a very old cemetary with the oldest plate dating back to the early 1840s. (Can't remember off the top of my head.) If you find a park is too busy, this cemetary is peaceful and quiet. Plus, hanging out with spirits won't hurt you, in fact, it might be insightful. <3

Not sure how, but your instant stain remover pen wound up in my pocket at a hotel dinner. I've left you a 5 star review for trickery alone.

Had to wait almost a week to get my father cremated. I called to see when I could pick up his ashes and they said he wasn’t there and that they would call when it was done. They never called they held my fathers ashes hostage. Then when I complain they do nothing do not use this place

My mom's plot is in a corner area and is always covered in dirt and mud. I don't think they maintain corners? I'm going there tonight and I already feel disgusted about what I expect to see.
