I can't thank this company enough. Someone called me to indicate that they did not like a particular flower they had received for my ordered bouquet and offered a great substitution. I so appreciated that they took the time to look at their inventory and provide the most beautiful quality for my bouquet. WOW. This was amazing. Thank you so much.

I have bought flowers many times over the past 20 years from this Forest of Flowers location. Each time I have been thrilled with the quality of the product, and the attention to detail in the preparation of the arrangements. The staff is wonderful and has always taken the time to understand what I want. On the rare occasion when anything has not been up to their usual high standards, the staff has been more than willing to work with me to correct this issue promptly and professionally. I will definitely be back in the future!

I seriously have so bad experience with them. It was my wedding day and they ruin my bouquet. Firstly they put all the flowers individually and they charged about $300 and after that i asked them to combine in one bouquet and showed them what i want but still it was not perfect and they charged $37 again. I would recommend not to buy if you don’t want to ruin your day.

First time ordering from out of town, did not receive the arrangement I paid for! So disappointed! Delivered before the actual date I wanted it delivered!
I paid for a PREMIUM arrangement and received a basic arrangement. In the Premium arrangement is to have premium flowers- roses!

I want to give a huge thank you to Megan for fixing my issues with the flower arrangement. Realizing their mistakes and fixing a new arrangement up and delivering a new arrangement and delivering on customer satisfaction. Just wish they had not goofed up on the delivery date.

Horrible experience with this one. Discrimination and rude behaviour towards people. If you keep on going like this, someday you'll end up on the roads. Learn to be nice to everyone.

Today I needed two arrangements for a funeral pretty much at the last minute. I was ordering on behalf of a dear friend who is in France and due to Covid restrictions is unable to be present in Canada. Kim went above and beyond in accommodating the order and ensuring my friend’s wishes were reflected. I can not thank you enough for your amazing service and compassion.

Did not call before delivery & left sympathy flowers on front porch without knowing whether someone would even be there to receive them.

My GF's workplace sent an condolences arrangements for a co-worker that was suppose to be same or next day. 4 days later no delivery, so she had to awkwardly call a grieving woman to ask about the delivery. She called the store several times to inquire and they said they didn't delivery because no one was home / no one answered the phone. The delivery was to someone without a drivers license so they are basically always home. She requested delivery be made to the porch but they refused even after she offered to consent to it.

4 days later it finally gets delivered, the grieving young lady who's father just passed was told off by the person on the phone for not being home or answering her phone. If you're going to be in the business of flowers you need to learn how to interact better with the grieving.

Now I get to deal with the trail of tears so I'm not going to be ordering roses from you anytime soon.
