I goofed on the spelling of a name and they brought a new card over with the correct spelling. The plant is also very beautiful.

My husband received an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement yesterday from a customer of his. They wanted to say thank you for his honest and good work he has done for them! I must admit, we had a very bad experience this Valentine’s Day with our order which my flowers from my husband never showed up. I complained very hard for this. However, once recognized, JOANNE went completely out of her way above and beyond and called my husband and me also. She was so genuinely sorry and apologized deeply. She actually called me over and over again until I answered because I was busy at work. She was very sincere with her words and I felt she actually cared (which is so nice to still hear these days). Customer service and speaking to an actual human being goes so much further than this on line stuff. Thank you Joanne for making this better and refunding my husband and making everything right! You’re a GEM! We will definitely order now from you again. Thank you so very much. Hugs!

I would give zero if i could.i will never buy flowers from these jokers ever again.place my order 2 nights ahead of valentines day just so i forsure knew i would get my order in and they couldnt say we ran out of flowers.etc

Not only did they not show up till almost 830-9 valentines day but when i called the store they tried telling me i didnt order from that location when i had the confirmation order right infront of my face. At this point i wasnt even sure if i was going to be getting the flowers, they didnt even offer me a discount refund or anything. And to top it off they didnt even add the food for the flowers so a week later and they are already dead. Will NEVER buy from here again & I'll be letting everyone i know to do the same.

I always order arrangement flowers from this location because they do a really good job and the flowers are of high quality and last.

I spoke with a very nice lady who took my order over the phone. So easy and all my questions were answered. The experience was amazing and the arrangement just beautiful. Will definitely order through this florist again. Highly recommend this shop!

Easy on line ordering and beautiful arrangements. Only suggestion would be a confirmation email when flowers have been delivered.
