Dr. Seah and his team are very professional and kind. They make your experience as comfortable as possible. The team is very accommodating to with appointment scheduling and office is also really clean and well kept. Chau and Sylvia at the front are the best.

Everyone here is friendly. Receptionists are very efficient and accommodating. They are easy to reach and calls you back within a reasonable time if you leave a msg.
Dr. Seah also takes the time to explain your plan of treatment and follow up care.

My family been to Dr. Seah's dental office for a few years now. He is very friendly and meticulous with his work. His administrative staff are also very informative and helpful, especially Chau! She called me back once to arrange an earlier appointment for my daughter, which I really appreciate. On my second visit, I was greeted by my name upon arrival. The front desk knew when I was arriving and they were prepared. Kudos to them because this level of customer service makes me feel more welcomed. Your actions are a step above others.

2 months ago in December, Herissa helped cleaned my teeth and took actual color photos (wow!) of them to show to me what issues are present. She also explained why my non-fluoride mouth wash was staining my teeth and provided solutions. The visit also involved a full mouth checkup and x-rays. I was very pleased with the cleaning and details that went into the examination.

A few days ago, I went back to get my cavities filled by Dr. Seah. He is possibly the most polite dentist that I have ever been to. He explained what teeth he was going to do, what was left to do, and showed pictures to back up his reasoning. He understood my low tolerance of pain and injected a good amount of numbing medicine so that I didn't feel a thing. Best thing was that he left the room to give me the 5 minutes for the numbing to fully come into effect, unlike other dentists who would have awkwardly waited beside me asking me if I was numb yet every 30 seconds. I didn't feel rushed and I felt he took the appropriate time to fix my cavities.

First of all, this clinic is very clean and modern, not like the clinic I had when I was a child. Dr. Seah is very professional, and always explains what is going on in my mouth, as well as what my options are to fix it.

Easy booking via phone call/email. The receptionist is always on point and follows up to make sure you get scheduled in.

I have already recommended him to my family and friends.

This is a great dental office! The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The clinic is very clean and professional. A lot of people don't tend to enjoy going to the dentist, and they take that into consideration here. The in-chair amenities like ceiling mounted tv monitors so you can distract yourself by watching tv make having your teeth cleaned and other procedures super easy. Dr. Seah and his team are precise, efficient and also check-in to see if you need a break during the process. I wish I could add an extra star for their price-calibration for people who do not have medical insurance (like me). No one should have to go without dental hygiene because they're unable to afford it. Thank you so much for your great service Forestbrook!

How do you book for an appointment to have a full cleaning done and come out with half of your mouth done because they didn’t have time left? Said i need to book for another appointment a week later to have other side done and charge for for another $230.

Dr. Seah in Unionville provides excellent dental services for our family of four. My two boys (age 10 and 11) are well taken care of. The office staff is very knowledgeable with insurance and takes take of everything. It has been a great pleasure to have known and come to Forestbrook Dental!

I took over a year to write this review.every visit over the past year and some has been consistent with my best dental health at heart.

I rarely write a review but I am doing one now because of my high regards and great appreciation of my family dentist Dr Daniel Sean. Daniel is a skilled & resourceful dentist, and at the same time a caring & honest person.

I still remember the morning a few years back when I randomly walked into his clinic for inquiry after moving to a new neighborhood in Unionville, Markham. The facility is clean, the receptionist is friendly & helpful; and most of all,   I like the atmosphere there, it is warm & pleasant.   

After my first appointment with Dr Seah for an initial assessment,   he sat down with me, went through the various options that he thought would work for me, and started explaining the pros & cons at length to me with the aid of projection images. Unlike my former dentist who seemed to only want me to do dental implants, Dr Sean was so easy to talk to, and I felt very comfortable to ask him various questions to make sure I understand, and what the costs would be for the different alternatives.  

I am a retired professional engineer, and problem solving was part of my daily work then. Still, I am very impressed with the knowledge & resourcefulness of Dr Seah, who seems to have an ability to quickly find a direct & effective solution to solve a problem. I think it also helps him a lot with the advanced equipment & tools in the clinic.

Today, my wife & my daughter's family including my 2-1/2 year old grandson, are all under the dental care of Dr Seah. We have nothing but high praise of him and his entire staff.  

For those who are searching a skilled, compassionate & honest dentist, I strongly recommend Dr Seah.

He takes his time and never makes you feel rushed. The hygienists are great. They take their time, answer your questions and cleanings are always pain free. Dr Seah is professional and thorough and helped me with all my dental issues. I had a very bad experience in Downtown Toronto - but Dr Seah gave me an honest opinion and fixed my issues. I have been going to this office over 2 years now and have yet to have a bad experience. Everything is handled with the outmost care. If rescheduling or appointment cancellations are required it is easily facilitated.

The office space is calm, inviting, and most important extremely clean. Dr Seah takes his time to give you a good update with each visit. Dental hygienist work with care and precision and always provide good maintenance feedback. Chau from the front desk is great at supporting your billings and appointment needs. Also they do direct billing to your health insurance company which takes the hassle out of payments.

I am so glad my husband found you guys, surprisingly enough he is afraid of dentist but willingly comes to you without complete fear. I think its been 4-5 years now and have not regretted anything yet. The hygienists have a gentle touch and so kind. In addition they provide you UV eye wear to wear while your getting your teeth cleaned and while your laying flat you can still enjoy watching the tv on the ceiling.

I truly appreciate the email confirmation reminders and also the texts since I tend to forget our appointments. We also find them punctual with their times so we haven't had to wait for our appointments for either the hygienist or the dentist, if we did not more than 15 mins. The clinic is well managed and clean. They provide foot booties at their front entrance if there are rainy/muddy/snowy days. Kids also have the option to play Wii or Xbox on two seperate TVs and a third for anyone else who wants to watch tv.

For my husband to keep going there despite his fear says a lot, I suggest if you are finding a new dentist and hygienists you should consider here. They have a gentle touch, offers recommendations and suggestions to improve your oral care, they are punctual and very professional and kind.

Dr. Daniel Seah has been our family dentist since January 2014 and I have to say we couldn’t be happier with him. He and his staff are super friendly, honest and caring.
Dr. Daniel also makes it a point to stay currrent with up to date methods and tools to make your dental experience extremely comfortable.
My 8 year old actually asks when we are scheduled to go back in as she adores the dentist and staff so much!

I've been searching for the right dentist for a long time now. Moving from up north to Markham, there are several offices to choose from. I'm so lucky to find an office that is close to home! The staff are wonderful! From the first phone call to when I left the office, the experience was like no other. Receptionist was quick to provide details about my benefits I didn't even know about. No headaches at all unlike other offices I've visited. Hygienist was very cheerful and the Doctor was quite meticulous. Amazing how I can see the images of my teeth on the screen. They run through all the concerns so you're able to follow what they're explaining. I would highly recommend becoming patients here. Thank you all!

The doctor is very nice, polite and very articulate. He also does a very good job at explaining the problems I've had with my teeth. The reception and hygienist are very nice and very helpful with my questions. The building is very clean and looks very nice.

They are very modern. Their whole aesthetic has a new and stylish look, website is actually good & full of information; they communicate with SMS (texting) and email; and they give you phone, email and SMS reminders when your appointment is coming up. They have a ceiling and wall TV with cable for when you are in the procedure room. They also have a large TV and two small TV in the waiting room with video games for the kids.

This place is amazing. Patient care is absolutely stellar, they have customer relationship management all figured out. I feel taken care of here - before I even step into the office.

Chau makes paperwork non-existent, which makes me actually want to seek dental treatment (totally the point). She also sends me prompt reminders so I don't forget to come in. While I'm having my procedures done, Dr. Seah and his staff are always letting me know what's happening and explaining things to me so I don't feel left out.
