I brought my android samsung galaxy 5 phone for repair, and they were so helpful. Al had the software problem fixed and he even went to Bell to get a new sim card installed, as I was unable to do so. They are knowledgeable, honest and quick in repair service. I am happy to get my phone back in working order

This is only place I take my son pc to get it fix very honest, polite I drive 20 minutes away just to fix my son‘s PC cause I don’t trust nobody else

I am a senior and have difficulty keeping up with technology and I have used Forest City several times over the past 3 years to assist me with printer setup, unlocking a frozen computer due to issues with settings, etc, and various other issues that I am unable to resolve on my own. They are very efficient, give timely service and great advice. I recommend this Computer Repair service company to anyone who needs quality service.

What a great experience I just had with this computer store. Besides excellent fast and efficient repair service (less than 24 hours!), the "extra mile" help and advice I received is the best I've witnessed in memory! Hassan is the person who repaired by laptop and answered all of my questions cheerfully and professionally. I will always go to this great service for all my computer needs. Their prices are more than reasonable. My laptop runs as good as.if not better than.new!

Came in to replace my cpu and fix a black screen problem and within 2 hours it was done! A few of the pins in the socket were bent as well and they fixed it for no added charge.
Definitely will come back if i need another repair.

Amazing service! I was in a very tight bind with a wire for my events business and went to multi places in the city looking for a repair or replacement to no avail. Until I called Forest City computers and he confirmed he should be able to fix it. I brought it in and 5 mins later I had a working cable and was back on for the events that evening! Unfortunately my MacBook took a swim in some coffee but fortunately I brought it into Forest city computer repairs. Forest city computers is amazing and I highly recommend their service! I took my computer to multiple stores trying to retrieve files from it and even Apple couldn’t fix it. They were the only store that were able to do it for me and they did it super fast and had great customer service. Highly recommend!

I took my MacbookPro to Forest City after a big box store refused to even look at it because it was "no longer supported" by Apple. Forest City repaired it on time and for the quoted price. It has been working flawlessly ever since.

The guys at Forest City Computer were great! My trackpad on my laptop wasn't working and the 2 other places I went to before these guys couldn't fix it. When fixing my laptop they were extremely professional and patient with me.

Even though it took a bit longer to fix than anticipated (through no fault of their own), Al was able to explain to me the exact issues with my laptop, and why there would be delays in a friendly and knowledgeable way.

Everything is working great now and it seems they even cleaned my laptop before giving it back!

Will 100% be going back to FCCR if I have any issues with my computers in the future. These guys really know what they're doing!

Our family has taken two computers to Al at Forest City Computer Repairs. The first repair was a ten year old lethargic elderly Apple Mac computer that Forest City turned into a literal new rocket ship of a computer. (new solid state drive, maintenance to fan etc, latest IOS) Second computer, a Lenovo laptop that runs some specialized programs for amateur radio. The hard drive intermittently was failing. It was a tricky repair that required some remedial help once I got it home. Al at Forest City was very attentive to my needs literally treating me like family. I would highly recommend this company. They are honest and technically very competent. In no way do I feel they would recommend anything that is not 100% required. Further, as my example demonstrates, they can add longevity to older computers which is good for you and the environment.

I took my computer in. They got it up and running by next morning. Super guys. Very helpfull. I bought a new computer from the they had it ready in a day.
This is the only place ill ever go from now on!

I was panicked this morning when my desktop computer still wouldn’t boot up. Last night it had crashed and I spent the night tossing and turning with stress and worry. I am a widow and all of my Husbands pictures and documents are on that computer. It was a disaster! But I called Forest City Computers and talked to Al. Right in the middle of a work project my computer sounded like it was preparing to take off and my monitor went blank. While waiting online for Geek Squad I took to good old Youtube for guidance but to no avail.
Thanks to great online reviews I decided take my computer to Forest City Computer. Hassain greeted me and eased my worries about loosing my data.
Long story short my computer issue was resolved same day. I got a new static hard drive with additional memory and my computer is working faster than it ever did before.
From now on they will be my go- guys for all my computer need.

They are awesome! The price is very reasonable and the service is very professional. I gave them my dead external hard drive and they recovered all my data in just two days.

Forest City were innovative in fixing our laptop and the repair result was almost like new. (Never let your dog walk over the charging wire; it may end badly!)

Al has helped me countless times in the one year I have been in London. Since I don't have a vehicle he picked up and dropped off my laptops which was awesome. I came to Forest city because my laptop had a crack on the hinge. Was worried considering my thesis is inside. The people there are resourceful and replaced my broken hinge within less then an hour and at a good price. The people of Forest city are heroes in my eyes.

Had a problem with my PC crackling. I had a feeling it was the PSU so I took it to Forest City Computers. Al and his father are amazing, they look at it for free and did not charge me until they were certain as to what was causing the noise.
They contacted me frequently to keep me up to date on what was happening. They installed a new power supply for me, which ended up fixing the noise. On top of that Al's father offered to clean up some of my files free of charge. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their PC. I will definitely becoming back here if I experience any more problems with my PC.

I have a early 2015 13" Retina MacBook Pro where the battery had been expanding. The lid would no longer close and it no longer would sit flat on the desk because of the bulging battery. The laptop was still very good but was worried about the safety issue of an expanding lithium battery. Contacted Apple and their recommendation was replace the bottom half of the computer at a cost of $500+HST. Looked online and could buy a replacement battery and install myself but in this model year of Macbook Pro the old battery is glued to the case and to remove it is not easy and risk of puncturing the battery is high and a punctured lithium battery is very dangerous. Also when I contacted Apple they said it would take up to 3 weeks to do the repair. I use this laptop every day and cannot be without it for 3 weeks. Contacted Forest Computer and in a span of 3 hours they removed the old battery, installed a new battery and returned the laptop. Now the laptop screen closes and it again sits flat on a desk and functions perfectly (I am writing this review on the laptop). The cost was much less than half of what it would cost from Apple. So very reasonable price, excellent service and safety issue resolved. I would recommend ForestCity Computer repairs to anyone. Al provided excellent service and is very experienced with Mac computers. Thank you ForestCity!

The owner is a crook. He will charge you for 2 hours of work which is about 200$ for a 5 minutes of work. I spoke to the owner and he texted me. He is a crook. And he is doing this for everyone and none of you guys know it. And yet you guys all leave a good review. You just dont realize hes drastically over charging you and ripping you off.

Had a few issues with the display of my MacBook Pro 13" where horizontal lines kept impacting what was displayed on my screen. Al and the team did a great job getting it repaired, and even went the extra mile to make sure I was all set for the time it was gone since I'm a college student.

When you built trust with the store, you can have peace when you deal with them at any level. I did receive the best honest advise because they have your best interest at heart. They don't just want to make quick money like other stores, they are very knowledgable and confident and they do what's in your best interest. Had no issue with this company. Very friendly, did exactly what they said they would do, I was okay with the price. Work was done in a very timely manner. Took time to explain the work needed to be done with options, Gave them 4 star only because I've just got my computer back.it's working well, but my experience with them should be a 5 star. They make sure the used computers are all completely updated and working to very high standards. I have used this business’s service to fix my computer, my mom’s computer and to purchase some used computers. They have been professional, informative, very helpful, kind and not at all pushy. They gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision.

So impressed with the speedy service and professionalism at ForestCity Computer Repairs. My son cracked the screen on the laptop that he uses for remote learning. I brought it in and explained my desire to have it fixed asap to limit the amount of school my son would miss. They listened and understood the issue and said "go grab yourself a coffee and then come back and we'll get it done for you right away", and they were 100% true to their word. Cost was reasonable given the immediate service provided, laptop screen works perfectly once again and my son only missed his afternoon classes. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
