Only gave them one star because zero wasn't an option. They will gladly take your money but you can forget about getting what they owe you. Steer clear at all costs.

Good price, good coverage I'm glad I signed up young.
I just love how friendly everybody is whenever I call. When I signed up I met the kindest man tlhe took the time to explain everything more then once. I have since have lost contact with him though I wish I could call him for all of my questions.

I was designated the beneficiary on an insurance policy after the 1st beneficiary became ill. Myself and the policy holder signed the beneficiary change sheet, yet they will not honor it because they said his signature did not match his original one at the beginning of the policy. The customer service rep was rude also.

CPP was good to deal with but Foresters is a sham. The service is very poor. When calling them, the agents work from home and are not service oriented. The manager call back was from a toll free service number and was not searchable to confirm it was Foresters. Frank the supervisor had me on speaker phone like he was too busy to hold the phone up to his ear. The first agent was some Carribean sounding woman who took a "no $$$$$ given approach. " I called back a third time and got the same lady and then I called from my desk line and go another person. He was awesome. But regardless, I will be looking for another policy from another provider. It should not be this hard for a company to collect money for a renewal!

I have life insurance with them and my biggest beef with Foresters is that they do not have the option to pay online. Every year I have to send a cheque, and every year I am so annoyed. Who writes cheques these days? How old-fashioned is that? It does not make me feel confident that if I do die, my children will have a quick response back. I will never recommend this company to anybody.

Best rate in the market. I can't understand why this company do not market itself. Very few people even in it's head quarter (Toronto) know about this company.

Can’t seem to get a policy straightened up about my husband Wayne Adam Doering being the beneficiary of our son Dale Howard Doeiand all the information was sent in after he passed away January 6,2017, this was suppose to be taken care of after he passed, still getting information that’s been coming in his name. So very frustrating.

I love their customer service except around 15 to 20 minutes call waiting time, amazingly cooperative, their online presences (Non face to face) especially in this COVID - 19 pandemic is extra ordinary. Their six membership benefits and how they get back to the community shows their business is beyond profit making. I expect a lot better business deal with them in the future. I recommend Foresters Financial.
