Our team at Southwest Window Cleaning has had the pleasure of working with countless builders in London and the surrounding area for several years. We would like to express our high regard for Forever Homes. As experts in cleaning post-construction debris from windows, we take notice of the quality of workmanship that goes into building a home. Forever Homes consistently demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and care in every aspect of their work. We usually come across some surface dirt, but we hardly find any brick mortar, paint, silicone, etc. Their commitment to quality is commendable, and it's always a delight to work with them.

Buyer beware:
We've been in our home since August 2022 and have incurred several challenges with this company. Our most recent one being that there is still no grade certificate and no solution to obtain one.
Coming into summer, we are looking to add a fence to our property as we live with a row of houses backing ours and we want privacy. We were looking into getting a survey done but realized that the grade certificate needed to be acquired first. We called Forever Homes to obtain this as we figured it's been several months since they said it was "pending" at the time of our purchase, and we were unfortunately met with disorganization and coldness.
The individual on the phone demonstrated no willingness to help, and provided no solutions. He simply said that they can't get ahold of the engineers. Since August? ! Why is it the buyer's issue to chase after the builder's responsibilities? We bought this home in good faith and have been left with disappointment after disappointment.
Having people from the company tend to warranty issues and communicating with us has also been of great concern.
Overall, we're pretty upset about everything we have had to go through with Forever Homes. We were excited first time home buyers but this has really dampened our new home experience.
