Bad experience.
Shellac done for my nails.by a novice boy.
I had repeatly told him to fix my cracked nail.
But he never did it.
So called " newly done" nails started chipping the next day.
I had to go back next day to get it fixed.
Wasted my time.
The owner or the manager.by the name Jade (not sure if she is a manager or the owner.she wasn't professional enough neither on the first day nor the next day.

However the lady, Helen, did a great work on fixing the cracks and chip.
I think Helen restored a faith that I might go back for the service.

Amazing customer service. These ladies are very talented and very nice. I always leave feeling very pampered and super pleased

My appointment was scheduled, had to wait a while, fine. Wasn't told that my nail polish choice was an extra charge, would be nice to know. My left middle and ring fingers are crooked and right ring finger has a bad cut. Won't be using this nail "spa" again.

The girls that work here all do a great job. I'm always happy with my nails. They are very good at copying designs and colours from photos.

Absolutely amazing experience here! I called mid afternoon and they had me in the next day early, cooperating nicely with my schedule.
I had acrylics for the first time and love them! They feel alot like my actual nails, there's no junk underneath like I see sometimes.

I will never stop telling everyone to go to forever nails. Snow is absolutely incredible at shaping acrylics and designs. I have been getting my nails done here and have never had another shop meets the standards I now have. This place is professional and all around good energy. My Christmas nails this year turned out amazing despite the difficult, small design. Cannot recommend enough!

Always helpful takes time and is a very friendly atmosphere. Professional and whatever your needs they fulfill to satisfaction. Have been a customer for 2years and will continue.

I've had to change my review from 5 stars to 1.
The foot person is terrible at painting nails. The nail polish used was so old that it wouldn't dry, and they had me wait 45 minutes for it to dry. When I got home, my one big nail had still smudged. The next day my other big toe nail was chipped.

I got shellac on my nails and it was well done, but a Dremel was used to prep my nails which is terrible. When I went back to have it removed, the Dremel was used. I left crying after 1 hand was done. My nail beds are ruined to the point of being painful.
SHELLAC NAIL POLISH IS TO BE SOAKED OFF. A Dremel should never be used on natural nails.

Thanks for ruining my nail beds ladies. My nails are so thin they bend backwards causing pain when I'm trying to work. I have them filed down as low as possible and still have issues.

This is an amazing little shop! Jade is an amazing nail tech and she even manages amazing designs on my daughters little nails.

I have been going here for years and they are always the best. I give them a picture and they turn it into a masterpiece. I love funky, sparkly, bold nails. They always make me smile when I am there.
Very friendly and very professional. Remember to make appointments because they are so talented they book up fast. I will always be a loyal customer. They are very fare pricing too I should add.

10/10 for me! I have been to many spots in Woodstock and Tillsonburg but nothing compares to Forever Nails. I love keeping my nails fun and they do amazing at designs… better than some of the
“Bougie” spas I have been to. The gals are super sweet and I always enjoy my experience there:)

Excellent service! I will definitely be back to get my nails done again! I got shellac colour and a new set. The lady is super friendly and work super fast on my nail. The price is reasonable as well. Highly recommend for anyone that want good service, pretty nails, and friendly attitude.

There work is incredible for being in a mall. I got acrylics done for the first time and it was good. The only reason why I put 4 stars is because the under work of the nail was a tiny bit messy and same for the sides. Not too big of a deal since she did try her best.

Awesome place to get good service for manicure and pedicure. I love that it offer walk in service. I want to get a manicure and pedicure done so I picked this place to tried out. The place is packed but I only wait 10 minutes for a spot. The lady work on my nail was friendly and nice. She work fast and I wad done within an hour or so. I love how my nails turn out at the end. I will definitely come back again.

I've gone to see these ladies maybe 8 times over the past 3 years. I have had pedicures, and just shellac polish on my finger nails.
Always a great value and quality. I went a few days ago, and the youngest woman working there did a shellac polish for me. Best nail job ever. Not a chip in it yet and I wash my hands constantly at work. Perfect application, the whole nail and none on my skin.

Went in for short black acrylics and they gave me exactly what I wanted! Was super easy to make an appointment! Seems easy to do walkins as well/ very accommodateing. Great prices too was only $43 for my nails.
