I cld go on however best I can say is these people are greedy lying non business professionals at every level. DO NOT DO BIZ WITH THESE SCAMMER which includes the RESORT HQ banner as well. #crooks

BEWARE they do not pay there contractors. It has been over 8 months and they do not respond back. The only course of action with this company is to make it a legal matter by sending then to collections or threw court.

Since Forge and Foster has taken over the location in which we live, nothing has gotten done. No garbage pickup, no communication; nothing. We were warned it would be a terrible experience but we were blindsided by the change in ownership.

Forge and Foster run a Ponzi scheme. They have lied and cheated at every turn. DO NOT sign a lease with them. Any of these positive reviews are by people who work for the company. DO NOT be fooled.

Working with Forge and Foster has been absolute pleasure. Their team of skilled professional is not only knowledgeable in their field but also dedicated to providing top-notch service and support.:)

Disgusting company. Buying up land and forcing people out of their homes and cottages but trying to force them to pay for the demolition? It’s sickening what these people will do to make a few bucks. Shameful company. Please avoid at all costs.

After spending countless hours emailing, phone calls, and meetings about leasing a commercial space, Forge and Foster did not hold up to a single one of the agreements. One by one they slowly rescinded on each point that they offered or agreed on until the entire deal fell apart. We had heard similar stories from numerous other businesses, this seems to be common practice for Forge and Foster.

We are now back to square one, looking for a new location. The engineered drawings we had in the works completely useless. Please beware before spending your time and money on their properties.

We did receive a letter of intent and you later rescinded on some major points. As we were in negotiations for the second letter you rescinded on everything after we pointed out major inconsistencies and untruths. Also the unit had not even been demised yet and we were taking on responsibility for running utilities so the excuse of not being able to retrofit is yet another lie. You claimed you can no longer afford the incentives that you offered us, and are still offering others. Others should be aware that you do not operate in good faith.

You will be challenged to find another group with such a depth of talent and creative approach to investing. If you are considering a collaboration with Forge and Foster I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Forge and Foster that owns Harmony resorts is crooked. They think they are above legally binding contracts.

I was a renter in a building that they bought. The building had issues they said they would address. Massive holes in the ceilings, cockroach infestations and mold were what the tenants wanted addressed. Instead they slapped white paint on the exterior of this old Dundas Factory and hiked the rent. Make no doubt about it. This company and Accardi will continue to make Hamilton a 3 rd class city, who would want to move their business here into one of their buildings when his and their track record of $6.5 million in loans have been defaulted on, human rights violations and “renovictions” to force out tenants. Joe’s Zara skinny suit aren’t fooling anyone.

I've worked with Forge & Foster for many years now, both in leasing and selling their properties. The team at Forge & Foster has always been accommodating and easy to get a hold of in addressing both my needs and those of the tenants I've worked with. They have brought a lot of vibrancy to Hamilton through their projects with even more ambitious projects on the horizon. I'm very happy to work with this group and will continue to collaborate with them.

It is a great pleasure to work with a company that takes care of its customers and their guarantees, I contacted them on Tuesday 8/25/2021, to ask them to change a watch that had a broken strap and I was not very happy, on Thursday they wrote to me again asking for photos, the next day Friday I received another asking me which model I would like to change and the UPS label stamp, today September 2nd I received my new watch. I am very happy and even more so for the service they gave me. I'm already thinking about what other model I'm going to get. Thank You F&F
