Dealing with forklift 4 you for over 25 years and never thought of writing a review. However, last week one of my truck broke down at the most inconvenient moment. Peter was able to get me a rental from his fleet within hours. … much appreciated. My shippers and receivers told me this is not the first time these guys came through for us.

Terrible customer service. Doesn't answer phone calls. I've been trying to rent a forklift for two weeks. I had a date where they scheduled my delivery, I called half way through the day and they hadn't left the shop, then they decided they weren't going to come that day at all anymore.
Filled out all the required paperwork and it sounded promising in the beginning. Now they're wasting my time, claiming they are still going to come through with the delivery, I wait two more days and then they don't answer the phone again and don't show up.
"Give me a straight answer" was all I was looking for, I asked you on Friday "Will you rent this unit to me or not, because if not I need to move on and find another unit somewhere else", Owner said no problem he will rent the unit to me and deliver it either Saturday or Monday and will call me Saturday regardless. No phone call Saturday, doesn't answer his phone, doesn't answer his phone on Monday either.
Don't waste your time here, I'm sure they might be a good company if you are trying to buy a forklift, which we planned on buying this unit after renting it for a few months. But renting out lifts seems to be at the bottom of their priority list.

My company made us use them for a year and EVERY single time we called them to be somewhere for a specific time, they were always 2 hours late. If they showed up at all. All the deliveries are contracted out. Customer service is terrible. They say they will call you back and never do. Equipment is alway missing pieces, scissor lifts missing pins. Most times scissor lifts show up with dead battery. I could go on.
