I believe they are a 5 star company. They handled all my returns with no issues. In my experience I didn't receive everything that was needed all though at the time I would've rated 5 star as the service was very quick and well worth going here to buy. Only problem was I had to return some things due to missing items which led me to return more things then I wanted to.
