It was a great experience! Also felt super well taken care off and the doctor was so comprehensive and knew exactly what to do to assure me of the treatment!

Failed surgery.   What was supposed to be a simple procedure and a barely visible scar turned into a 3 month ordeal, two surgeries and a life changing facial excision at least 5x what was planned and necessary.

I don't believe that I was treated with honesty and I was directly lied to about the healing of my wound.

Somogyi refuses to answer simple and direct questions about the procedure and I was threatened against any further attempts to contact him.

Without exaggeration, the worst and most damaging experience of my life.

The carelessness (in every sense of the word), the lies (to myself and the regulator), and the refusal to explain his actions are unforgivable. The event shattered my faith in the health care system.

More could have been done and it wasn't. Patient care is not the top priority.

This place is comprised with a team of professionals with exceptional customer service. Dr. Jalil is skilled in providing individualized treatment plans to target one’s specific goals. On surgery day, when a patient tends to experience some anxiety, they all know how to lighten the mood. The Anesthesiologist was amazing! Recovery nurses were fantastic as well as post op follow up. They take the time to answer all of your questions and provide the support you need. Dr. Jalil’s very thoughtful and generous take home gift was so pampering and comforting. This experience was perfect start to end. Thank you:)

Also got a complimentary gift because of my surgery which I choose to do micro needling. I get these facials monthly and it was done so well here. From the very beginning communication was strong through email. Justine was always very forth coming in providing me with all the information necessary, as well as answering any of my questions regarding my procedure. I didn’t have to wait too long for my surgery and I was well informed about pre and post op care. Dr. Somogyi was always very professional and receptive to my concerns as it was my first time having surgery. Overall I’ve had nothing but professional and positive experiences at Form: Face + Body. I had an extended brachioplasty surgery to remove quite a bit of excess arm skin. Dr. Somogyi was amazing! He made me feel very comfortable before the procedure and took great care after when i had questions and was uncomfortable from swelling. He even called from the Toronto Maple Leafs round two playoff game to check on me since that was the day of my surgery. I am also so pleased with my results and will definitely be booking the rest of my excess skin removal surgery's with him in the future.

Awesome experience with Dr. Jalil, he did an amazing job, I had breast augmentation done by him and my breast looks great now. I was a bit nervous about scars but he made them as little as possible and very neat. All clinic staff is very nice and well organized, all girls are friendly. Definitely recommend this place.
