Unprofessional and poor service. I got my oil change service and just next day when I checked the oil level from the dip it was below the lowest point mark.went to dealership again then they agreed that it's low then they toped it up with more oil from a container with no label.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2020 Honda Civic from them, and this was the second time I gave them the car due to a ticking noise. Even after giving them video proof and sending them the YouTube link of a similar issue found in a Honda Civic, they were still unable to figure out what was going on, and there was no response until I followed up, car is still at dealership. Very disappointed with the after-service. I would never recommend this dealership.

My dealer Faizan was a really good person who helped to go over loans and everything and helped me to decide which car is gonna be suitable for me. The car wasn’t to our liking I had to change the colour, Faizan was super helpful and found us a car that was exactly what I was looking for. He made the purchase process very simple, pressure free, and always answered my phone calls when I had questions. I would highly recommend them after my experience!

Pat is phenomenal! One of the best customer service provider I’ve met. 1 year later into purchasing the car and he still cares. He is thorough, follows up and is true to his word.

Usually it’s sales that get the glamour in dealerships but at the end of the day servicing is what keeps your car on the road!

I went to Formula Honda for the first time ever for a very very big job on my vehicle. Kumar was the tech taking care of my car and I couldn’t be any more happy and thankful for his service. Kumar is the most professional, patient and most importantly the guy to get the job done.

He understands the importance of getting customers vehicles back on the road and took the upmost care in ensuring I could drive my beloved Honda again. I have full confidence the whole servicing team is no less!

I hope Formula Honda can see this review and really show appreciation for his hard work because it is well deserved.

I would also like to thank Johny for his awesome communication and professionalism when I spoke to him on the phone. Great management. I also thank the Honda staff that never hesitated to transfer my calls to servicing.

Went to test drive a car last week. Was approached by ML with a brown stain on his dress shirt. He was so quiet i barely noticed he was at the backseat of the car while test driving. In total he spoke maybe 10 words. It was so awkward. I haven’t shopped for a car for over 5 years. I didn’t know 2021 customer service is like this. How hard is it to just say “so this is the base trim. As you can see it has everything. Comes with this. Comes with that. Look at the interior. The new design. This is how much”. It was sooo awkward.

Horrible experience. Be careful of the sales guy, Vijay. He’ll push you to buy something you don’t intend to. Be sure of your budget and buy that. If you’re buying a expensive car you’ll be treated well, or else expect like you’re getting a favour done. He killed my mood by giving stupid unnecessary comments for two cars that I was interested in. Horrible horrible experience. Faizaan on the other hand seems pretty good. But it was too late.

new vehicle 2020 honda accord sport 2.0T

I just open the hood too see my engine if it needed cleaning. I noticed the Honda Type R cover which I bought from Honda online was not screwed down.
I wonder how long this was. I have done several services over the past yr. I'm just disappointed on the lack of care of my vehicle. I didn't expect I would find it loose. I could have lost some of the bolts that hold down the cover. These bolt were bought separate from the cover.

Take care of car as its yours. So easy.

Today I picked up my first car in Canada and it was very difficult to get me approved. I tried many dealerships and with the help of Faizan and Nitin at Formula Honda I finally have a car now. I am going for the my 2018 Honda CRV Touring @2pm today. Very Low Brake Issue Its under 55K and I also bought 200K/7 years warranty. I hope they don't charge me. I will update you guys later.

Just came back very disappointed answer from service tech. I did told them before I gave him the key for service that all four brakes has than half life. So the issue is not the brakes. They was ready to do the work for break flush and its cost more than $100.why do I have to flash the brakes with out any sign on my dashboard. Then he agued who is going to pay the mechanics to cheeked the problem. Very disappointed question from the service advisor. After I paid for all these warranties and this is my forth car from Formula Honda. I am not sure if I want to go back to formula Honda again. I am driving with low brake now after paid this car $45K + 7 years full warranty.

On August 5th I took appointment with Sale person to check the Honda CRV. When i arrived the focal point assigned with the other Sale person who is having zero knowledge and even he was not able to locate the cars in showroom. I came from Mississauga and before visit I CALLED and confirmed by sale focal point car is available, I was shocked the car sold when i arrived and the sale person insisted my to make a deal of 2017 Honda CRV which was under repair on Jack.i was really disappointed i wasted my time and money and they have not bother. I would recommend the service i got from Formula.

I called Formula Honda for service and wanted to avail complimentary Vallet service due to COVID-19, the service desk was friendly and arranged me a service to pick my car from home, Jonny came along with a service mechanic and explained the service cost and clarified my doubts. He was very professional and during the car service offered me the prioritized items to take care for immediate need and what to postpone till next service. After service, Car was brought to my house and went over the invoiced items and handed over the keys.

P. S: May be I am overthinking, I see Honda Canada service centers (everywhere in GTA) charge 2-3 times more than Honda USA service centers for the same service, so reducing one star.

The service here was poor. I mean, every other car dealership's personnel came out the moment they saw us, greeted us, and showed us cars. At this particular Honda at Markham and Finch, we did everything on our own except getting the price of the vehicle, which we had to bring to a guy and wait about 7 minutes to get off the phone to give us. Mind you, there were other salespeople there to do exactly what he did, and they were free to do so, but the white man at the desk passed us off to a white man while every other salesperson was brown, just saying.

After trying at many places in and Scarborough I visited this place to buy my first car in canada. The person i met was Faizan. The confidence with which spoke and dealt with everything had not seen that in any of my previous visits to any of the other brand showrooms. Mine was a special case with being very new to the country and no credit score everybody literally wrote me off. But these guys Faizan and Nitin really handled very professionally and thoroughly and helped me get my first car. THANK YOU GUYS.

I would definitely recommend this showroom and Faizan and Nitin especially for anyone of you looking to buy a new car or used one.

I had such a hard time at this place. Nicky Chan is such a cheater. He is a fox. Be very careful around him. Their manager (I think his name was Armen), was very humiliating to me. Can you have such a bad customer service. I believe he is a gangster. He threatened to sue me if I did not buy his car. He threatened me that I have stolen their inventory. What! How can you steal a car if the car is parked right in their parking lot and they keys are with them. My god such a horrible time with these people.

IOS took my Covic in to have the AC looked at as it was blowing warm air. Apparently, I wasn't the first to report this and Honda had to extend the warranty on the 2017 Civic due to a malfunction in the AC. While my car was being looked at; I met with one of the sales associates whom I trust and have always seen for my new Honda's.

We discussed trading in my Civic for a 2021 HRV; and within an hour I had all the paperwork completed and signed. I was to pick up my new car after the weekend. It was the easiest and hassle-free interaction. I felt extremely comfortable; did not feel pressured. The people at Formula Honda really make you feel like family. I have been going Formula Honda for almost 6 years; for all my service repairs and each time my lease is up. Their willingness to help and level of customer service is top notch!

I have had the worst experience ever with Formula honda. I am writing here to see if my problem will reach some that cares about their customers in Formula Honda. Hoping it will reach someone that will help me.

I purchased a 2018 honda odyssey from here. I purchased all sorts of protection, extended waranty etc for the vehicle. I took my van in to change to winter tires. When i went to pick up my vehicle my rear passenger doors wouldn't open automatically. I was not told they defused my doors. I went back in and the service person is like oh sorry I was busy with another customer and i forgot to mention to you that we had to take the fuse out of your doors because there is a recall and we can't fix it because we dont have parts. When I inquired about when they will get the parts, he was like there is no ETA. I was instructed to go call Honda Canada as they can't do anything about it. Its been over a month and my doors are still not fixed. I bought the van because i have 4 small children and a mother who drives them to school. They are not in any physicsl condition to pull those heavy doors to open and close. I paid for this feature and now I am left with a vehicle I can't use for the purpose I bought it for.

Today i took my van in because my rear camera wasnt working. Took it in for an appointment at 11 am. They said it wont be fixed till later on. Waited till 4 pm. They called me and said I can come pick up my vehicle. Went there and Gary said sorry couldnt fix your problem because we dont have the parts. I asked is there an ETA? He said no. I asked him to give it to me in writing. He is like maybe it might be here in January next year. He instructs me take this sheet to the guys outside and they will get my vehicle. So i did as i was instructed. The guy outside went to look for my van and comes back and says we cant find my van. I had to wait there till Gary went to find my Van. The Van was sent to their second garage and they didnt put everything back together. Why would you call me to pivk up my vehicle if it wasnt ready?

I dont understand what these people think of their customers. I am mentally sick of dealing with this place.

I have little children and having no reverse camera is a safty issue for me. If my little girl runs behind my vehicle I cant see her.

This clearly shows how much Honda cares about their customers.

I have been there few times in last two years & mostly do oil change. Today I went there few minutes ago for oil change. I do not book appointment since oil change & some other services can be done without making one. I spoke with Gary at service desk & said that I didn't book appointment however, I am here to do an oil change. Gary said next available appointment is on next Friday i.e. Pretty late for me so I said never mind 'cause I can't wait that long. When I was leaving the desk I heard Gary was saying on my back "Good Luck" in an insulting tone which was very loud and clear. This kind of humiliation is completely unacceptable. I have decided not to visit this particular dealership in the future and also would share my experience with others. There are dozens of dealership and hundreds of garage in GTA and I am alreday heading toward one right now.

The staff here are friendly, helpful, and really make you feel like a member of the family. I spoke with Jeff, who guided me through the process, and unlike other car purchasing experiences elsewhere, I never felt intimidated to take a price, and he really was working in my best interest to get the best deal available.

After negotiating for the car and a price which I was very happy with, the other staff were all awesome in terms of guiding me through it all, and on pickup they went to extra mile to make me aware of every little nuance on the car.

I strongly recommend this Dealership. From day one they took excellent care in explaining the process and gave us all the different options. I thank Sakib for his friendliness, patience and honesty. He worked with us to find what car could fit with our needs and financial possibilities. I think Sakib's attitude and honesty motivated us so much that we finally bought the car and we do love the car. Just bought a Honda Odyssey from Jim and Hassan and couldn’t be happier. Came in last week and Jim showed us our options. Was not pushy and clearly explained purchasing options and got us a great deal. Hassan was excellent at explain the Honda additional coverage, our options, and what specifically would be a good fit for us. Overall left feeling confident with my purchase and one great vehicle.

(Don't want to mention name because motive is only that customer should not be treated like trash). He simply told me no deals no offers nothing. STAY AWAY from the repair body shop. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

i sent my car in and they said it would take 13 days instead it took 6 weeks. In this time, I wasn't given any updates from them. Anytime you call, be prepared to be hung up on within one minute. They will say probably Friday and hang up right away before you can even ask any more questions. When that given day rolls around, no one called or emailed back giving an update as to when it will be done instead. EVERY TIME I HAD TO CALL. After a month, I had to reach out to Vince through email who is the manager and then only I was taken seriously. He told me that there was a change in staff and unfortunately I was caught in this mess.

So you are telling me, if you have new staff all customer service goes down the drain? Isn't this the basic stuff they should be learning?
They kept my car hostage and didn't tell me what was going on.

This was my first time ever getting into a car accident and I thought it would be best to fix it from honda, but these people really don't care about customer service. I am so dissapointed, they obviously don't care if I come back because they will get business no matter what. Also being a woman, they kept laughing at me and smirking when I told them why I was unhappy. I never once swore or shout, I was professional and told that I was very unhappy with the way I was treated during the 6 weeks.

DON'T GET YOUR CAR FIXED FROM HERE! Better off to go somewhere else that treats you better, you will get smirked at, laughed at and not taken seriously.

I gave my review to Honda over email, not once I was given a call or an email. These people don't care about you!

I just have my 1st car here in formula honda and for me its unbelievable that i have it because im just 22 and i have a low credit score thank so much for jamal and hassan they probably work it for me to have my 2018 honda civic hutch back they are good they explain everything they give all the information you want they talk nicely they will explain every about the car before you drive it so that you will not be confused and i believe 100% they will do there best to have your dream car i really appreciate there effort i recommend every one to find our call jamal and hassan if you're planning to get have your dream car they are really good

My wife and i test drove the CR-V and fell in love with it. Put a deposit sign few paperwork with the finance manager and left, we wait for a week and still never heard from the financing manager. We went back around 10am to take our deposit back and just cancel our application, we've spoken to the sales maneger cause the financing manager isn't there even though we were told that he'll be in by 9. The sales manager told us the financing manager will contact us later in the afternoon but it has been months and haven't even heard anything.

My wife Michelle and I purchased our second car from the same dealership in an interval of 4 months. We were looking for a used vehicle that would fit our budget, but would also be working well. Jim Misevski, Sales & Leasing Consultant, was very accommodating and assisted us in all our questions. Nicky Chan, the Financial Services Manager, gave us more information than what we asked for. They both went above our expectations and even assisted in our queries with our first car. In the end, we got a 2018 Kia Forte which was the same price as a 2015 car with a different make and model.

Although the nearest Honda dealership to our home is Midtown Honda, we still chose to transact at Formula Honda because of their people. Thank you Formula Honda!
