Zero level of customer service. Poor management nobody is ready to help you very rude behaviour.i asked for products they said they don’t have any like that but before i got from another Fort Garry. The peoples working here are racist’s. They’re asholes

Beat place for truck supplies. They have everything you need and at a good price. The customer service is great and they'll help you get what you looking for. If you need anything for trucking just go to fort Garry you won't be dissapointed trust me.

I’ll share my recent experience with this location. I go there once in a while to get truck supplies and sometime at there Edmonton location too. I went there to purchase DEF fluid and tire chains (spent approximately $850) and was charged for more than I took (looks like a genuine mistake on both ends). As soon as I arrived home and unloaded noticed wrong amount on invoice.
Immediately called the store and picked up by same person who helped me at the desk. I explained him what happened. He took it so personally and started by saying (This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, you should have checked it before leaving the store blah blah blah). I said I am in no rush and you can check the footage and get back to me whenever you get a chance (His response: - no we not gonna do that) He did a great job there to turn a normal customer service complaint into a heated arguments and me ended up going back to the store again to resolve this issue.
Spoke to the manager (requested him to inquire about this discrepancy as I am in no rush he responded I am not going to check footage for this matter) and he advised to let go off this matter and offer me to take more products or credit. I told him this could be a genuine mistake of charging wrong amount to which he agreed but my concern now is how rudely your employee talked to me over the phone and intimidated me to get into an argument.

Well, he was there leader and He didn’t disappointed me at all he was so eager fir me stop talking about this issue and leave it. I asked him if he is going to address this with his team members (no response). At last he tried to turn me away started favouring his team
Member by accusing me of swearing at him (I think your employee asked for it when he decided to told me how ridiculous I am to bring this matter to his attention).

Anyways Moral of the story is
Modern day ideas like
-mistakes can happen,
-there is always a solution,
-we will look into this matter as early as possible,
-we gonna fix it this time but please make sure you cross check products before leaving the store,
- Well this never have happened before but let me enquire and get back to you)
there is always room for betterment)

Came in the store, asked employee to assist us to grab fenders for 18 wheeler truck, employee responds “I can’t keep going up and down” and walks away. Doesn’t make sense to me, if thats your job. Not satisfied with the service at all. Very rude and unfriendly.

It could be better all around. But it's tough to compare because there isn't many other places like this except for the dealerships. There is a large variety of items. Shopping from a catalogue is your best bet. I don't understand the concept of no prices made available without asking someone to help. I appreciate FGI for being open during the Epidemic.

Little bit of a mess, as always. Feels disorganized and not enough selections of products. Kind of like they don't know what is their market. Needs management change for sure.

Always best price, Best place for Truck parts. Please folks you can't expect every employee to memorize thousands of parts in the store, how about next time take a good stroll, look around a little closely and you will found the parts you are after.

If you have little knowledge of your part, the staff will do their best to beat any market price, I had great experience with this place and staff.

Very bad with closing always.today I come at 11: 58 and door was closed, but at the web closed at 2 pm at the door closed at 12 pm lol and I lost gas just coming to this place they don't respect time and customer

You should improve your parts delivery service. You get an order and promise to delivery at some specific time. Keep your promise or give an update to customer about delay. I was waiting for your parts for more than three hours even my location was just 18 km away. If you told me the truth about delivery time i would pick those parts up by myself and save my time.
