There’s no point booking an appointment here they just let everybody go first come first serve waited over an hour and still was not attended too. Would avoid them at all costs. Go somewhere more professional.

Dr. Eroume A Egom is super helpful doctor. He made sure he gave appropriate instructions above and beyond. We need more such committed doctors in Canada who really care for patients well being n health. Not many such doctors around. He asked me additional questions with regards to my condition and also advised me with dos and dont. I wish everytime I visit, i am treated by this doctor.
Just 1 thing which went odd in my case, i was been told to walk in to some clinic. So I took a half day off and walked in, only bcoz those places need appointments. I waste my half day off.

Be extremely wary of this clinic. I had an ear piercing infection and I went in. They treated it for the discharge but FAILED TO MENTION that my skin grew over the backing of the earring. Obviously that was my oversight as well but the fact that they didn't notice and raise it as a concern is wild.

Conveniently located. They are open all days. That's good thing about it. Very good walk in clinic. Their referral to specialist and follow up is very good and fast

No lines, easy to book appointments, polite, efficient and helpful doctor and staff. Would recommend the clinic and will visit it next time when I need medical advice.

Gasping for air with full blown bronchitis, this place refused to help me because I have an Alberta health card. Woke up in emerg! It truly is all about the money

Staff (receptionist, healthcare practitioner, and pharmacist) were all very friendly, professional, respectful, and communicative. I also didn’t wait long for a walk-in appointment. Positive experience for my first visit at this clinic.

This should be called a walk out clinic. Made appointment online and even input my health card number. Showed up to appointment on time and was turned away because I only had a red health card. Why not advise folks of this during the appointment booking process. Terrible service and processes, Ontario is a terrible provide for health services. Lack of doctors but surplus of condo distraction and increase of immigration… but lays off doctors not wanting the Covid vaccine? Doctors are underpaid who would want to become a doctor. A dentist gets paid more. Regardless this clic should not have accepted my appointment request if I provided a red health card number. They know how to take an appointment but not how to keep one.

How are you going to call yourself a medical clinic when you don't have an actual doctor in the office.i suggest you only go here if you want to be robbed of your time and money.

Very rude receptionist

Had a terrible experience at this clinic. The referral had wrong information on it. When asked to fix it, they said the system won't allow them to fix it.

When I asked them what will they do if my insurance rejected the referral due to wrong information, the rude receptionist said that is a problem between me and the insurance company and nothing to do with them.

When I said that doesn't seem right when their system printed the referral page with the wrong information on it which I paid $30 for, he came out of the behind the counter and aggressively took the paper out of my hand and yelled "Do you want it or not? You can go to another clinic if you are not happy with our service. "

The aggressive and inappropriate behaviour by the incompetent receptionist was unacceptable and was very upsetting. I strongly recommend others to not go to this clinic to avoid the same unpleasant experience that I had.

They also charge $40 for doctor's note, $30 for referral for chiropractor, massage therapist, physiotherapy or orthotics which is the highest charge I have seen in clinics. They will also charge $50 for no show or cancellation within 24 hours.

As a new immigrant to Canada, even after getting our health cards for months, we still have not found a family doctor. My husband has psoriasis and it started triggering again few months ago and we visited Fort York medical walk in clinic and Dr. Sam helped him and referred to a dermatologist. After few months I visited the clinic, I needed to get my thyroid panel tested and Dr. Sam asked me about it & any other symptoms I am having & suggested me to get some other blood work done as well. And it helped me to understand & identify few more deficiencies I am suffering from & Dr. Sam & Dr. Shi put me on the necessary supplements. Both Dr. Shi & Dr. Sam explained me all the things in detail, suggested few more things which will help me improve and were very friendly and welcoming. They also helped me with my pap test and recommended to a ob-gyn.
Overall, all the things at this clinic were smooth & helpful for us. The receptionist and the pharmacist are also friendly and will help you with all your needs & questions. I definitely recommend visiting here.

Not sure what kind of operating they’re running here but it’s not legit.

My husband came in with a swollen face and in excruciating pain due to an infected root/nerve in his tooth. All he needed was an anti-inflammatory and pain medicine to get him through the next 24 hours until he could book an appointment with his dentist. This was a tooth that had a previous root canal and crown work done on, and for some reason it was infected again.

First off, husband never even saw a doctor here. It was an intern who said that they could “Skype” the doctor if they needed to? Said intern diagnosed the problem as a sinus infection and tried to prescribe antibiotics or whatever medication he thought would help a sinus infection. Husband tried to explain he knew it was his tooth/nerve causing the issue, without a doubt. And that he was in excruciating pain. Intern refused to acknowledge my husband. Husband felt like they assumed he only went there for pain medication and treated him like a junkie… despite coming in with an obvious visible swelling on one side of his face. I understand they have to be cautious about people requesting painkillers, but what would be the harm in prescribing a day or two’s worth? Especially with the obvious swelling to his face.

I called Fort York Medical when he got home to ask the name of the doctor or “intern” that my husband saw, and told them he was misdiagnosed and we would be filing a complaint with the college of physicians of Ontario. The receptionist put me on hold, came back and told me they would call us back that day or the next, because it’s not their “policy” to tell us the doctors name. Huh? In any case, they never called us back so we will definitely be pursuing a complaint.

My husband ended up at the ER the next day and later an endodontist’s office, and guess what? It was his tooth/nerve/root canal causing the issue the whole time.

I’ve come to this clinic a number of times and have had poor service. This last experience tops them all where I was sent on my way with a requisition form that wasn’t correctly filled out. Went to life labs where I had to contact FYM again to fax over another form and had to verbally communicate between life labs and the clinic what needed to be filled in… these calls happened 3 times where the clinic ended up asking ME what to fill in on the form… I have no idea lol that’s why I’m coming to you? Because they didn’t know how to clearly indicate the test I needed (knowing very well what my issue was) I was sent home not fulfilling that test.

One of the best places I've ever been to. If she's working ask for Doctor Adriana. SHE WAS SUPERB! Also the folks who answer your call and intake process are so friendly and warm. Highly recommend.

Everyone was soooo nice and helpful at the clinic & pharmacy! They went above and beyond to find a solution for me.

I wish I could give them 0 star. Don’t go this one. I made appointment but I still waited for 1.5 hours when I got there 7ppl were waiting still. However, I didn’t see the doctor in person it was like zoom call and talk for like 2 mins. He didn’t give a referral so I had to called back next day if they can give referral without pay fee again. I asked if I can speak to the doctor but the very rude receptionist just hang up the phone FEW TIMES without say anything. They are not interested in helping ppl at all except the pharmacist. PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC. RECEPTIONIST ARE HORRIBLE.

This clinic is the only place in the city I've been able to book same day appointments, and they have always provided great care when I needed it most. The team is wonderful, from reception, to the medical staff, to the pharmacy.

Overall very efficient and and very good at diagnosing, I went in there because of a skin issue, and through their diagnosis they were able to prescribe me medication which got rid of my problem in under 2 weeks, they were able to refer me to multiple skin doctors in my area, and the greatest thing was that they had a pharmacy in their as well saving me more time. Great experience, it honestly saved me a lot of time going there as other places take up most of your day

This clinic is a telephone clinic run by medical assistants. It’s only been opened 5 months since September 2021. They don’t have doctors working on site. And you don’t speak to a doctor via telephone either unless you specifically request it. They put you on the phone with internationally trained “medical assistants”. And they just get a doctor to sign off on your file taken by the assistant. Essentially you are talking and being treated by assistants not doctors. The doctor I did happen to speak because I requested him, was in a rush to get me off the phone just tell me to go another clinic if i needed in person treatment. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case they wanted to speak to or be seen by Canadian trained doctors.

I initially came in after booking a slot online and came into the clinic at the time slot I booked for, I wasn’t alerted that the time didn’t work at all and once I came in person to the clinic we rebooked an in person appointment for the next day. The next day comes and I get a phone call asking if it can be moved to a virtual appointment, now I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours past my appointment slot. In short I wouldn’t waste your time getting a virtual walk-in appointment here, this is extremely unprofessional.

I have waited for very long hours for a phone appointment.first appointment i was confirmed for 4pm and got the call from the doctor at 7: 30pm after i followed up at least 3-4 times.then my second appointment another day was confirmed for 12pm and got the call at 2pm and then i had to call another 3 times and send one email to see if they sent my meds to the pharmacy in about 3 hours.they helped me but really gave me such a hard time with really 3-4 hours of waiting time from the time my appointment was confirmed until i actually was able to talk to a doctor.second appointment i did not even talk to a doctor!

Everything was explained to me prior to each appointment so I knew what to expect at all times.

I made a same day appointment, and scheduling was easy and straightforward. The woman working was nice and very professional, however my experience was made negative by the demeanour of the doctor. After the nurse described my problem to the doctor (Dr. Vaneet Rai), he basically said “yes that’s the problem” and seemed very uninterested in trying to find a solution. It was only after I, THE PATIENT, brought up a solution I researched online that he even attempted a half-hearted conversation into helping solve my problem.
I expect a greater level of care, warmth and concern from a doctor, which this one did not provide.

I was seen in a very timely matter, I was able to have an appointment within a hour of calling the clinic. All of the staff are extremely kind, warm, personable and professional. Because of the friendly nature of the staff I will return to and recommend this clinic.

Incredible experience at this clinic. I was pretty desperate and sick on a Saturday of the long weekend and they answered my email via call within one hour, got me a prescription and I am now on the mend. So grateful this worked out and for their effeciency!
