Fortinos

Good store but very large. The pandemic checkout process is very poor. Todays checkout was terrible. A student was directing people to the checkout counter but was not watching what was going on. He directed us to a cashier that was trying to close out a customer but the cashier was phoning repeatedly for help without success. While we waited in her line at least half a dozen customers were served at other cashiers. If someone is quarterbacking the checkout they should be paying more attention to what is going rather than chatting with another associate. Then to top it off outside the store is an elderly woman in distress. There are 4 young associates standing in the entrance exit oblivious to a woman in tears. She was there when entered and 20 or so minutes when we left. We spoke to her. Her issue was the cab wait. This store should remind young employees, customers matter!

This location is very spacious and has many advantages: It has a lot of parking spots available; you can buy hot meal from variety of options (salad, pizza, pasta, fried chicken, fried seafood, etc.) and it has dining area to sit down and enjoy the hot meal you bought (Definitely not in COVID pandemic and only on normal times).

Store is clean and staff are helpful.

Easy shopping here, nice people here, and fast checkout lines. Prices higher than Walmart thou.

Top notch course for sure, every hole is beautiful and in excellent condition. Many holes are very challenging. The staff are friendly, accomadating super nice. Highly recommended!

This location has great management which reflects on the staff and energy of the environment. I love coming here.

Unprofessional manager Kyle he needs to be disciplined not helpful at all with anything. I asked him for some help and he made someone else try to help me that wasn't in the same place, will not be going there again a person like that should be fired for his disrespectful ways. It's been over a week now not the first time he has been disrespecting customers. Manager Marcus is the worst I hope he gets fired for the illegal things he does every day someone needs to keep tabs on this mofo

My favorite shopping center definitely. The staff is well trained in courteous and attentive service to each guest. Pizza is superb.

Staff here helpful.wheni was trying to locate Asian spices. Check out was friendly and automatic belt was cleaned after every customer

Review is for the pharmacy- the staff is absolutely incredible! Will not go anywhere else for my medications. They know you by name and remember your family etc. Such a personal and professional experience every time!

Very nice, clean, well organized, knowledgeable staff and lots of sales on very good items. I bought lots of meat there today because of their weekly flyer. I was very happy with the quality and froze the rest for later. Who knows what new restrictions we'll have next week. I'd rather have lots in the freezer.

Fortino's is a lovely store but you have to pay for all of that atmosphere. It is too expensive for my budget so I only purchase specialty products I can't get elsewhere. Their Panfresco pizza (hot in store) is excellent-I highly recommend it.

The service was great selection was ok but I’m giving it a one. I was in a rush and needed some broccoli so I took some while a worker was putting it up. His name was noah and he was overall rude. He muttered under his breath and was not polite at all. I like the store but am refusing to work there just because of this one experience

This is a perfect place to shopping for every occasion. Fresh fruits and vegetables and beautiful flowers, selection of amazing and delicious bread, buns, pizza, croissants, cakes, pastries and I can go on and on!

Still love this place. Staff is amazingly friendly and the store is always full stocked. Still willing to spend the extra $ and the extra 5 min drive to avoid Metro!

A lovely grocery shopping experience always. Also a good option for on place or take out coffee / breakfast and other meals.

If you Re into making your own sushi then fortinos is by far the best one stop shop I have found to find all the basic components needed.except fish. They have everything else.

Great for breakfast on friday/Saturday. Great breakfast sandwiches made from fresh items unlike Timmys or Mc D's.

Managers are stock up from diary and grocery, they are childish they need to work more instead of sitting around gossiping. What do people pay these people for, if i was a store manager i would have kicked them out a long time ago. They need to treat people better with honor and respect, i use to shop all the time there and now im thinking of switching my favourite store to something else.

Best modern grocery shopping experience, a bit pricey but sales and points cards with deals tailored to you more than make up for it hours standard, parking always available.

This is one of the best grocery stores I've ever been to, great selection and great service. The best part though is the Pizza Department! They make seriously good pizza, high quality ingredients, fast and friendly service. I'm back almost every week and they never disappoint.

I do all my shopping here—they have a great selection of fresh produce and organic stuff! Customer Service is average and prices are decent, I really enjoy shopping here!

Please, please, please try the pizza! It's amazing. Great store for everything that you need. Produce is very fresh. At this time of the year it's lots of local fruits and vegetables.

Love doing the online pick up orders from this location. They always get the order correct and are so friendly!

Their aisles are always stocked and clean. I am impressed with their selection of fruits. They carry some imported fruits from Spain that I have not found elsewhere. Get pc points too.

Favorite grocery store in the area. Their produce is usually on par with Longos quality. I like their expansive selection of products.

Great looking store, well organized, but surprisingly the produce and packed goods are not great quality. Some positives are underground parking lot, and ready to eat food is quite good.

Great location with the friendliest people. The people in the Pane Fresco bread area are the best. Super nice and they always remember us. Overall good selection at this store, and the cafeteria stuff is great.

I really wish the Fortinos logo had 14-O's so the joke could actually make sense. Did you know that 1/3 people on Mars spend no money at all? That's because there's noone on Mars, but is there? I'll have to consult NASA on this when I'm coming back from my 9 to 5 job at this 7/11 that's stationed on top of Jupiter.

Great experience love this store good parking, great friendly staff and many options. Better than Zehrs in KW and prices are lower.

Larhe assortment of fresh fruits and veggies. Altho i often find the need to check for expiration dates on other foods because they are often near expired or already expired. The staff is very friendly. Always greet me and my daughter with a smile.

Their bakery with breads, pizzas, bagels, sweets and many more is awesome. Produce very fresh and varied and the fish and meat section pretty good. Smaller than a superstore but that makes it good for quicker shopping.

The freshness of the food varies but they have a good selection. Love their fresh seafood counter and their deli section! Also they have a bulk section which is great.

Best hot food section, soups are fresh. The flower selection is always good here and the best price compared to local florists.

Nice store but super overpriced. $2.49 for a can of mushroom soup that No Frills or Food Basics sells for $0.89-$0.99 cents. Total b.s.

My favourite grocery store to shop at. They have a great coffee with coffee, tea, lattes, hot chocolate, etc as well as a variety of baked goods. So grab a snack and ship, or you can grab dinner at one of their many delicious hot food counters.
