Best place to shop with my family. The food is always fresh and the food that’s ready to eat is always great. The staff are also well trained and friendly.

Spanish man in blue jacket here every Sunday in parking lot telling people he ran out of gas. Seen him many times. Store needs to stop him from harassing customers. Scammer.

How much grocery is being lost due to your ridiculously high prices? I use to like coming to fortinos for breads, fruits and vegetables but your pricing is way too high now! Its not right. Your store needs to do better with the bread section. Your selling the PC Blue Menu thin buns at $3.99 yet the expire date is in four days? People please check the expire dates on the bread items.

Big store, we only stopped in for flowers though, so we didn't move through the store. Layout is similar to other large Fortinos we've been in, so I imagine there is the large selection of products we k on these stores for.

My friend got assaulted by security cos they thought he was shoplifting (he wasn't). Very unprofessional! Definitely lawsuit material

Like the fresh takeout foods available. The oven pizza is good. Fresh made breads. Southern fried chicken and wedge fries are also great. Fresh soup and sandwiches and hot plates and sandwiches available. Huge selection of deli meats and cheeses. One of the few places that still carry’s a variety of Italian products and are on sale at various times.

This review is for Pane fresco, pizza department. You need to check your staff, she is miserable, she servers with attitude, never smiles.and left myself and another customer standing there waiting to order. I went and did a small shop and the girl was still standing there waiting to be served. There was lots of pizza to be served she chose to ignore us. I got pizza else where

Great grocery store. There is a very wide variety of fresh produce from all over the world here. There is a seafood section with some nice fresh fish and lobster. All people I talked to here were very nice. I highly recommend this store.

Best Fortinos in the area compared to the closest ones (Vaughan and Brampton). Tons of variety and options from hot food/meals, deli, groceries and other miscellaneous items that you may need. Big parking space and the building itself is very open and spacious. You do not feel too crowded as you shop. Aisles are open and wide, and they got plenty of carts varying in sizes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food and produce are fresh and of great quality.

If your looking for items that may be difficult to locate at other supermarkets fortinos would be the best place to look.

During the height of Covid/pandemic I found this Fortinos Queens Plate to be the best place to shop! Checkout was well organized and staff were very friendly and positive.

Lots of space and lanes at self checkout

One of the best Fortinos I’ve ever shopped at. The bakery selection is fantastic. Cakes are custom designed on site as well. Their hot food section is large and contains a variety of different foods. Breads and rotisserie chicken are baked fresh, on site. The meat and dairy section are huge. Guaranteed you’ll find the type of cheese or meat you had on your grocery list there. Fruits and vegetables look fresh all the time. They even have an organic section.
The grocery aisles are always filled.
There’s a bulk foods section and a Joe Fresh inside.
The natural health section contains a large variety of items as well.
If you want fresh flowers, they have a section for that too. AND, if that wasn’t enough, they have a a few on site restaurants available for fresh meals.
One stop shopping at its best.

Great place to shop and customer service, good. Manager very helpful.but the wrong part is the point cards that is very misleading coming from Fortinos and presidents choice. I was mislead after spending over 400 dollars and duped into getting a card re doing my groceries all over again to scan my groceries because the teller just wasn't paying attention. She said you can get so many points yet when I was done she didn't scan the card so I went to customer service and one had no clue what do do or what I had explained 3 times. Management came and understood in 5 seconds, she ran all the groceries again, I was shocked because the cashier said you will get a big discount and many points yet I got 0000. Presidents choice sits like vultures and get you signing up but for what when is a lie for the points all they want is for you to sign a credit card for a commission not caring about anything else. Fortinos should not allow such misleading information

Very large well stocked and well staffed store. Vast selection of all types and foodstuffs. Lots of prepared foods as well. Great covered parking too. One of the best baked goods selections I have seen.

Fantastic grocery store with better than average variety. The deli, bakery and "quick food" counters have a tremendous amount of choices. Well stocked and staff are helpful.

Staff is really friendly. Place is kept super clean even the seafood and meat department were spotless.

Meat packers were using gloves and everything looks neat and tidy.

Very clean, organized, aisles wide and easy to move around. Lots of variety, ready made food, pizza delish. Produce, Meat and Grocery departments well kept, stocked and clean. Bakery freshly baked bread and many more.baguette and the buns my go to delicious. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful Customer Service. I cant believe it, this young girl actually bagged my grocery item while at the self checkout. Ive never experienced such a kind gesture ever. Such a decent young professional.

Shopping at this store yesterday I waited so long at the meat counter I decided to walk away. There was a man and his wife fighting over the meat with his mask only covering his mouth. That goes against everything we know about this pandemic, plus Public Health protocol, and is not fair to the staff at the store and customers. Unfortunately there was only one person behind the counter serving. I came to buy lactose free milk and knew the sale price, but the staff were changing the prices back to the original ones. I asked why so soon, he said we are being organized for tomorrow, I replied but this is today. At the cash I was charged the original price. I asked why. One clerk said in a very firm tone that lactose free milk never goes on sale! The milk was on sale and I got the it for free which was nice, but is it necessary to fight for the sale price even while it is on sale? There was no one at the store entrance checking on customers to see if they had a mask on properly. I thought that this store was a little more on the ball than others in the area. I guess not.

Fantastic grocery store and very clean.
We came to buy cake on November 25 @ around 2-37pm but on bakery unit's lady vorjanka white lady service was very poor. She was very rude and yelling on us. She makes me cry and I hide behind my husband so he can order.
You supposed to hire nice and custom oriented people not like her rude lady.

My favourite Fortinos.

It’s right by the highway but they have a small patio space that is insulated from the parking lot by “shrubs”. People who work there are also nice and helpful.

I shop there for groceries and also sometimes pick up their hot food or baked goods.

Very clean, well-appointed store, friendly and helpful staff. Not the most inexpensive place, but good quality. Baked goods are especially nice.

I stop there for lunch from time to time. They have a very impressive collection of excellent sandwiches and their hot dishes are varied and well executed.

It's got pretty much everything you expect from a grocery store. Nice quality to everything. The selection of ethnic foods was really good!

I was here for the first time for ten minutes and was stabbed.with a COVID vaccine. It was a great experience. Beautiful store, and very full of products. Busy, but very spacious. The pharmacist was fantastic.

I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT FORTINOS FOR 15 YEARS, AND I LOVE SHOPPING HERE! BUT, LATELY CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY VERY BAD! I CALLED AND ENQUIRED ABOUT A SAUSAGE AND WAS TOLD THEY CARRY IT! I WENT THERE RIGHT BEFORE THEY CLOSE BETWEEN 8.40 AND 9. I WENT TO THE DELI DEPARTMENT AND ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC SAUSAGE, THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I GOT FROM MICHAEL AT THE DELI WAS BELOW DISRESPECTFUL. I TOLD HIM I CALLED EARLIER AND HE SAID WE DON'T HAVE IT AND WALKED AWAY. IT WAS HORRIBLE, I FELT LIKE HIS PRIVILEGE GOT THE BEST OF HIM.

My favourite for the fresh bakery products and especially wide variety of Cakes. Fruits and veggies collection are also fresh compared to other big grocery stores.

This store allows people to shop WITHOUT a mask and allows them to check out. Claims they can't do anything. Curbside?
I left feeling unsafe; shoppers at this location were not safe today.
You shut down earlier because of covid and allow this to happen.
Calling the police and requiring other shoppers to stop their shopping and stay away, so she can continue to shop with her masked husband isn't right.

Friendly staff. Organized and clean. Has every counter you need; cheese, fish, deli, meat, hot food, pizza, clothes, etc.

5 minutes walk away from our place, all the essentials we needed are here. Loved their pizzas and soup.

The best supermarket! Not too big or small. Spacious. Neat. Clean. A little pricey of you compre to Walmart or Freshco, but the experience if very different too. The flower shop is beautiful and the food court choices are great. I like how the eating area is separated after renovation. A little Jo Fresh section is neat. My family's store since last 15 years.

Had the salmon with a generous portion of asparagus. Decent price and the eating area was very nice and clean. Very impressed just loved it.

Donovan, the manager, is the slimiest piece of human garbage you'll ever come across. As a customer, you'll regularly come across him verbally degrading his employees on a daily basis. The lack of respect is so disgusting I can't imagine ever shopping here again if that pathetic excuse for a man is on the premesis.

Just came back from store April 28' 2019 trying to buy Black Diamond Tacos & Nachos shredded cheese reg price is $8.29ish. They didn't offer the sale price which is published in Fortinos.ca and Reebee's app. The lady in self serve department called and confirmed they can't offer me sale price. She said "I don't know wherever u get the price from whatever shows in display you pay that price". I was not in a good mood for arguing with her so I just left. Well since u guys don't want to follow your flyer price I will happily give the business to Walmart who sell the same cheese and they will match the price without any hiccups.

Its ok. Its bit expensive but I guess you are paying for the variety and the service. They have enough cashiers so you are never lining up. The store and the washrooms are clean. I bought a cake last week and the cake was good but the girl who served me looked all sad and depressed. She behaved as if she's doing me a favour and the writing on the cake was terrible. All and all just ok.

The Staff at Fortinos is very Helpfull and friendly. What can I say the produce clerks are well knowledgeable with my produce needs and they treat you like part of the family. Fresh baked bread early in the morning OMG! The only problem i have with this place is the constant ballbreaking from one of there maintenance workers which bugs me and tells how to do my shopping even tho i want to be left alone when i do my shopping.also I constantly see managers harassing and over working there staff

Always pop in for lunch. Huge selection of foods. Had a couple things that are a miss but overall okay.

Great place for grocery shopping, with spacious aisles filled with a variety of branded quality stuff. They have specialised stalls for wine, flowers and bakery. Also there's is sit out area for in house eatery.

Expensive but like a food wonderland once your get in there

The grocery store is great, but I love the upgrades for their hot tables. I mean a whole lot of variety. I went to get Easter flowers, they really tend to have well grown flowers. They really care. Never had any issues ever. Keep up the good work.

Love the place, you can find everything here but items marked are on little higher price point. They have in store restaurant and they make their food fresh everyday.

Bought scallop potatoes, they were hard and tasted like they were reheated!

PC Express is the greatest thing ever! You just order online and they bring it out to your car in under 5 minutes. The staff is super friendly and prompt. The organic selection here is extraordinary as well.
