Love this location! Anytime I have asked for assistance finding an item, not only does the workers point me in the right direction but in most cases, employees walk me to the exact location as well!

One of its kind superstore where you could expect to see all products across various categories that are akin to any other super store out there like Walmart, Longos, Freshco. What sets them apart is the quality of offering, their in-house bakery and warm food that's served on site. Prices are expensive compared to Walmart or similar superstores but that's the price you pay for better quality. They allow you to order cakes for parties but you need to order at least 2 days in advance if you want a customized cake. Alternatively, they have a wide variety of cakes to choose from, which are absolutely delicious.

The deli counter do not use the numbering system this causes confusion as the clerk does not ask who is next to be served customer service training needed here

I came to this store today, I saw an kitchen employee in their washroom pissed all over the toilet seat.he didn't even lift the seat.

I went to the McDonald's in Fountain Inn SC 300 MCCARTER Road Fountain Inn, SC 29844 around 8: 00pm EST. It was a little busy, however, this was an extremely smooth-running shift. Everyone was in place and did their job accordingly. My order was an online order and my food was very fresh. While I was waiting for my food, I had the opportunity to watch everything and everyone. I would like to recognize the manager **, ** and the rest of her team. Her back line (cook area) was very structured and kept the food fresh and coming through so there wasn't a long wait time.
** (back line) was very calm, cool and collective and didn't break under pressure. I'm not sure if he is in a leadership position but it would benefit if he was, so he could demonstrate to other employees what it takes to keep the ball rolling in a very fast pace area in Mcdonald's. I have visited several Mcdonald's and was once a manager myself in a different location, and this, by far, was a VERY good experience. Even though it was a rush time everyone had a positive and pleasant attitude. I was Very impressed…!

Good supermarket to find some items one couldn’t find elsewhere. Way too expensive for the great majority of things they sell.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF ROMA TOMATOES I BOUGHT ON SATURDAY AND BY SUNDAY EVENING THEY WERE FULL OF MOULD.

SHOCKING THAT THEY WOULD SELL SUCH LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS.

I even have pictures of their pathetic state.

Best place for everything little bit expensive but overall good must visit if you live near brisdale.

Best cakes in town! It’s been so many years we love their bakery and especially the strawberry shortcake

Variety of Cakes, Soups, flowers, Bread and much more. Almost every thing is available over there. I visited last time for birthday cake and i got it. Awesome atmosphere and staff is ver nice. I would say if your want stuff for groceries then surely visit Fortinos. Thanks

Great super store with almost everything, as I could not find the brand veggie cheese that I eat.that aside, it's great.

Cashier is very courteous and friendly. I got everything I needed from the store. Always very neat, clean, and organized.

Its a better place to be than Walmart- if you are looking for organic/ healthy items.
The meats and seafood collection is especially great.

Very good service! Just one thing is too much sticker on the fruits, very hard to take off, special on the organic apple! I take alot of time to remove but it is still!

I have updated my review here from 3 to 4 star, as I have been visiting this location for a few years now and have never only had any issues, but generally have been happy with the service, products stocked and facilities, etc.

I’ve lived in the area for over 15 years and have seen this place grow and change owners over the years. Sometimes the food is good but since the pandemic hit the prices have risen astronomically abs I find myself shopping less and less. Need more deals.

We went to buy pizzas today at this location and while the girl at the counter was helping other customer, we saw flies on the pizzas where we were standing next to the entrance.
We told the girl about it, she asked us if we know which pizzas was the fly on:). We told her the pieces we saw fly sitting on but while she was picking those pieces (hopefully to throw away) fly moved over to the other row of pizzas and sat on a bunch of other pieces. I pointed that to her and told her that this is disgusting but the girl showed no concern and she just stood there like a mannequin and at least we didn’t see her throwing away any more pieces that the fly sat on.
We of course didn’t buy pizza and would NEVER buy any cooked food from Fortinos ever again.
This makes me feel concerned how their overall hygiene standards are for the food stalls and in general.

My visit there was unplanned but when I went in I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of freshly prepared meals. Since I was hungry I had their roasted red pepper soup and Focaccia pizza, it was awesome.

This store has a wide variety of fresh groceries especially the meat section. I always get what I'm looking for and the employees are very polite as well.

Love me some fortinos! Joe Fresh section is always clean and tidy. Prices for most item are competitive. Seem to have a lot of new staff lately, not as friend as the former, but also a much younger team it would seem. Overall good service, one assistant manager exception a return for me recently.

Its a well managed store with max line items and helping staff specially "Morni" mgr or supervisor cust/ service. Last 10 years I am their customer, Pharmacy staff is also very helpful. Love this store.

Fortinos, never had a problem with them!
But the pharmachy inside Worthington, TERRIBLE! Never answered a single call eversince! When you go there, 4 people are talking amongst themselves even if they already see you standing by the counter!

The pharmacy staff are gerabge zero experience, I went today to drop off my prescription and after waiting in line for over 20 min I was told we are not accepting prescription today only covid vaccine and was not writing or any sings saying that.just wast of my time

I take cakes from the bakery for every occasions as they are yummy
but for some time I am noticing the strawberry shortcake is not fresh.: (

Normally go to this fortinos to pick up flowers as they have a great florist section and good selection of groceries.

Iam disappointed they stopped serving coffee/espresso after 6 I go there at least 2-3 times a week around the dinner hour always looked forward to a espresso and dessert that's to bad my guess not enough people go to the caffe

Love what this store has to offer! Their Bakery, hot food area, flower dept, produce and grocery are deff top quality!

Great pick up at the online pick up area for my groceries. Fast and efficient and got all my stuff

Great after renovations. Has excellent pizza and multi cuisine food options other than grocery store.
Update June 2021: Sanitizer in place and tissues for health and safety of customers. Proper social distancing measures in place without important customer shopping experience.

I went to bakery today.there was a black lady. I was asking related to cake and she was so rude. And she was like omg. This was embarrasing. I was asking the variety of cakes. She just got annoyed. Kindly look at this matter.

Their new policies are discriminatory. I will no longer be supporting this company until they treat all members of our society with care and compassion.

DO NOT BUY BAKERY FROM HERE.
Bought banana bread from here and found mould on it. The customer service wasn't initially ready to take return despite it being mouldy and a health hazard. Upon insistence, they issued refund citing it as a favour to me. Appalled at such apathy and disregard for customer health - selling unsafe food and not even batting an eye.

Organized during covid. Everything is stocked and easy to find. Bakery section is on point and handled what I needed in a timely manner. Super busy though. Was in and out

Nice and clean store. Employees like marnie Murphy are good example of customer service. She did exceptionally best to help.

Love this Fortinos. Always clean, doing great with social distancing procedures, and awesome staff.

My parents in their 70s who have medical exemptions from wearing a mask were discriminated against when they were asked to leave? Fortinos said they are no longer accepting exemptions? It's funny because the employees who stock fresh fruits and veggies are seen without gloves and masks under the nose which doesn't seem to be an issue yet my parents are no longer allowed to enter even though the by law states exemptions are to be honoured. We are never using Fortinos again and we are telling all of our friends not to use them. In addition, we have been in touch with the Brampton Guardian who have agreed to publish an article about this mistreatment.

The manager at this location displayed complete rudeness with no sense of respect today towards my wife, she went in there today to buy strawberries and this man got rude and tells her there is a limit when there was no sign indicating how much an individual can purchase. He tells her there's a limit of 8 per customer but another customer was seen buying more then 8. I wasn't to happy to hear this I will be in touch with head office over this, not to sure what kind of rude sencless people you guys hire.

Good options and variety for produce items.
Fruits and vegetables are fresh and very good quality with great price.

The supermarket is usually more expensive than others in the surrounding area but it has more variety of things and I appreciate the bakery for when I have special event to celebrate. Their cake is good.

Quality grocery store and has an excellent eating place. The prime rib roast sandwich is recommended.

The photo quality from the photo lab inside this fortinos was something I have a problem with. The lady who took the photo ensured that the shadows on different faces would be corrected, and folks who had specs had the flash shine. It seems this is how they operate. Have some apprentice work in the store for some months and make them permanent and move them around stores. I won’t be going there anymore for group photos. Passport photos should not have this problem as no much care is needed. I guess they should just stick with that

Excellent selection of different kinds of food. They also offer premade meals and there's is a Mark's inside the store. Prices are a bit on the high side but it is worth it.

Very clean store. They always have what I’m looking for. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The prices are a bit steep but the environment makes up for that. I shop here weekly.

Such a clean, organized grocery store.with shiny floors in each aisle and the customer service is phenomenal

Ein moderner, sehr gepflegter Supermarkt mit kleiner Essmeile. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Gewürzen zum selber abpacken, eine Olivenbar, Frischetheken für Fleisch, Wurst und Fisch. Große Vielfalt an Gemüse und Obst. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen auch schon mal von selbst, ob man Hilfe braucht, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Vorbildlich!

Always fresh vegetables and fruits. Very neat and clean store. Love the fresh pizza and hot food section. A bit pricey though but really good quality food and grocery.

Not much selection in the kitchen area for ready to eat meals. Really overpriced for produce and meats.

Good place, quality products are sold here. Good for eating and dining non veg food. Very less items available for vegetarian food. Fortinos should add veg food (without eggs, meat, fish). They should mention clearly on food items whether it's eggless, mostly on birthday cakes, breads, etc.
A lot many vegetarian people are living nearby. They find very difficult to purchase food from Fortinos.

It's Fortinos. Fresh produce, fruit, vegetables, bread, dairy products, whatever a house hold needs they have it+restaurant to eat.

My Cousin Christopher Peart has been working here for years now, so our family doesn’t shop anywhere else! Lol I love fortinos food section, ever since we were little kids before our grandma died we always would go get those giant chicken wings, their a bit pricy but well worth it! Always well prepared and taste so yummy! Great location

Best Fortinos in Brampton by far. It's not excessively busy like Hwy 10 & Bovaird or Mountainash and has all the amenities that a good grocery store should have. It's also in a very convenient location right next to Mount Pleasant.

Always buy my kids birthday cakes from Fortinos and recommend friends to go there as well. Love Joe Fresh thats inside there as well
