Came here to get a birthday cake for a 3rd birthday party 2 times and the staff was amazing as usual.

I've been coming here every year for birthday cakes for my family and the staff and products do not disappoint. The cakes are delicious and the produce section has lots to choose from. On top of that, there is a variety of tasty bread being sold here.

I highly recommend this place as it has satisfied me and my family for years.

Maybe its because we visited in the evening before the holidays but the store was not very clean… Kinda messy. It is most likely because of the kind of customers that went there that day but that was the only time we went there so far. I assume it is usually neat and organized. It is large and has a large selection from food to clothes.

Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable, fast service staff.food is good the produce and also at the eating area or for take out always fresh and over all a good experience.
Cons: the women bathroom door stalls will not close/lock and it's terrible when trying to go to the bathroom. Cause you got to hold the door when going to the bathroom. Please replace your bathroom locks. D:

This is how grocery stores should be run.abundance of staff of all ages, open, and willing to help you get what you need. I see managers on the floor every time I go and employees at the registers work fast and efficiently.

Can't complain, a bit on the premium side of prices but a good grocery experience. A lot of Italian staple items at the Woodbridge location! Everything you need in one roof.

A little over priced for their hot food. You can get way better food at a better price from almost all the local restaurants. Grocery is ok. Best thing about this spot is the bakery, the bakery alone i give 5 stars.

I haven't always had the greatest experiences at this location but today changed my mind. I had a lovely interaction with Chiara from rotisserie. She was so kind and friendly! The food was great, my son loved the chicken wings! I will definitely been coming back soon, and I hope to continue to have positive interactions like this one.

Clean place to do groceries, good quality and they have eatery which has good food and pizza. You and eat there and do groceries.

Went in for a cake. Got a good one for a good price. Everyone is friendly. Excellent selection of products. Flower shop is well appointed.

Bakery manager has awful handwriting.the cake looked terrible.
On a separate occasion I had to wait half an hour for the butcher to show up just to tell me what I wanted wasn't in stock. Someone else could've checked that for me.

The Italian catering provided by the catering Team was very good.
We ordered Prime ribs set, chesse plate, cold cuts, veal, stuff pepper, for 12 people, it worked out to be 40$ per person, with left over for 3 more days.
Food work well packaged, kept hot, the buns looks and taste like it just come oout of the in house bakery, the staff is helpful and cheerful.

This Fortinos has been my grocery shopping hub for many, many years and am glad to say the service is excelient, also send a special thank you to the Pharmacy Dept.of this store. These staff members each and everyone of them is so responsive to our needs and helpful. My special thanks and Steven Wowk for all his help in answering all question, to providing our needed health vaccines. These member are absolutely the best. The store manager is always willing to find and what help with what ever we are looking. Please pass on our thanks to all.

Bigger selection of everything than I was expecting. The fruit and vegetables were all very tidy and fresh. Excellent deli just outside of the groceries hall area with hot food for sale. After doing some grocery shopping I was able to get an interesting piece of potato pizza.

The food bar at the front is amazing the bread the soup the hot food all of it is delicious and fresh. Though I haven't done a grocery run yet I'm sure it will be much the same inside aswell.

I hate how this place treated people with no mask like enemies. This government doesn't consider for the people and you just escalated the situation. Shame on all of you.

Great grocery store. Manager in store needed reminder (i.e. Me yelling "put your schnoz away") to wear his mask correctly and I also discovered cashier is anti-vaxxer. Will likely not return until at least pandemic is over as I worry about other health measures management/staff may ignore.

Disgusting employees refusing to serve individuals who mask exempt and unable to wear one for medical reasons, while other staff and customers have their masks on their chin. Absolute disgrace.

Great store. Has every department you would want with counters at the bakery, seafood, deli and meat. Huge organics section, pharmacy, clothing and prepared foods. Little to no wait for a cashier and plenty of staff around to help you find something.

I will NEVER buy fresh fish in this store ever again! Bought "fresh" salmon and couldn't even eat it when I got home. Plus my dogs got sick from eating it, which never happened before.

Fausto and his team did a wonderful job catering my sons backyard mini wedding. The prime rib was perfect. Everything was delicious. Fausto you are so easy to deal with. Thanks for everything

This Fortinos location loves to discriminate against people. Extremely rude staff. I will never be shopping here again and I do not recommend anyone spending their money here

Lots of selection, helpful staff.very expensive. The guys that work in the back are always swearing at each other.like yelling aggressively at each other.super uncomfortable.and it's like everyday

Watched a lady serving pizza drop the tongs on the floor picked them up and served a slice to someone gross.
I won’t be returning to the hot table section.

Customers always have to wait longer at the Deli since the staff are always busy talking amongst themselves. Specials are NEVER in stock. Pizza counter is practically never stocked during lunch and dinner time.

A larger version of the Lawrence Square store. Also sells Joe Fresh women's and children's clothing. A short ride-or long walk- from the subway station.

My family and I visited the store today to complete our weekly shopping. We were greeted by the same wonderful lady as nearly every time we visit. Donna is always so pleasant and unfortunately we frequently see her getting treated poorly by the customers for enforcing the provincial requirements. My wife and I just wanted to reach out to compliment her for doing such a great job, and continuing to help keep us safe each day! You’re the best!

The best store, fruits and meat always very fresh, and all products, and they keep clean and tidy, love it

I enjoy coming here because they make you feel like family.some things a little bit more expensive but worth it when you get that customer service

Often excessively priced on groceries, but when you can get a sale it's good.
Staff are using PPE for the pandemic and sanitizer is provided.

Nice clean store, lots of selection. Liked lettuce bar all on it's own with plenty of variety. Didn't like that a lot of items missing the price and meat at the butcher's counter was incredibly expensive. For example triple A striploin $67 per pound. Utterly ridiculous

I used to be a loyal customer to Fortinos in Woodbridge but today what I had by customer service changed my mind.
I and my friend both bought halal turkey at the same time and went to different cashiers. There were no tags on them so we waited for them to be tagged for at least 20 min. As a result same brand almost same size turkey- (200 gr difference) costed for me 38.71 cad and for my friend 16.71cad at two cashiers next to each other. Cashier tried to make me believe that it is weight difference. There was definitely a mistake but couldn’t be accepted and handled by Customer service supervisor Claire for another 15 minutes and I returned my turkey. They accepted there was a mistake about turkey type at last but no solution was offered.
They must know customers are not stupid and they need to be helped if fortinos cashiers made a mistake. Thanks for nice Thanksgiving gift!

Who knew they sell great pizza? I am impressed. Since Covid- 19 I go here because they are consistently sanitizing the shopping carts.

Great selection of pretty much everything. A bit pricier than other grocery stores, but worth the visit.

My husband and I come once a week from Barrie to shop here. Everything is always fresh and the store is always clean and the shelves are always stocked. We never leave without ordering a pizza to go but our favourite is the hot table.you can't beat their prime rib and the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. Thanks to Fausto and his crew.

Everything is super fresh but so expensive. I wonder why the price is much more than the others stores.

Great staff and service. They were opened and pleasant during the pandemic, unlike Longos that decided to abandon their clientele at the moment we needed them most.

I love FORTINOS, quality of fruits and veggies, deli choices, abundance of meat and seafood options. Compared to superstore (overpriced), you'll never want to go back. Let's not forget about the mini food court of food to choose to from.sushi, salads, pizza and desserts OH MY.

It is mandatory that in all public places in the York Region mask are mandatory. I was very disappointed to see today, that Fortinos is not taking this serious. Very disappointed.

Crowded, unorganized! Disappointed in the fact that they make disabled people wait iin long lines.
