Great selections of pastries, cakes, fresh baked breads, very clean and well stocked store. They also have great selections of cooked food as well. Great selections of cooked soups, sandwiches, whole chicken, variety of cold salads. Huge selections of fresh baked items. Must check out there bulk shop.

I ordered princess cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday. They made it very unprofessionally and gave me princess toys in my hand and said we dont have big boxes for cakes. Sorry to say I never had that weird taste of cake in my life. Even we asked them for less sweet but put more than enough. Hard to eat that sugary cake.

There is a cleaner called Alejandro, he is apparently Argentine, he is very morbid with women and very dirty.

Cashier coffee ladies are so rude. Not interested shopping there. The place looks full RASCIST people staring at you: like you don't belong here.

So much types of food inside like chicken, sandwiches, pizza, and soup. They also had desserts and coffee all of which are fresh. The staff were very courteous and friendly!
A dining area can be found inside.
The grocery is labelled and laid out very well. Overall a cool experience.

Best cashier ever and so courteous and if course excellent quality unlike Loblaws recycled rotting products at NoFrills

Love the pizza here, as all Fortinos locations. However, on two occassions I have taken a slice to go after shopping and although I asked for it to be warmed up - it is cold in certain sections. I don't know if its the oven or the employee but its super frustrating and it makes me regret the purchase.

It's our neighborhood grocery store where we rely on it for fresh produce and other food items.

Pro Tip: They have a great selection of cakes.

Everything is great here but the produce is not my favourite. I find that it does go bad fairly quickly. But the service is great and the hot table is delicious.

They have everything on scale of cheap to costly or organic to regular. Big store with everything for everyone. Store is always nice and clean.

Horrendous service!

I bought dozens upon dozens of flower bouquets from this location over the years, You never got flower shop quality really, but at least the ladies here usually used to be nice enough to spend a minute or two to take off the dead rose paddles and wrap them nicely so that it would be somewhat presentable at least. Two nights ago I bought roses here again, FOR THE LAST TIME! The girl was more interested in getting back to her make out session with the young boy who evidently worked at a different department in the same store. They were both equally annoyed that a customer walked in and that they now had to take their tongues out of each other. She slammed the roses on the table and proceeded to do the most hideous gift wrapping job I have ever seen in my entire life which took all of 18 seconds, took the payment and walked away.the flowers fell out of the gift wrap before I even got to the car. NEVER AGAIN Fortinos, NEVER AGAIN!

This place is overpriced and they throw away so much food at the end of the night. I would expect all the hot food to be packaged and sold at a discounted price, but I asked the employees why they don't do it or at least give it to the employees, they called it store policy.

I would love to eat their hot food section more but they are stingy with how much they give you while the price is high.

I do enjoy their desserts little bakery section though!

No mask exemptions given even though it's literally in the law. No one's shopping at fortinos once this becomes apparent. Boycott.

Did not have to wait in line too long. They had everyone flowing to the cashiers quickly. Covid standards in place.

Even after spelling name to them, they write wrong name on the birthday cake. Its just ridiculous. I would not even give one star to this type of service.

Fortinos is my all time favorite store. Good quality of things, everything is of good quality but specially I like fruits and vegetables section. I love the way they are taking Covid19 measures.

I came into this fortinos Saturday to the deli section. I was helped by a female named “Maria” or something of that line who made it evident she did not want to be working there. Poor customer service and a lot of attitude.

You got 10/10. Nice staff, huge selection of food, freshly baked cake and cookies. No limits to buy only this and only that. Definitely I need one week supply and I can not come twice a week to get groceries. This store is nicely managed. Now I will be definitely doing my grocery from this store. Thank you dear.

Because everything I see looks clean. Fruits and food looks fresh also vegetables. Looks fresh.

The price on all three shelves says $3: 99
The cashier charged me $5: 99 the cashier called the manager.the manager says is $5: 99
Her reasons for it? Somebody changed the price and she is not responsible for people mistakes.

Clean and nicely organized grocery store. Produce is always top quality and love the selection of cheeses and hor d'oeuvres. Bakery has a nice selection and every cake and pastry I've purchased from here not only tasted amazing but I can also tell it was freshly prepared. Pricey at times but worth it.

Great selection of vegan foods and health foods. This Fortino’s location has several options for vegan cheeses, nut milks, dairy-free and vegan ice creams and other deserts, as well as vegan mock meats and frozen pizzas. Gluten free selection is fantastic as well.

When you want fresh produce, this is the place to shop. The selection is always great and it is super clean! If you need to nibble, they have so many items in their hot table with everything you could want. I tend to bring my tablet to connect to the wifi and have a quiet work lunch in their seating area.

Joseph, one of the managers there, has provided me the best customer service I've ever experienced. Even though the bakery is not his department he saw I was having problems, there was an issue with a custom made cake I picked up. He helped calm me down, and provided various options to help make up for the mistake. Because of him I continue shopping at Fortinos.

Have done really well with covid precautions. Price is a bit expensive but generally get the quality/freshness that hits those prices.

Awesome grocery store! We love the store baked donuts. The produce is fresh and they have a good selection of seafood and meat.

Love the food at this fortinos. There's this big Italian guy I see who walks around the food area where they make different amazing foods. The food at this fortinos is way better than the fortinos at hwy7 and I'm pretty sure he's got alot to do with that.

Worked for the company last year, and it was honestly one of the worst grocery stores I have worked at. Usually I don't right reviews but it sends a message to future customers and people to consider working here. At the end of the night, the grocery orders would arrive for the night crew and the "grocery day crew clerks would purposely put items in the wrong spot every night. Leaving full cases when they are sold individually. The management would blame me and my former co workers. Wouldn't let us use power jacks when the load was too high. So basically they want us to do more labor. Also when it's closing time, the day crew doesn't clean up after themselves! Garbage everywhere from the front of the store to the back of receiving. I can go on about this location but I'm gonna end it here.

I was disappointed with the quality of snapper fish they had I could hade visited another store but decided on Firtinos as they are know fir Freshness and quality.not this trip

One stop shop hot tables bread, bagels, flowershop, espresso bar I mean you dont need to drive around so clean and convenient love this place.

Very pricy on most items I get you would like an upscale looking store but that is a business cost not a consumer good stop adding to my grocery cost for your pretty front

Clean, well laid out, helpful staff. Fruits and vegetables are of good quality and price. Meat, fish, deli and cheese selection are fantastic and quality is second to none. Great place to shop. The panefresco section is great.

Good selection of deli, food, fish and meat. The bakery makes very good bread. Try their focaccia as well. It is delicious.

Love the fresh meats and fruit. Fruits are at a higher price then other grocery stores but is worth the cost they are always fresh and great taste.

Hands down, the best grocery store! I’ve been regularly shopping at longos for 17+ years but once I visited Fortinos, I never went back! They have the best produce, floral, dessert, pizza, hot table and bread sections out of all the grocery stores, and not to mention they have a wider selection of snacks/non perishable foods in general and they also offer self checkout which is very convenient! Of course the best option for meats and fish is to go to your local butcher/fish market, but if you can’t make it there, Fortinos fish and meat section is also pretty good too

Visited the soup and sandwich table. Had the chilie con carne soup. Delicious. Their Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato with goat cheese is very good.

I have done grocery from fortinos for over an year and liked it so far. Only that when you go to some other stores you can see fortinos price is higher. In the beginning I loved their fresh produce. Seemed very fresh. But now I feel like its like every other grocery store sometime it is fresh and then other times not.
