Rude associate behind the counter. Please put proper signage where to line up instead of yelling infront of anyone. There was no reason to be rude.

Consistently terrible service from management on down. Items sold under warranty not actually ‘valid’ as I was told. Given the poor quality of what they sell, you really want some sort of warranty if your shopping their mediocre selection of cheap merchandise.

Hello Store Manager,
I have been to this fossil store multiple time and usually I really liked the range of products and staff.
However, today I faced a staff named “DAN” who was rude and mean to me. He was not accepting what I was saying and was challenging me with his overconfidence. So the story is I wanted to buy a card wallet and that was present in the 80% clearance section. The guy then told only one colour of that model was mistakenly present and the price of this this colour is high. To which I told there are other colours also present in clearance section whose price is different. He bluntly told me no and was challenging me to which I told please come and have a look to which he was proven wrong since he saw again a different priced product (similar to one which I was buying) was kept in clearance.
As per store policy, if few items of same product are present in wrong location you have to give at that price because the customer has spent time deciding that product and when he reaches the cashier, the customer is told that the price is different which is not fair. If one item was mistakenly placed I would have agreed but Dan saw that 2-3 items were placed at wrong section and he was still saying it loud that you have to pay that much amount in a rude way.
Moreover, the staff named “Dan” (I hope that’s the correct name told to me by the staff) refused to serve me at the cashier counter and sent a lady staff to address it.
I would request the store manager to take action as per their policy so that this guy starts respecting customers.

I went into this Fossil location recently and got 2 watches fixed and bought a new one as well. The employees were very nice and helpful. They provided good recommendations and even provided care advice.

The staff are always super polite and willing to help without being pushy. The store is clean and well organized. There are some pretty good sales for and outlet.

I really love fossil products, they have wonderful, stylish, chic and simple leather products. I love their bags, wallets and purses. Great quality as well. I also love their watches. Highly recommend. Been shopping fossil for years now. This location has very helpful and friendly staff as well.

Many good discounts on watches, bags and wallets. Very friendly staff but this place can get pretty crowded.

Good selection of watches wallets purses and accessories. There was good sale on on top of markdown prices. Got some great Xmas gifts. Staff were very helpful but not pushy. When the sales are on there are some very good deals to be had. Will shop there again.

My family and I were very eager to buy fossil watch straps and some wallets and happen to be in the middle of a rush of customers. Considering that every sales associate was busy we decided to join the line and ask if we could buy the replacement straps for our watches. The cashier was rude to us as we explained that to her and told us very rudely that: “they are over there. ” She repeated this twice. We of course knew this and simply just wanted some help. The cashier and manager kept brushing us off and we quickly cashed out our things and left. We felt the way how the manager and the fossil cashier treated us was based off prejudice. Certainly not happy, considering we traveled from Toronto to shop here. We Will not be coming back again. Please be more self aware and better at providing customer service.
