Fotobox Professional Digital Photo Lab

I had fotobox do a custom print for me and they were incredible to deal with! They were transparent, informative and helpful with deciding our options and size and keeping us in the loop of completion date. We just hung the picture (36x48) and the quality is amazing! We couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Thanks Phill and team:)

My wife and I came here to have some photos done for a passport. We were helped right away and you could tell that the photographer took pride in her job. Great service and a great price with lots of parking nearby and close to the TTC!

Did an amazing job guiding me in the process of getting my photos turned into a canvas.it's my first time ever getting my photos blown up and framed. It was easy and didn't the process was fast. They and ideal expectations for pickup and when it was the date of pickup, they gave me a call for pickup. The results are above expectations. Quality is amazing.

I normally don’t write reviews but I will make exception for this store because it was huge disappointment especially considering I made an effort to drive here instead of going somewhere closer to my house. I have been here many years back to get picture for documents and service was great but seems it’s different now. I went here because I thought I can get better passport photo at a studio than in shoppers or convenience store. However, their customer service was very rude (especially Phil) and they will take mediocre picture (you can get same quality at shoppers). They will not retake the picture if you don’t like it and will rush you to get it over with as soon as possible, so you are pressured to go with whatever they took on first or second try (they will say it looks great but it will look pretty bad). I realize this is not a photoshoot but after spending years on immigration and applying for my first Canadian passport I expect somewhat good looking picture as this is the picture that will stay with me for 10 years. I went to nearby convenience store and got much better picture and much more respectful care. Don’t waste your money and go to shoppers/convenience store or another studio.

The knowledge of the staff was second to none. Phil was extremely attentive to all of my inquires and delivered a product that was well beyond my expectations. The quality of the prints / photos came out amazing. Highly recommend.

I needed some grad pictures done of my daughter so I went in there to see how much and how quick. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that their prices are very reasonable and the turnaround time was very faster than expected.

Staff here are very kind and knowledgable. We’ve used Fotobox a few times to print photos and get our daughters passport photo taken. Turnaround times are fast and the print quality of the photos are always great!

They wanted to charge $300 to resize a photo to fit a small pendant. They said they are charging double for Christmas. Stay clear from these crooks. To be honest they deserve a negative star rating

There are many options to print photos in the GTA. However, the number of technicians that consider the quality of their work few and far between. I supplied negatives with the goal of poster-size prints. Nonetheless, Lanny suggested the results would not be up to their standards and recommended 11 x 14 despite the much lower charge and profit. The resulting prints produced with exceptionally vibrant colours far exceed expectation. Thank you, Lanny and Ha for a job well done and maintaining the Art Form of photo production.

Seriously great service and quality enlargements and prints. I got several family photos enlarged and framed for a last minute gift and the team at Fotobox turned things around very quickly for me.

Simply extraordinary. I found Fotobox.ca on-line, looking for a photo studio to print photos for us. We uploaded the photos on a Friday night, spoke with the studio on Saturday morning and picked them up Saturday afternoon. Excellent service and, most importantly, excellent prints (we had a couple of the same photos printed at a "big box store photo studio" the week before, and there is no comparison, at all, in the quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Needed same day photo prints, and stumbled upon Fotobox, and it was perfect. Photos were reasonably priced, and were completed in only a couple of hours. Unfortunately, they did only had 8x12, and I needed 8x10, so they cut the photos on my behalf to match those dimensions.

It was a quick and convenient experience. I emailed the pictures with details, paid online and just went there to pick up. It cannot get better than this.

Started using Fotobox on recommendation by my wedding photographer, Rhythm Photography (seriously need to check her out too if you haven't already! Highly recommended!) and these guys do not disappoint! The online uploading system is easy to use, and the response time is unparalleled. They are professional, friendly, fast - the list of positives go on and on. This is the third time using them to print photos and the quality is absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for gorgeous prints with the most true to screen color, then look no further! I don't live in the area, but will always go back to them to have my photos printed. Great job guys! Fotobox is such an amazing business. I've been using them for years, and still go in even though I've moved out of Toronto. They are very detail oriented, always on time, the prices are fair, and the quality of product and service are just amazing. I can't say enough nice things and highly recommend them!
