I had double jaw surgery with Dr Wendall Mascarenhas around 4 weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The whole process of getting the surgery booked was fairly straightforward and the surgery went really smoothly with no complications. Dr. Mascarenhas is an incredibly thorough and smart surgeon, and I felt safe undergoing the procedure with him. His reports were extremely detailed, and he made sure to give me a full explanation of what I should expect post op. If you’re thinking about getting DJS, I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough.

My 22-year-old daughter had double jaw surgery with Dr. Mascarenhas 3 months ago. The recovery was painful, especially the first two weeks, but the results were amazing. Before we met Dr. M. I was not comfortable with my daughter getting double jaw surgery as the upper jaw was moved forward and the lower jaw to the back. Dr. M.is very experienced and an amazing person. From the very first appointment to the last appointment he was very patient with both of us. He did not rush any appointments, answered all our questions, explained the surgery and the recovery for each week. We would e-mail him the first 2 weeks after surgery, and he would response to us right away. His staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lorelie. We are amazed with the surgery results 0% complications. I’m truly grateful to you, Dr. M.and the entire staff. I recommend Dr. M 100%

Dr. Mascarenhas and his team our amazing. My 16 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth out and she was very nervous about this procedure. They were all so compassionate and caring and made my daughter feel so comfortable. The nurses bed side manner was beyond impressive. Also my daughters was not scheduled to have her surgery for another two weeks and b/c she was in so much pain they squeezed her in. Thank you to all the staff.

I was surprised how lovely the receptionists were. They are always reachable and easy to communicate with. When a problem came up with my insurance coverage of the consultation fee, they resent the information. When I had to ask them to resend a form, they did so without making me feel like I was wasting their time. I also felt heard by the specialist doctor. Unfortunately surgery wait lists are long for him, however I felt I had enough time to voice my concerns instead of being ushered out after 3 minutes.

Dr. Mascarenhas and his team were very helpful during the entire process of my upper jaw surgery. He explained everything in detail and made sure to answer any and all questions I had before and after surgery and during all my follow-up appointments.

His handouts he would give me for the next stage of recovery were very useful and simple to understand.

Dr. Mascarenhas is outstanding he is so knowledgeable, experienced, respectful and carefully explains everything in great detail. I got two wisdom teeth removed and was very nervous, him and his team made sure I was well taken care of. They gave a blanket after the procedure, made sure to call the day after surgery. Dr Mascarenhas and staff have done an amazing job! A little more than 24 hours later, I am pain-free, no swelling, no bruising, and no symptoms and all without the use of pain relief medication. My compliments to the entire staff, from the front desk, to the pre-op and operation nurses, and especially to Dr Mascarenhas himself. I highly recommend Four Corners Oral Surgery! Recently went here for wisdom teeth removal. Got all 4 taken out and was finished in under an hour. Great friendly team and fast amazing service. Barely any pain after the surgery too. Would highly recommend for anyone planning to get their wisdom teeth removed.

From the beginning on this journey of getting braces, I was told I would need jaw surgery for my underbite. I had my surgery may 2022. It is now February 2023 i have my braces off. And my smile is perfect. I want to thank everyone at oral surgery without them. I wouldn’t be happy with my smile to this day. And giving me my confidence back! If you have to get your surgery done, do it, you won’t regret it don’t be scared at the end will be so happy with the outcome and everything will be worth it. The doctors and the staff are amazing and help you every step of the way so if anyone has to do a jaw surgery don’t be scared. Best decision I’ve ever made!

I do not react well with needles and have fainted at every vaccine or injection I’ve received, but this was my first time not fainting. Every single person I interacted with during my wisdom removal was incredible. They made me feel safe and reassured that everything would be fine and it was. Quick, easy, and truly painless. I don’t leave reviews often, but this place really blew me away. I live far away, but would absolutely make the drive to come here every time. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I had to get my very impacted lower wisdoms out and they did a great job. I was terrified about getting the IV needle and they took such good care of me. THANK YOU ALL SOO MUCH!

I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out here. All the staff are courteous, competent, and experienced. I couldn't be happier that I chose four corners to get the surgery. I was very anxious before the surgery but they helped calm me down. The whole nerve damage thing frightened me but during the consultation, doctor Mascarenhas reassured me and said he'd done many cases like mine. Indeed, I didn't get any nerve damage. I would recommend four corners to anyone needing oral surgery. If you come here, you will be in good hands.
